Trip to Bucknall / Longton 08-03-2026

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. He was also going out for a meal with cuppa club later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We saw Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB outside. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we went onto Christchurch Street. We walked through the passageway and across the car park onto City Road. We walked up to Victoria place and we turned left onto Victoria Road. We walked down the hill to the park. In the park Matthew had a sit down and sausage rolls followed by a jam filled shortbread biscuit and ate a washed down with a can of Coke. We left the park onto Beville Street and we turned left onto Victoria Road and we got in car and we set off onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we went straight across onto A52. We did some shopping at Farmfoods and then we headed back onto the A52. At the roundabout we turned left onto Victoria Road and we turned right onto City Road. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A50 link road and then onto the Westbound A50. We came off at Heron Cross and we turned left onto Blurton Road. We ran through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Road. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive and and left into Blurton. We got back around 13:00. We set off around 13:51 on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. We turned right the A5035 and we saw First Potteries 67174 on a #22 to Longton.

We crossed back over the A5035 and we headed onto Stanley Matthews Way. We had around 10 minutes to wait for the bus. We saw D&G Bus 6002 on the #24 to Norton. A short time later our bus appeared. As it approached we saw it was D&G Bus 3014 on a #27A to Bentilee.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newstead before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off along Stanley Matthews Way and we ran down to the A50. We headed Westwards and we turned left towards the Southbound A500. We came off near to the incinerator and we ran forwards onto Railway Cottages. We turned around at the turning circle by the Dunelm Mill warehouse and we headed back along Railway Cottages. We ran forwards onto the A5006 and we turned around at the Michelin Roundabout. We turned left onto the A500 and right onto the A50. We ran up to Heron Cross and we turned left onto the A50 link road. We went under the railway line and we turned right onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. In the back of the First garage we saw relatively new arrival First Potteries 35667. We continued along Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked down to the pub. Once he had finished eating we went outside onto the Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We got in car and we set off along Dawlish Drive and we turned right onto Wellfield Road and we passed old school site which is going to be a new sheltered housing site. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Dawlish Drive. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and we turned right onto Malthouse Road. We turned right onto Wooliscroft Road and left onto Corneville Road. We turned right onto Ruxley Road and right onto the A52 and and we turned left onto Eaves Lane. We turned left onto Greasley Road and continued onto Greasley Road. Before we joined the A5009 and we ran past the Cemetery to Milton and we turned left onto Millrise Road and we ran forwards onto Maunders Road and we crossed over the old railway line. We turned right onto Newford Crescent and left onto the A53. We turned into the retail park. We headed through Cobridge and we ran past the site of the new Wrights Pies shop. At the lights we turned left onto Waterloo Road. We ran down to the ring Road and then we ran around Hanley before going onto Lichfield Street. We ran down to Joiners Square and we continued onto Victoria Road. We ran up to the top and we turned sharp right onto City Road. We ran down to Smithpool Road and we turned left. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and chilled out in his room to use his computer and watch buses before going out later on. Later on we went downstairs and we got in a car. We set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street Church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Baker Street and we saw past the former day centre. We turned left onto Glebedale Road and right onto City Road. As we ran up onto King Street we passed the site of the new Burger King being built. We continued up King Street through Foley and into Longton. We turned right into Baths Road and we ran up to the roundabout. After doing a u-turn we headed back onto Baths Road and into the retail park. As we parked up we went in the pub and Matthew went to the toilet. Matthew had a mixed grill with beans washed down with a glass of Coke. For afters Matthew had chocolate fudge cake and custard. After we had finished eating we got in the car and we set off out of the retail park onto Baths Road and at the roundabout we turned right onto the Westbound A50 and we came off at Heron Cross and we turned left onto the A50 link Road and we ran up to City Road. We turned left onto Smitpool Road where we saw Autocabs SF60 HGG. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew collected a few suypplies from the car and headed upstairs. He chilled out in his room and watched TV. He had a can of Cherry Coke. He watched television and used his computer. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was going back to the residential unit, but first he was going out for dinner and to get his weekly shopping. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up at 09:45 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Matthew chilled out on his computer whilst we waited for mum return home. Matthew had a Crunchie and a can of Irn Bru. mum arived back and we got in the car around 12:30. We set off through Blurton and we turned right onto the A5035. We turned right onto Stanley Matthew Way and we joined the Westbound A50. We joined the Northbound A500 and we ran through Stoke. We came off the A50 onto Shelton New Road and we turned right onto Garner Street. We stopped for food and Matthew had a cumberland ring, bacon and egg bap washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we we headed to the shop. We set off along Garner Street and we turned left onto the Eastbound A53. We turned left onto Forge Lane and we saw First Potteries 63359 on a #38 to Kidsgrove. We continued onto Shelton Boulevard and we crossed over the railway line on the new Etruria Valley link road. We ran under the A500 and we turned left onto the retail park and we saw First Potteries 35946 on a #501 Festival Park circular service. We parked up and we head towards the shop. We saw YMCA EA71 PZV parked up near by.

We went into the shop and we did Matthew weekly shop. After we had finished we got in the car and we set off towards Newcastle to drop off our friend. We set off through the retail park and we turned left onto the A527 and we ran to the top of the hill and we turned left to follow the A527 into Newcastle. We turned right onto Ryecroft and we pulled up. We dropped off our friend. We set off onto Ryecroft and we turned right onto Barracks Road. We passed the bus station and we saw First Potteries 63346 on a #99 to Chell. We turned keft onto the Southbound A34 we ran down to Trent Vale and we saw Stanton's of Stoke PSU 969. We turned left onto the A500 and we headed North to Sideway. We turned right onto the East bound A50 and we saw Allinson Travel YP69 VRN. We headed up Stanley Matthew Way and we passed D&G Bus 21 on the #24 to Norton. We turned left onto the A5035 and we got back to Blurton around 14:15. Matthew chilled out on his computer and had a red velevet cheesecake and a can of Cherry Coke. We wrote the Blog and watch TV. Around 16:48 we got ready to return to the residential unit. Also in the Street was white minibus DU64 RXA. We got in the car and we set off through Burton and we ran along Beaconsfield Drive where we saw silver minibus D11 SCX parked up. We turned left onto Church Street and left onto Blurton Road. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Steeet. We carried on forwards onto Station Bridge Road we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Masterson Street and we saw Stafford & District Community Link LA72 DDU. We turned right onto Watkin Street and we continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses before going out later on. For tea Matthew had chicken and rice with naan bread followed by a Toffee sponge pudding and custard. Washed it down with a can of Fanta. Later on we went downstairs and we saw it was Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB. We got on the bus and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street. and left onto City Road. We ran down the hill onto the A52 and we went under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 and we ran into Stoke and on the one way system. We followed the road onto Lonsdale Street and right onto Fleming Street. We turned right onto Campbell Place and we followed the road around back onto Church Street. We ran up the hill into Hartshill and edge the edge of Newcastle we ran onto George Street. We went forwards onto the ring road and we crossed the roundabout onto Ironmarket. We parked up and and we went to the pub. For dessert he had chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. When we had finished we set off along Ironmarket to the High Street. We turned left onto Hassell Street and we walked past the bus station. We walked onto the ring road and past the new council building and into the park. After we had finished in the park we returned to the minibus. We returned to Fenton in Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB. We got on the bus and we set off onto the roundabout and we turned right onto barracks Road. We joined the Southbound A34 and we ran down to Trent Vale. We turned left onto Harpfields Road and we went forwards onto Keelings Drive. We turned left onto London Road and we ran through Boothen into Stoke. We ran around the one-way system and onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 and under the railway line into Fenton. We ran up City Road and we turned right into Smithpool Road and left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the dentist and we saw Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB outside. We went downstairs and we and we cut through onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street and we across City Road. At the top we crossed over Victoria Road to wait for the bus at the bus stop. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 67174 on a #6 to Coalville. We got on the bus and we booked to Meir Park. As the bus was empty Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 67174 before we sat down.

We set off off up City Road and forwards onto King street We ran through Foley and under the railway line into Longton town centre. The bus stopped on Market Street and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed over Market Street and we walked down The Strand and we walked through to the market and Matthew went to the toilet. We came out of the market and we crossed over Market Street and we went into the tropical fish shop. We had a look at the fish before going back outside. Once we had finished the drink we saw it was First Potteries 67176 on a #11 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We turned left onto the A52 and we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Road and we turned right onto John Street. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off out of the bus station onto Lichfield Street. We went forwards onto Tontine Street an onto Tontine Square. We continued onto Market Square and around the corner to Greggs. Matthew had a sausage roll and and a bottle of Coke. Once we had finished in the shop we walked back to the square and we ate the sausage roll and drank the Coke. We headed back through the sqiares onto Tontine Street and onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63172 on a #38 to Kidsgrove. We got on the bus and we booked to Talke Pits before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. At the bottom of the road we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto Broad Street and then we joined the clockwise ring road. At the end we turned left onto Etruria Road before going under the A53 onto Festival Way. We ran past Waterworld and we turned left onto Forge Lane past a new minibus building by the Brindley Farm pub. We looped under the A53 and we joined the Westbound A53. We crossed over the A500 at Etruria and and we ran up the hill into Basford and we ran down hill to the edge of Newcastle and we got onto the one way system. At the jubilee roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road before turning right into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus to Hanley. We walked out of the bus station and we waited for a bus towards Hanley. Eventually the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63346 on a #101 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off onto Barracks Road and we ran forwards onto the one-way system. We continued onto the A52 and when we got to Hartshill we veered left onto Shelton New Road. We ran over the railway line and canal and we went up to Snow Hill. We turned left and ran up Broad Street. We turned right onto the ring road and left onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we ran up to the bus station. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. A few mninutes later the bus appeared. It was First Potteries 63357 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton we sat down. We set off up set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we turned right onto Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We ran through the estate and back onto the A5272. We ran up to Adderley Green and we saw First Potteries 63365 parked in the garage. At the roundabout we turned right onto Anchor Road. We turned left onto Market Street and right onto Commerce Street past the former Co-op Bank. We went arounf the roundabout and turned right onto The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down the Strand and under the railway line onto King Street. We continued down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past KFC and we got up and got off. We walked down City Road and we turned right onto onto Glebedale Road and we walked along Baker Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street. We returned onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When Matthew got back we went upstairs and went up to his room to chill out and use the computer. We went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses before going out later on. We saw Travel Express BG61 HSY. Before tea We went downstairs out for a walk to fetch his tea. we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We ordered sausages and chips gravy and then we walked back along Smithpool Road and onto and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out. Matthew went into the living room to have tea. Matthew ate his sausages and chips gravy followed by a Butterfly cake. We went downstairs and we and we cut through onto City Road to wait a bus to Hanley. At the Afford garage we saw Afford rent-a-car FE25 XHB parked up.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 795 on a #1A to Wood Land.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw Travel Express HF64 AJU. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus we saw First Potteries 63359.

We set off onto Hassell Street and we turned right onto High Street and we crossed over and we went to the cinema. Matthew had a cup of Coke. He went to the cinema to watch The Hamnet. After the film Matthew went to the toilet. We walked out of the cinema onto the High Street and we got a Lucky Seven taxi back to Fenton. When we got in taxi. We set off onto High Street and we turned left onto the A527. We ran past the bus station and we crossed over the roundabout onto the A52 and we ran into Hartshill. We veered left onto Shelton New Road and we stopped briefly near to the old Gilberts furniture shop. We continued down Shelton New Road through the traffic lights and we turned right to join the Southbound A500. We stayed on the high level road and we came off the A500 at City Road. We ran under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. He watched television and used his computer. later on he had a bath. For supper Matthew had some toast. Matthew went to bed around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was going back to the residential unit, but not before he had been out for dinner and to get his weekly shopping. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up just after 10:30 and had toast and raspberry and apple juice drink for breakfast. We got ready and we went out just before 12:00. We set off to Newcastle to pick up our friend. We got in the car and we set off through Blurton and onto the A5035. We continued to Trentham and we turned right onto the A34. We ran through Hanford and we crossed the A500 and we continued through Trent Vale. We continued through into Newcastle and we turned right onto Barracks Road and we passed the bus station. We saw First Potteries 35684 on a #101 to Hanley. We turned left onto Ryecroft and stopped to pick up our friend. After we picked him up We crossed over Ryecroft we ran forwards onto the A53. We ran around one-way system and onto the A52. We ran up to Hartshill and we ran forwards onto Shelton New Road. We turned right onto Garner Street and we stopped at the food truck. Matthew had a cumberland ring with bacon and egg washed down with can of Coke. When we had finished we set of to the shop. We bran along Garner Street to Etruria and we turned left onto the A53. We veered left onto Forge Lane. We ran forwards onto Shelton Boulevard past the site of a new development and we turned left onto the Etruria Valley Link Road. We went under the A500 and we turned left onto the retail park and we saw First Potteries 63116 on #501 Festival Park retail. We parked up and we saw First Potteries 35945 on a #501 circular service.

We set off through the retail park and we turned left onto the A527 and we ran to the top of the hill and we turned left to follow the A527 into Newcastle. We turned right onto Ryecroft and we pulled up. We dropped off our friend. We set off onto Ryecroft and we turned right onto Barracks Road. We passed the bus station and we saw First Potteries 63345 on a #38A to Waterhayes. We turned keft onto the Southbound A34 we ran down to Trent Vale and under the A500 into Hanford. We ran into Trentham and at the roundabout we turned left onto the A5035. We ran into Blurton and we got back to home just after 14:30. Matthew had an ice cream and a can of Cherry Coke. We wrote some Blog and afterwards Matthew returned to the residential unit. We got in the car and we set off through Burton and we ran along Beaconsfield Drive where we saw gold minibus DE04 FNZ parked up. We turned left onto Church Street and left onto Blurton Road. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Steeet. We carried on forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Masterson Street and we saw Stafford & District Community Link LA72 DDU. We turned right onto Watkin Street and we continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room and we put all his shopping in his cupboard or in the kitchen. Matthew chilled out on his computer and watched buses out of the window. Matthew chilled out in his room and we saw Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB outside. For a late tea we had sausages, potatoes and carrots followed by a jam filled shortbread biscuit and ashed this down with a glass of Irn Bru. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Smithpool Road. We crossed over the railway line and we walked down to the entrance of the park. Once we had finished in the park we walked back along Grove Road. We crossed over the Whieldon Road and we saw it was Travel Express YJ69 EHG. We got on the bus and we set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto City Road and we ran up onto King Street and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton. The bus stopped on Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We turned right onto Sutherland Road and we stopped at the pub. Matthew had a glass of Coke. When we had finished we returned to Fenton in Travel Express YJ69 EHG. We set off onto along Sutherland Road and left onto Anchor Road. We turned right onto Market Street and left onto The Strand and we ran under the railway line onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road and left onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room. He watched television and used his computer. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the dentist and we saw Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB outside. We went downstairs and we and we cut through onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street and we across City Road and we saw Walton's of Preston YD71 FHW.

After a short while we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw that it was dud D&G Bus 6012 on a #1A to Meir.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We carried on along City Road and we continued forwards onto King Street. We passed through Foley and we ran under the railway line into Longton before turning right into Baths Road We entered Longton Transport Interchange and we got up and got off the bus. Once in Longton we came out of the Interchnage and walked along the alley onto the Strand by Wrights Pies. We turned right onto the Strand and we walked up to Heathcote Street where we turned right again. At the next junction we crossed the road and walked over the car park to Sports Direct. In the shop Matthew brought a hat to keep the sun off his head. Once they had purchased the hat the returned onto the Strand and carried on Eastwards and crossed over before walking up into the car park and into B&M. At B&M Matthew brought some P20 suntan lotion. After doing his shopping Matthew went back down the Strand and Matthew went to the toilet. We came out of the market and we crossed over Market Street. We had a look at the fish before going back outside. Matthew had a washed down with can of Irn Bru. Once we had finished the drink we saw it was First Potteries 63362 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We turned left onto Upper Cross Street and we turned right onto Wood Street. We turned left onto Ashwood and we turned right onto Longley Road. We turned left onto Heathcote Street and we turned right onto Galsworthy Road. We turned right onto Bambury Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We turned left onto the A52 and we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Road and we turned right onto John Street. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once in the bus station we waited for a bus to Cobridge. The bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67144 on a #6 to Park Hall.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot on the road at the back of Victoria Road. We turned right onto George Street and we turned left onto Leopold Street. We stopped at the playground and Matthew had a can of Coke. We continued along Manor Street. We crossed over City Road and we went back to the residential unit. Matthew went to his room to chill out and use his computer. He also watched buses out of the window. Matthew came downstairs and got in the car. We set off along Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill into Stoke. We ran forwards onto the A52 and we crossed over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and we ran around the one-way syaytem in Stoke. We rejoined Church Street and we continued up Hartshill Road past the former pub which is now a new shop. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left onto Ryecroft and stopped to pick up our friend. After we picked him up We crossed over Ryecroft we ran forwards onto Barracks Road and we turned left into the car park and we parked up. At the pub Matthew went to the toilet and can of Coke. For dcinner Matthew had a burger and aome fries. For afters Matthew had red velvet cake. Highlights of the bus sightings included First Potteries 67174 on the #98 to Ball Green. We got in the car and we set off onto Barracks Road and we went back towards Newcastle before doing a U turn between Morrisons and going up Barracks Road. We turned left onto Ryecroft and we pulled up. We dropped out our friend and we continued along Ryecroft. We did a 180 at thr roundabout and we went back along Ryecroft the opposite way. We ran forwards onto the one-way system and we continued onto the A53. We ran around the one way system and we went along the A52 into Hartshill. We ran down the hill into Stoke and we went around the one-way system in Stoke. We turned left onto Liverpool Road and we veered right onto Elenora Street. We turned right onto Copeland Street and we turned left onto Glebe Street and we followed the one way system onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 onto City Road and we went under the railway line. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew collected a few suypplies from the car and headed upstairs. He chilled out in his room and watched TV. He had a can of Cherry Coke. He watched television and used his computer. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. When we had finished we returned to the bus stop to wait for the next bus to Blurton. The bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67153 on a #23 to Newstead. We got on the bus and we booked to Newstead before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Christchurch Street and we turned right onto Station Bridge Road. We went forwards onto Heron Street and we went through Heron Cross and over the A50 onto Blurton Road. We ran down the hill and we went past the BP garage. We ran up the hill towards Critchlow's Corner and we turned right onto Church Road. We turned right onto Beaconfield Drive and we ran to the end. We turned left onto Finstock Avenue and up towards the shops. We turned right onto Ripon Road and at the end we turned left onto the A5035. We turned right onto Barlaston Road and right onto Waterside Drive. We turned left onto Wimbourne Avenue and we stopped at the bus stop by the shops. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked Wimbourne Avenue and we turned onto Waterside Drive. We stopped at one of the house and Matthew had a glass of Coke. We continued along Waterside Drive. We continued to the end and we turned right onto Wimbourne Avenue. Afterwards we went outside to we waited for the taxi to Fenton. When it arrived we saw it was an Intercity taxi. We set off onto Wimbourne Avenue and we turned right onto Waterside Drive. we continued to the ens and we turned left onto Barlaston Road. We turned left onto the A5035 and right onto Ripon Road. At the end we turned left onto Finstock Avenue. We ran past the shops and we turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive. We ran to the end we turned left onto Church Road. We ran to Critchlow's Corner and we veered left onto Blurton Road past the former Coral betting shop. We ran through Blurton and into Heron Cross and over the A50. We ran forwards onto Heron Street and we followed the road around onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Masterson Street and we saw Stafford & District Community Link LA72 DDU. We turned right onto Watkin Street and we continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room and we put all his shopping in his cupboard or in the kitchen. He also watched buses out of the window. For a late tea Matthew had chicken and rice followed by angel cake and custard. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was returning to the residential unit, but first he was going out for dinner and doing his weekly shop. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up around 10:15 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We got ready and we went out just before 12:00. We set off to Newcastle to pick up our friend. We got in the car and we set off through Blurton and onto the A5035. We continued to Trentham and we turned right onto the A34 and we saw First Potteries 35946 on the #101 to Stafford. We ran through Hanford and we crossed the A500 and we continued through Trent Vale and into Newcastle. We turned right onto Barracks Road we ran past the bus station and we saw First Potteries 67175 on a #99 to Chell. We turned left onto Ryecroft and stopped to pick up our friend. After we picked him up We crossed over Ryecroft we ran forwards onto the A53. We ran around one-way system and onto the A52. We ran up to Hartshill and we ran forwards onto Shelton New Road. We turned right onto Garner Street and we stopped at the food truck. Matthew had a cumberland ring with bacon and egg washed down with can of Coke. When we had finished we set off to the shop. We ran along Garner Street to Etruria and we turned left onto the A53. We veered left onto Forge Lane and we ran forwards onto Shelton Boulevard and we turned left onto the Etruria Valley Link Road. We went under the A500 and we turned left onto the retail park passing First Potteries 35948 on a #501 Festival Park circular service. We parked up by the supermarket and we saw black minibus SB74 HXC parked up.

We did Matthew's weekly shopping and before we went back to the car we saw First Potteries 63366 on a #501 circular service. We set off through the retail park and we turned left onto the A527 and we ran to the top of the hill and we turned left to follow the A527 into Newcastle. We turned right onto Ryecroft and we pulled up. We dropped off our friend. We set off onto Ryecroft and we turned right onto Barracks Road. We passed the bus station and we saw D&G Bus 110 on a #35 to Crackley. We turned keft onto the Southbound A34 we ran down to Trent Vale and under the A500 into Hanford. We ran into Trentham and at the roundabout we turned left onto the A5035. We ran into Blurton and we got back to home just after 14:30. Matthew had an ice cream and a can of Cherry Coke. We wrote some Blog and afterwards Matthew returned to the residential unit. We got in the car and we set off through Burton and we ran along Beaconsfield Drive where we saw gold minibus DE04 FNZ parked up. We turned left onto Church Street and left onto Blurton Road. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Steeet. We carried on forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Masterson Street and we saw Stafford & District Community Link LA72 DDU. We turned right onto Watkin Street and we continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room and we put all his shopping in his cupboard or in the kitchen. Matthew chilled out on his computer and watched buses out of the window. Matthew chilled out in his room and we saw Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB outside. For tea Matthew had pizza and chips followed by a Toffee sponge pudding and custard. Washed it down with a can of Irn Bru. Later on we went downstairs and we saw it was Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB. We got on the bus and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street. and left onto City Road. We ran down the hill onto the A52 and we went under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 and we ran into Stoke and on the one way system. We followed the road onto Lonsdale Street and right onto Fleming Street. We turned right onto Campbell Place and we followed the road around back onto Church Street. We ran up the hill into Hartshill and edge the edge of Newcastle we ran onto George Street. We went forwards onto the ring road and we crossed the roundabout onto Ironmarket. We parked up and and we went to the pub. For dessert he had chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. When we had finished we set off along Ironmarket to the High Street. We turned left onto Hassell Street and we walked past the bus station. We walked onto the ring road and past the new council building and into the park. After we had finished in the park we returned to the minibus. We returned to Fenton in Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB. We got on the bus and we set off onto the roundabout and we turned right onto barracks Road. We joined the Southbound A34 and we ran down to Trent Vale. We turned left onto Harpfields Road and we went forwards onto Keelings Drive. We turned left onto London Road and we ran through Boothen into Stoke. We ran around the one-way system and onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 and under the railway line into Fenton. We ran up City Road and we turned right into Smithpool Road and left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the dentist and we saw Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB outside. We went downstairs and we and we cut through onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street and we across City Road. At the top we crossed over Victoria Road to wait for the bus at the bus stop. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 35950 on a #6 to Coalville. We got on the bus and we booked to Meir Park before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off up City Road and forwards onto King street We ran through Foley and under the railway line into Longton town centre. The bus stopped on Market Street and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed over Market Street and we walked down The Strand and we walked through to the market and Matthew went to the toilet. We came out of the market and we crossed over Market Street and we went into the tropical fish shop. We had a look at the fish before going back outside. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67143 on a #6 to Coalville.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We turned left onto the A52 and we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. at the top of the hill we turned right onto the anticlockwise ring road and we turned left onto Town Road. We turned right onto Quadrant Road and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus. Once we had finished we went to the Intu Potteries shopping centre and Matthew went to the other end and up in the lift. We went into a shop and then we returned onto Market Square and we stopped at Greggs. Afterwards we walked back along Market Square and we walked across Tontine Square. We went into Stafford Street and forwards onto Lichfield Street and we stoped at Venus Fish Bar and Matthew had sausage chips and gravy. Matthew washed this down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we set off across the ring road and we cut through onto Birch Terrace. We continued onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63174 on a #38 to Kidsgrove.

We got on the bus and we booked to Talke Pits before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. At the bottom of the road we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto Broad Street and then we joined the clockwise ring road. At the end we turned left onto Etruria Road before going under the A53 onto Festival Way. We ran past Waterworld and we turned left onto Forge Lane past a new minibus building by the Brindley Farm pub. We looped under the A53 and we joined the Westbound A53. We crossed over the A500 at Etruria and and we ran up the hill into Basford and we ran down hill to the edge of Newcastle and we got onto the one way system. At the jubilee roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road before turning right into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus to Hanley. We walked out of the bus station and we waited for a bus towards Hanley. Eventually the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63359 on a #101 to Hanley.

We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran forwards onto the one-way system. We continued onto the A52 and when we got to Hartshill we veered left onto Shelton New Road. We ran over the railway line and canal and we went up to Snow Hill. We turned left and ran up Broad Street. We turned right onto the ring road and left onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we ran up to the bus station. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. We were considering what bus to do next and we saw First Potteries 67147 on a #501 to Wolstanton. A few mninutes later the bus appeared. It was First Potteries 67172 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we turned right onto Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We ran through the estate and back onto the A5272. We ran up to Adderley Green and we saw First Potteries 37430 parked in the garage. At the roundabout we turned right onto Anchor Road. We turned left onto Market Street and right onto Commerce Street past the former Co-op Bank. We went arounf the roundabout and turned right onto The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down the Strand and under the railway line onto King Street. We continued down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past KFC and we got up and got off. We walked down City Road and we turned right onto onto Glebedale Road and we walked along Baker Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street. We returned onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When Matthew got back we went upstairs and went up to his room to chill out and use the computer. Matthew also watched buses out of the window. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car CK25 VLE outside there yard. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67153 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Steet and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station ans we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street before we turned right onto John Street. We climbed the hill and up into the bus station. We got up and got off the got off the bus. Once we got off the bus and Matthew took a picture of First Potteries 67153.

Once off the bus and Matthew visited the toilet. We afterwards we waited for a bus towards Trent Vale. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67155 on a #21 to Trentham. We got on the bus and we booked to Trent Vale before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road and we ran down to the railway station. We turned left onto Station Road and we ran part the railway station before going right onto Glebe Street. After a brief stop we continued forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the road around onto Church Street. The bus rounded the corner onto Campbell Place and forwards onto London Road. We continued through the West End and Oakhill and past the former Oakhill pub. We ran into Trent Vale and we turned left onto the A34 and we got up and got off the bus. As we set off towards the pub we saw First Potteries 63356 on a #22 to Newcastle. We went into the pub and Matthew found a seat where he could see out of the window. We walked into the pub and Matthew had a mixed grill washed down with a glass of Coke. For afters matthew had a cheesecake with custard. whilst at the pub highlights of the bus sightings were First Potteries 63172 on a #101 to Stafford and AJS Passenger Travel EO67 BXN heading Northwards. When he had finished eat Matthew set off onto the A34 and around the corner onto London Road to wait for the bus back towards Stoke. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67153 on a #21 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along London Road and we ran through Oak Hill past the former Oak Hill pub. We continued through the the West End before running into Stoke Town centre and Campbell Place. We continued around the one-way system onto Church Street and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed over the road to catch a #11. We turned right into Church Street to wait for a First bus back up to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6009 on a #1 to Meir.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 6009 before it continued towards Meir.
