Today Matthew was going to Blurton and going to see the grandparents. But first he was going out shopping. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. When Matthew got up he had breakfast. For breakfast Matthew had pancakes. Later in the morning Matthew went out in a car to The Range. Matthew came downstairs and we got in a car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill into Stoke. We turned into the car park and parked up. Matthew went into the shop and he bought a present for mum. When we had finished we returned to the residential unit. We got in the car and we set off out of the car park onto City Road. We ran up the hill to Fenton and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the reidential unit. Matthew went upstairs and chilled out in his room. For dinner Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of Coke. Matthew tried to keep cool and waited for us to come and pick him up. We came to pick Matthew up, and due to the hot weather we decided to go straight to grandma's and to catch a bus later on when it was hopefully a little cooler. Matthew came downstairs and got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill into Stoke. We ran under the railway line and we saw First Potteries 35947 on a #25 to Hanley. We crossed over the A500 and we ran into Stoke. We ran around the one-way system and we went forwards onto the A52 and we saw silver minibus BL26 ZFE. We ran into Hartshill and we turned left onto The Avenue. We turned right onto Parkstone Avenue and left onto Occupation Street. We parked up near to Grandmas and we headed inside out of the heat. At Grandma's Matthew had toast and a can of Irn Bru and used her computer. When it was time to go we went to the pub by bus. We walked down the hill via Victoria Street to the A34 and we waited for a bus towards Trent Vale. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63358 on a #22 to Longton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Trent Vale before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the A34 and we turned left into the hospital. We saw First Potteries 35940 on a #25 to Keele. We turned right onto Hilton Road and we ran forwards onto Harpfields Road. We ran to the end and we turned left onto the A34. We got up and got off at the next stop. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 63358 as it carried on towards Longton.

We headed along the A34 and we walked into the pub and we sat down at our one our normal tables. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with ice cream. Highlights of the bus sightings included Leons 256 Heading Southwards, First Potteries 63349 on a #101 to Stafford and D&G Bus 3014 on a #22 to Longton. Once we had finished eating we set off along the A34. We ran under the A500 in Hanford and we continued into Trentham. We turned left onto the A5035 into Blurton. We got back around 19:25. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we sorted a few things out. We wrote the Blog and sent a couple of e-mails. Later on Matthew had a can of Cherry Coke. We chilled out on the sofa until bedtime around 00:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up around 08:30 and had pancakes for breakfast washed down with orange juice. Latrer on Matthew set off on foot towards Stoke. We cut through onto City Road and past the closed Afford rent-a-car depot. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was First Potteries 63117 on a #11 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off up City Road and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive and we ran to the end and we turned left onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We turned left onto the A52 we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Road and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Potteries 63117 before it returned towards Hanley on a #11 service.

We waited for a short while and we saw D&G Bus 6004 on a #32X to Upper Tean.

A short time later the bus arrived on stand. It was First Potteries 63117 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle. we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we turned right onto Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We ran through the estate and back onto the A5272. We ran up to Adderley Green. At the roundabout we turned right onto Anchor Road. system onto Commerce Street and right onto The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down the Strand and under the railway line onto King Street. We continued down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past KFC. City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We set off onto Hassell Street and we turned right onto High Street. We crossed over and we walked across to the bowling alley and then Matthew had a few games of bowling. We walked back onto High Street and we walked onto Hassell Street. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus to Fenton. A short time later we saw D&G Bus 3014 on a #101 to Stafford.

A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67141 on a #25 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station onto barracks Road and we ran down onto the Southbound A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the grounds and onto Hilton Road. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke town centre. We went forwards onto Church Street and the bus topped in the town centre. After a brief stop we continued over the A500 and we got up and got off the bus just before the railway bridge. We got a Lucky Seven taxi up to Fenton. We set off along City Road and we ran down the hiull into Stoke and we went under the railway line. We crossed over the the A500 and we veered on Wheildon Road and we ran forwards onto Grove Road. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we turned right onto the A50. We ran along Stanley Matthew Way and we turned left onto the A5035. We got back to Blurton around 13:00. Matthew chilled out on his computer. Just before 14:00 we set off on foot over towards the bus stop outside of High Tales. We headed onto the A5035 and we crossed over. We saw First Potteries 67173 on a #22 to Longton.

We crossed back over the A5035 and we saw D&G Bus 6003 on a #27A to Bentilee. We crossed back over the A5035 and e headed onto Stanley Matthews Way. A short time later our bus appeared. As it approached we saw it was D&G Bus 6003 on a #27A to Bentilee.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newstead before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off along Stanley Matthews Way and we ran down to the A50. We headed Westwards and we turned left towards the Southbound A500. We came off near to the incinerator and we ran forwards onto Railway Cottages. We turned around at the turning circle by the Dunelm Mill warehouse and we headed back along Railway Cottages. We ran forwards onto the A5006 and we turned around at the Michelin Roundabout. We turned left onto the A500 and right onto the A50. We ran up to Heron Cross and we turned left onto the A50 link road. We went under the railway line and we turned right onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. In the back of the First garage we saw relatively new arrival First Potteries 37430. We continued along Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked down to the pub. Once he had finished eating we went outside onto the Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We got in car and we set off along Dawlish Drive and we turned right onto Wellfield Road and we passed old school site which is going to be a new sheltered housing site. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Dawlish Drive. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and we turned right onto Malthouse Road. We turned right onto Wooliscroft Road and left onto Corneville Road. We turned right onto Ruxley Road and right onto the A52 and and we turned left onto Eaves Lane. We turned left onto Greasley Road and continued onto Greasley Road. Before we joined the A5009 and we ran past the Cemetery to Milton and we turned left onto Millrise Road and we ran forwards onto Maunders Road and we crossed over the old railway line. We turned right onto Newford Crescent and left onto the A53. We turned into the retail park. We headed through Cobridge and we ran past the site of the new Wrights Pies shop. At the lights we turned left onto Waterloo Road. We ran down to the ring Road and then we ran around Hanley before going onto Lichfield Street. We ran down to Joiners Square and we continued onto Victoria Road. We ran up to the top and we turned sharp right onto City Road. We ran down to Smithpool Road and we turned left. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and chilled out in his room to use his computer and watch buses before going out later on. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Smithpool Road. We crossed over the railway line and we walked down to the entrance of the park. For dinner Matthew had washed down a can of Irn Bru. In the park Matthew walked up to the playground. Once we had finished in the park we walked back along Grove Road. We crossed over the Whieldon Road and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Masterson Street and we turned left onto Watkin Street. We continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When we got there we saw Temple Street Church RX18 GZW parked up. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. For tea Matthew had a Lamb Mince Pasta Bake Cheese & Bacon followed by cake. In the late evening Matthew went downstairs to spend time with the other residents ar cuppa club. Matthew had various biscuits as well as some rice crispy cakes washed down with a can of Dr Pepper. Later on Matthew went back upstairs and had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was going on a local trip, as he was going to a party later on. We did no research, other than to check the weather. The weather was forecast for windy, with showers and sunny intervals. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up at 10:30 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Matthew used his computer and I went to pick up uncle Dave. When we arrived back Matthew got dressed and and got the trip bag packed to go out for the day. around 11:40 we set off on foot all the way over to the bus stop on Magdalen Road. A few minutes later we saw a bus come around the corner. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63352 on a #22 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Trentham before we saw down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off onto the A5035. We went past the Trentham Hotel we turned right into New Inn Lane where we got up to get off the bus at the man in Space and Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 63352 before it carried on to Newcastle.

A we got to the stop we saw a bus at the stop in front of us. As we got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67157 on a #21 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus travelled through Trentham up New Inn Lane, We passed the building site where new housing is being built. At the top of the hill we turned right into Hanford along Wilson Road. We ran down Mayne Street before joining the Northbound A34. We crossed under the A500. We turned onto London Road and we ran through Oak Hill past the former Oak Hill pub. We continued through the the West End before running into Stoke Town centre and Campbell Place. There was nothing of interest parked up in City cabs and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 67157 before it continued towards Hanley.

We walked along Campbell Place and we turned right onto Church Road. We went into the cafe and Matthew headed down to the toilet and I ordered the food. Matthew had a small breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. After we had finished eating we headed out onto Church Street. We waited at the stop for a bus towards Newcastle. Whilst we waited we saw D&G Bus 794 on a #9 to Biddulph.

As short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35684 on a #25 to Keele.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. Due to Roadworks there was a diversion on the route. We turned left onto Princes Road past the old school. Part of site was demolished to make more car parking spaces. We ran into Penkhull village. We onto Newcastle Lane and we turned right onto Hilton Road. We turned into the hospital and as we travelled through the hospital we saw ABC Supreme YJ74 VAU. We turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus. we walked up to the other half of the bus station to wait for a bus towards Tunstall. On the way we saw Arriva Midlands 3693 on a #64 to Hanley.

We waited for around 10 minutes for a bus and we saw 63357 on a #11 to Longton. A few minutes later we saw our bus coming onto the stand. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63364 on a #99 to Chell Heath.

We got on the bus and we booked to Tunstall before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee roundabout onto the A527 and headed through Wolstanton. We turned right onto Porthill Bank and we we went down the hill and over the A500. We went through Middleport. We continued up the road and at Trubshaw Cross past the site of Price's Teapots which is currently being restored. We went left onto Brownhills Road. We joined Tunstall High Street and at the top of the Road we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 63364 before it carried on towards Chell Heath.

We headed into Tunstall Cafe and Matthew went to the toilet whilst I ordered some food. Matthew had a slice of chocolate fudge cake with cream washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we went outside and we saw First Potteries 67173 on a #38 to Hanley. We decided to head towards Hanley via Chell so we could headed off a bus to Biddulph. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 798 on a #9A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We went down the High Street and we turned sharp right onto Scotia Road and left into the Boulevard. We ran down the hill past the park and we went forwards onto Queens Avenue. We turned left onto Irene Avenue and we turned left onto Carlton Avenue and right onto Little Chell Lane. We checked to see how we could get to Biddulph. We had just missed a #7A, but we saw that there was a #9 to Biddulph due through Fegg Haye in the next 20 minutes. We turned left onto High Lane and we ran through the to the roundabout we turned right and we ran down the A527 through Fegg Hayes. We turned right onto Oxford Road and we ran forwards into Chell Heath. We passed Matthew's old school site which is now a new sheltered housing site. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 798 before it returned towards Hanley.

We crossed the road and we waited for a bus towards Biddulph. We sheltered from the hail and wind at the bus stop. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6005 on a 9 to Biddulph.

We got omn the bud and we booked to Biddulph before we sat down toward the back of the bus. We set off down Chell Heath Road and we carried on through Fegg Hayes past the site of new flats. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A527 and we headed up though Brindley Ford past the site on where a developer hopes to build some new homes. We left the A527 at Knypersley and we ran around through the housing estates of Biddulph before running into town via St John's Road, past Aldi. We ran forwards onto Colliers Way and up Wharf Road to the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 6005 before it returned towards Clayton.

Once off the bus we headed to the pub. We walked along the High Street and we stopped at the Wethrespoons. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards he sat at a table with uncle Dave's whilst I went to the bar to get drinks. Matthew had a glass of Coke. When we had finished we went out of the back into the beer garden and into B&M. Matthew had a bottle of Coke and some chcoclate bars. We paid for the goods and we went out of the other entrance of B&M onto the High Street. We walked along the High Street and we turned left onto Wharf Road. We sat of the benches by the toilet block and Matthew had a Flake. whilst we waited for or bus we saw D&G Bus 3014 on a #93 to Biddulph Moor.

We waited for a bus back to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67175 on a #7A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley. The bus was empty, so Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 67175 before we sat down towards the back of the bus.

The bus set off onto the High Street and we turned left onto St Johns Road. We ran around the estate and onto Woodland Street. We crossed over the A527 at Knypersley. We ran through Brown Lees and we rejoined the A527 by the industrial estate. We ran down through Brindley Ford and to Fegg Hayes. We ran up the hill to Chell and we turned left onto High Lane. We ran back through Smallthorne & Sneyd Green into into Hanley. We turned right onto Quadrant Road and we past the shopping centre. We continued onto Stafford Street and we turned right in front of the town hall. We ran onto Bagnall Street and we went forwards into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off to the chip shop to get something to eat. We went out of the bus station and we crossed over Lichfield Street. We crossed over the ring road and we went into the chip shop. Matthew had a small portion of chips, a fritter and a can of Dr Pepper. We sat in the chip shop and ate our food. When we had finished we headed back to the bus station via the Victoria Hall where we had seen a coach parked up. We crossed over the ring road and over Lichfield Street and up the side of the Victoria Hall where we saw Megasleepers PA51 EEP parked up.

We headed into the bus station and down to Stand S to wait for a bus back to Blurton. As we walked towards the stand we saw a bus approaching. It was First Potteries 67151 on a #23 to Newstead.

We set off onto bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road. We turned right onto Avenue Road and left onto Stoke Road. We ran down the hill and we turned left onto Station Road and past the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street we turned right onto Station Bridge Road. We went forwards onto Heron Street and we went through Heron Cross and over the A50 onto Blurton Road. We ran down the hill and we went past the BP garage. We continued through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Road and right onto Beaconfield Drive. We ran to the other end and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 67151 as it continued towards Newstead.

We walked back home and we got ready for the party. We wrapped up the presents and we set off in the car to Longton via Uncle Dave's house. We got in the car Just before 17:30 and we set off through Blurton. We ran along Beaconsfield Drive and we turned left onto Church Road and at the roundabout we veered left onto Blurton Road. We ran through Blurton and into Heron Cross and over the A50. At Heron Cross lights we turned left onto Grove Road. We ran forwards onto Wheildon Road and we dropped off uncle Dave. We ran back up Wheildon Road and forwards onto Grove Road. We turned right onto Blurton Road and and left onto the Eastbound A50. We came off at Longton and we ran along the A50 high level to the other end of Longton. We crossed the roundabout onto Normacot Road and we turned left onto Chadwick Road. We parked up at the back and we walked back onto Normacot Road and we headed into the building. We went upstairs and Matthew darted around for a short while saying hello to his friends. We found Matthew's friend and we handed him a birthday present. We sat down and we had a glass of Coke. Matthew had a bit bit of a dance and when the lights came up at 19:)0 we went to get food from the buffet. Matthew had egg sandwiches, tuna sandwiches, some small sausage rolls, cocktail sausages and some skewers in barberque sauce. After he had eaten his savory foods, Matthew had 3 small cakes. around 20:00 Matthew had his medication. Later on they cut the birthday cake and we had a slice of birthday cake. We stayed until about 21:00 and we said goodbye to our friends and headed back to the car. We set off along Chadwick Street and right onto Normacott Road. We crossed over the roundabouts and over the A50 and forwards onto the A5035. We ran through Dresden into Blurton and we got back around 21:15. We did the Blog and we wrote an e-mail. Trip to Bucknall / Longton 08-03-2026

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. He was also going out for a meal with cuppa club later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We saw Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB outside. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we went onto Christchurch Street. We walked through the passageway and across the car park onto City Road. We walked up to Victoria place and we turned left onto Victoria Road. We walked down the hill to the park. In the park Matthew had a sit down and sausage rolls followed by a jam filled shortbread biscuit and ate a washed down with a can of Coke. We left the park onto Beville Street and we turned left onto Victoria Road and we got in car and we set off onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we went straight across onto A52. We did some shopping at Farmfoods and then we headed back onto the A52. At the roundabout we turned left onto Victoria Road and we turned right onto City Road. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A50 link road and then onto the Westbound A50. We came off at Heron Cross and we turned left onto Blurton Road. We ran through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Road. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive and and left into Blurton. We got back around 13:00. We set off around 13:51 on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. We turned right the A5035 and we saw First Potteries 67174 on a #22 to Longton.

We crossed back over the A5035 and we headed onto Stanley Matthews Way. We had around 10 minutes to wait for the bus. We saw D&G Bus 6002 on the #24 to Norton. A short time later our bus appeared. As it approached we saw it was D&G Bus 3014 on a #27A to Bentilee.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newstead before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off along Stanley Matthews Way and we ran down to the A50. We headed Westwards and we turned left towards the Southbound A500. We came off near to the incinerator and we ran forwards onto Railway Cottages. We turned around at the turning circle by the Dunelm Mill warehouse and we headed back along Railway Cottages. We ran forwards onto the A5006 and we turned around at the Michelin Roundabout. We turned left onto the A500 and right onto the A50. We ran up to Heron Cross and we turned left onto the A50 link road. We went under the railway line and we turned right onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. In the back of the First garage we saw relatively new arrival First Potteries 35667. We continued along Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked down to the pub. Once he had finished eating we went outside onto the Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We got in car and we set off along Dawlish Drive and we turned right onto Wellfield Road and we passed old school site which is going to be a new sheltered housing site. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Dawlish Drive. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and we turned right onto Malthouse Road. We turned right onto Wooliscroft Road and left onto Corneville Road. We turned right onto Ruxley Road and right onto the A52 and and we turned left onto Eaves Lane. We turned left onto Greasley Road and continued onto Greasley Road. Before we joined the A5009 and we ran past the Cemetery to Milton and we turned left onto Millrise Road and we ran forwards onto Maunders Road and we crossed over the old railway line. We turned right onto Newford Crescent and left onto the A53. We turned into the retail park. We headed through Cobridge and we ran past the site of the new Wrights Pies shop. At the lights we turned left onto Waterloo Road. We ran down to the ring Road and then we ran around Hanley before going onto Lichfield Street. We ran down to Joiners Square and we continued onto Victoria Road. We ran up to the top and we turned sharp right onto City Road. We ran down to Smithpool Road and we turned left. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and chilled out in his room to use his computer and watch buses before going out later on. Later on we went downstairs and we got in a car. We set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street Church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Baker Street and we saw past the former day centre. We turned left onto Glebedale Road and right onto City Road. As we ran up onto King Street we passed the site of the new Burger King being built. We continued up King Street through Foley and into Longton. We turned right into Baths Road and we ran up to the roundabout. After doing a u-turn we headed back onto Baths Road and into the retail park. As we parked up we went in the pub and Matthew went to the toilet. Matthew had a mixed grill with beans washed down with a glass of Coke. For afters Matthew had chocolate fudge cake and custard. After we had finished eating we got in the car and we set off out of the retail park onto Baths Road and at the roundabout we turned right onto the Westbound A50 and we came off at Heron Cross and we turned left onto the A50 link Road and we ran up to City Road. We turned left onto Smitpool Road where we saw Autocabs SF60 HGG. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew collected a few suypplies from the car and headed upstairs. He chilled out in his room and watched TV. He had a can of Cherry Coke. He watched television and used his computer. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was to out for tea later and going to the disco. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Temple Street Church RX18 GZW. We went downstairs and we walked onto City Road. We got to the stand and we saw it was D&G Bus 6008 on a #1 to Park Site.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw ERS Medical FJ22 FUT. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 35939 on a #25 to Keele.

We got on and booked to Keele before we went upstairs and we sat down. The bus set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road we turned right onto Ryecroft. We veered left onto Merrial Street and after a brief stop we ran forwards onto Church Street. We crossed over the roundabout and we ran forwards onto the A525. We turned right into Orme Road and we saw St Giles And St George's academy MF68 AFJ. We continued along Orme Road before we re-joined the Westbound A525. We climbed the steep hill up to Keele and we turned left into the campus. We turned left onto University and we saw First Potteries 35949 on a #25 to Hanley. We got up and got off the bus. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. It was D&G Bus 524 on a #85 to Nantwich. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off through the campus We turned right onto University Drive and we ran up to the entrance of the campus before turning right onto the A525 and we ran down the hill towards Newcastle. We past Hampton's scrapyard and Thistleberry. We ran forwards onto Blackfriars Road and we turned left onto the A53. We turned right on to the Southbound A34 and at the next roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road. We ran into the bus station and we entered the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Matthew went to the toilet. We walked out of the bus station. We set off onto Hassell Street and we turned right onto High Street. We turned right onto Ironmarket and past the former Malik's store which Titanic Brewers want to open up as a Bod. We turned right onto Castle Walk and into Hassell Street and we turned right onto High Street and to the chip shop. Matthew had sausage and chips washed down with a can of Coke. We walked up the High Street and we turned right onto Hassell Street past the former Wilko. We went to the bus station and we saw D&G Bus 56 on a #85 to Nantwich. Afterwards we waited for a bus back to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw it was required First Potteries 35939 on a #25 to Hanley. We got on and booked to Hanley before we went upstairs and we sat down. The bus set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We went Southwards on the A34 before turning into the hospital. We trundled through the hospital grounds and ran up to Hartshill Road via Hilton Road and The Avenue. We went down Hartshill Road into Stoke town centre and we continued onto Church Street and over the A50 before passing under the railway line. We followed the A52 to the left and we went forwards onto Station Road before turning right onto College Road. At the top off College Road we continued onto regent Road before turning left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed the ring road onto Bethesda Street and we turned right onto John Street. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards waited for a bus back to Fenton. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67173 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road and we ran down to the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 we ran under the railway line onto City Road. We ran up the hill and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. When we got to Albert Square we got up and got off the bus. We then walked back to the residential unit. we went upstairs and chilled out in his room. He used his computer and watched buses out of the window and we saw Holden Lane Academy MF75 WTP. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw D&G Bus 111 on a #1 to Meir. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63112 on a #11X to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 63112 before it continued towards Longton.

A short time later we saw First Potteries 67153 on a #22 to Longton. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63347 on a #101 to Stafford.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34 and we ran down through Trent Vale and we got up and got off the bus. We walked into the pub and we sat down at our one our normal tables. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with ice cream. Highlights of the bus sightings included ABC Supreme KP25 EHC going North and First Potteries 36585 on a #101 to Stafford. When he had finished eat Matthew set off onto the A34 and around the corner onto London Road to wait for the bus back towards Stoke. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67152 on a #21 to Hanley.

We set off along London Road and we ran through Oak Hill and the the West End before running into Stoke Town centre and Campbell Place. We continued around the one-way system onto Church Street and we turned right onto Shelton Old Road and we ran forwards onto Stoke Road. We ran under the railway line and up through Shelton. We ran up Broad Street and we turned right onto the anti-clockwise ring road. We turned left onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street. We climbed the hill and up into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and we waited for a bus to Bentilee. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Newstead.
