Trip to Newcastle / Trentham 29-09-2026

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw Notts & Derby 742. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63101 on a #11X to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill towards Stoke. We went under the railway line and got off the bus just before the railway bridge and we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 394.

A short tme later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63146 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before we sitting down. The bus set off down City Road and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street and onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We walked up towards the top end of the bus station whilst we waited for something we could catch. A short time later the bus arrived on stand. We saw it was First Potteries 63175 on a #101 to Stafford. We got on the bus and we booked to Trentham Garden before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34 and we ran down through Trent Vale and into Hanford. We continued down through to Trentham where we saw ABC Supreme KX64 AFF. Near to the old entrance to the gardens we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 63175 as it continued towards Stafford on the #101.

Once off the bus we went to across the road the road and into Trentham Gardens. we walked around the North end of the lake and we went to Totally delicious. Matthew had a sausage and cheese oatcake washed down with glass of Coke. Afterwards Matthew had an Victoria sponge cake. After finishing eating Matthew went to the toilet. Once we had finished eating we walked back through the main gate and onto the A34 opposite the A5035. We turned left and walked along the A34 to the old Gardens entrance where the bus stop is situated. When we had finished we returned to Hanley. We set off onto the Northbound A34 and we saw red minibus BK60 CKL. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63171 on a #101 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off Northwards through Trentham. We continued North through Hanford and Trent Vale and we past the City General hospital before going into Newcastle. We turned right onto Barracks Road and we entered the bus station from the South end. We got up and got off the bus. Once in the bus station we waited for a bus back to Fenton. Matthew went to the toilet and we walked out of the bus station onto Hassell Street and we turned left onto High Street and we visited Poundland. Matthew brought a can of Coke. We continued along High Street and we turned right onto Hassell Street and we turned left onto Castle Walk and we past the former Pound Bakery. We stopped at Greggs. Matthew picked a caramel shortbread fot later. We headed back through the Castle Walk. We stopped at the benches at the end to drink the can of Coke. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 63146 on a #11X to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke. We passed through Church Street we got up and got off the bus. We walked around the corner onto Campbell Place to wait for a bus to Trentham. A few minutes later we saw a bus come around the corner. It was First Potteries 67155 on a #21 to Trentham. We got on the bus and we booked to Trentham before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Campbell Place and forwards onto London Road. We continued through Oakhill and past the former Oakhill pub. We ran into Trent Vale and at the end of London Road and we turned right onto the A34 and we went under the A500 into Hanford. We turned left onto Church Lane and we ran up to the top of the hill. We turned right into Wilson Road and at the end we turned left onto New Inn Lane. We turned left onto Pacific Road and we got up and got off the bus. We set off onto Pacific Road and we turned right into Constance Avenue. We turned right into Winnipeg Close and we turned right into Michigan Grove. We walked back to into Michigan Grove and we turned right into Winnipeg Close. We turned left into Constance Avenue and we turned left into Pacific Road to wait a bus to Newcastle. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67151 on a #21 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Constance Avenue and we stopped. We continued around the loop and we re-joined New Inn Lane, We passed the building site where new housing is being built. At the top of the hill we turned right into Hanford along Wilson Road. We ran down Mayne Street before joining the Northbound A34. As we joined the A34 we crossed under the A500. We turned onto London Road and we ran through Oak Hill past the former Oak Hill pub. We continued through the the West End before running into Stoke Town centre and Campbell Place. There was nothing of interest parked up in City cabs and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off along London Road. We turned right into the A52 and we turned left onto South Wolfe Street and we ran past the Stoke Indoor Market. We turned left into Church Street to wait for a First bus up to Penkhull. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6004 on a #9 to Westbury Park. We got on the bus and we booked to Penkhull before we sat down. We set off along Church Street and off up the hill along Hartshill Road and we went up the hill through Hartshill. We turned left onto Princes Road past old school. We turned right onto St Thomas's Place where we got up and got off the bus. We walked onto St Thomas's Place and we turned left onto Princes Road. We crossed over Frederick Avenue and forwards onto Westland Street and we stopped at one of the house and Matthew had a glass of Coke. Once we had finished the drink we returned to Fenton by car. We got in the car and we set off onto Westland Street and we turned right onto Stone Street. We turned left onto Princes Road past old school. We turned right onto St Thomas's Place and we turned left onto Newcastle Lane. We turned right onto Hilton Road and left into the hospital grounds. Matthew waited in the Ambulance waiting area for a couple of hours. We had finished we returned to Newcastle. We got in the car and we set off out of the hospital and we crossed Southbound A34 and we turned left onto The Avenue. Travelling up towards Hartshill. At the end we turned right onto Hartshill Road. We ran down to Stoke and onto the one way system. We turned right onto Elenora Street and we followed the road around onto Copeland Street and we turned left onto Glebe Street. We turned right onto Lytton Street and we ran through onto City Road. We ran under the railway bridge and we ran up the hill into Fenton. We turned right into Smithpool Road we turned left onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and left onto City Road. We crossed over and onto Manor Street. We stopped at the Fenton Community Hall and Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we had a drink of Coke. Matthew had a ham sandwich and sausage rolls. After we had finished we returned to the residential unit. We walked along Manor Street and we crossed over City Road and we turned right onto onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. We went upstairs and back into his room. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. He watched television and used his computer. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus later. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we waited for a bus to Stoke. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63364 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We got off the bus and we crossed obver the road to the stop opposite to wait for a #25 to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As soon as it cam into view we knew it was D&G Bus 6004 on a #9 to Biddulph. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. The bus set off out of Stoke town centre and across the A500. We crossed under the railway line before turning left onto the A52 and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked up onto the A52 and we ran past the railway station. Once off the bus we walked up onto the A52 and we ran past the railway station. We turned right onto College Road. We walked around Hanley Park for a while. We walk northwards through the park and into the North West corner to the sensory play area. Matthew walked to the toilet. We walked through the park and we walked back to the South East corner of the park. After spending a while there we walked back to the South East corner of the park. After spending time in the play area Matthew went out of the park onto Cleveland Street. We continued onto Regent Road and we turned left onto Hinde Street and we saw First Potteries 36827 on layover. Afterwards we saw First Potteries 36834 parked up on layover. We walked back to Regent Road and we continued to the end onto Lichfield Street. We crossed over and went to the chip shop. matyew had sauasge chips and gravy washd down with a can of Coke. Afterwards we crossed over the ring road and headed up to Birch Terrace, We crossed over Lichfield Street and into the bus station to see what we might catch. Whilst we waited we saw Stantons of Stoke 8701 VT on a #19 to Sneyd Green. We waited for a bus back towards Fenton. We considered catching the First Bus and we pulled on and off stand before we could get to it. We saw it was First Potteries 35943 on a #25 to Keele.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down John Street onto Bethesda street where we crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and we saw First Potteries 36831 parked up in Hinde Street layover. We ran forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down through Shelton along Cauldon Road and we turned left onto Station Road outside the railway station. We went forwards onto A52 and we followed the road around to the right and under the railway line. We crossed over the A500. We continued into Stoke centre along Church Street. We went out of the other side of Stoke and up Hartshill Road into Hartshill. We turned left into The Avenue and we ran down to Hilton Road and we turned right into the hospital where we saw First Potteries 63096 on a #25 to Hanley. We ran through the hospital and we turned right onto the A34. We ran up to Newcastle and forwards onto Barracks Road. We entered the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We headed to the toilet and Matthew used the facilities. Once off the bus we waited for a bus to Fenton. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 63361 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63358 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street where we got up and got off the bus. We walked around the corner onto Campbell Place to wait for a bus to Trentham. A few minutes later we saw a bus come around the corner. It was First Potteries 67159 on a #21 to Trentham.

We got on the bus and we booked to Trentham before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Campbell Place and forwards onto London Road. We continued through Oakhill and past the former Oakhill pub. We ran into Trent Vale and at the end of London Road we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we saw RR Travel MM72 ZMY. We went into the pub and Matthew found a seat where he could see out of the window. Matthew had Sausage, egg beans and chips with bacon and 2 oatcakes washed down with a glass of Coke. for dessert Matthew had toffee sponge pudding and custard. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included First Potteries 35684 on a #101 to Stafford and white minibus YC07 FOT heading Northwards. When he had finished eat Matthew set off onto the A34 and around the corner onto London Road to wait for the bus back towards Stoke. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67159 on a #21 to Hanley.

Once off the bus we set off along London Road. We turned right into Church Street to wait for a First bus back up to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63176 on a #11 to Hanley.

We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. Later on Matthew had a bath followed by toast for supper. Matthew then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up around 08:30 and had pancakes for breakfast washed down with orange juice. Latrer on Matthew set off on foot towards Stoke. We cut through onto City Road and past the closed Afford rent-a-car depot. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was First Potteries 63117 on a #11 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off up City Road and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive and we ran to the end and we turned left onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We turned left onto the A52 we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Road and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Potteries 63117 before it returned towards Hanley on a #11 service.

We waited for a short while and we saw D&G Bus 6004 on a #32X to Upper Tean.

A short time later the bus arrived on stand. It was First Potteries 63117 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle. we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we turned right onto Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We ran through the estate and back onto the A5272. We ran up to Adderley Green. At the roundabout we turned right onto Anchor Road. system onto Commerce Street and right onto The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down the Strand and under the railway line onto King Street. We continued down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past KFC. City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We set off onto Hassell Street and we turned right onto High Street. We crossed over and we walked across to the bowling alley and then Matthew had a few games of bowling. We walked back onto High Street and we walked onto Hassell Street. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus to Fenton. A short time later we saw D&G Bus 3014 on a #101 to Stafford.

A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67141 on a #25 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station onto barracks Road and we ran down onto the Southbound A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the grounds and onto Hilton Road. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke town centre. We went forwards onto Church Street and the bus topped in the town centre. After a brief stop we continued over the A500 and we got up and got off the bus just before the railway bridge. We got a Lucky Seven taxi up to Fenton. We set off along City Road and we ran down the hiull into Stoke and we went under the railway line. We crossed over the the A500 and we veered on Wheildon Road and we ran forwards onto Grove Road. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we turned right onto the A50. We ran along Stanley Matthew Way and we turned left onto the A5035. We got back to Blurton around 13:00. Matthew chilled out on his computer. Just before 14:00 we set off on foot over towards the bus stop outside of High Tales. We headed onto the A5035 and we crossed over. We saw First Potteries 67173 on a #22 to Longton.

We crossed back over the A5035 and we saw D&G Bus 6003 on a #27A to Bentilee. We crossed back over the A5035 and e headed onto Stanley Matthews Way. A short time later our bus appeared. As it approached we saw it was D&G Bus 6003 on a #27A to Bentilee.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newstead before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off along Stanley Matthews Way and we ran down to the A50. We headed Westwards and we turned left towards the Southbound A500. We came off near to the incinerator and we ran forwards onto Railway Cottages. We turned around at the turning circle by the Dunelm Mill warehouse and we headed back along Railway Cottages. We ran forwards onto the A5006 and we turned around at the Michelin Roundabout. We turned left onto the A500 and right onto the A50. We ran up to Heron Cross and we turned left onto the A50 link road. We went under the railway line and we turned right onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. In the back of the First garage we saw relatively new arrival First Potteries 37430. We continued along Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked down to the pub. Once he had finished eating we went outside onto the Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We got in car and we set off along Dawlish Drive and we turned right onto Wellfield Road and we passed old school site which is going to be a new sheltered housing site. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Dawlish Drive. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and we turned right onto Malthouse Road. We turned right onto Wooliscroft Road and left onto Corneville Road. We turned right onto Ruxley Road and right onto the A52 and and we turned left onto Eaves Lane. We turned left onto Greasley Road and continued onto Greasley Road. Before we joined the A5009 and we ran past the Cemetery to Milton and we turned left onto Millrise Road and we ran forwards onto Maunders Road and we crossed over the old railway line. We turned right onto Newford Crescent and left onto the A53. We turned into the retail park. We headed through Cobridge and we ran past the site of the new Wrights Pies shop. At the lights we turned left onto Waterloo Road. We ran down to the ring Road and then we ran around Hanley before going onto Lichfield Street. We ran down to Joiners Square and we continued onto Victoria Road. We ran up to the top and we turned sharp right onto City Road. We ran down to Smithpool Road and we turned left. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and chilled out in his room to use his computer and watch buses before going out later on. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Smithpool Road. We crossed over the railway line and we walked down to the entrance of the park. For dinner Matthew had washed down a can of Irn Bru. In the park Matthew walked up to the playground. Once we had finished in the park we walked back along Grove Road. We crossed over the Whieldon Road and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Masterson Street and we turned left onto Watkin Street. We continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When we got there we saw Temple Street Church RX18 GZW parked up. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. For tea Matthew had a Lamb Mince Pasta Bake Cheese & Bacon followed by cake. In the late evening Matthew went downstairs to spend time with the other residents ar cuppa club. Matthew had various biscuits as well as some rice crispy cakes washed down with a can of Dr Pepper. Later on Matthew went back upstairs and had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got ready to go to Newcastle. When it was time to go out we went downstairs and onto Temple Street. We turned cut through onto City Road and we headed towards the bus stop. The traffic was unusually busy and the bus was a little late. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. It was First Potteries 63146 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Talke Pits before sitting down towards the back of the bus. set of out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Ryecroft. At the roundabout we turned right onto the Northbound A34. We ran Northwards past the bus garage and we ran through Milehouse. We ran Northwards to the McDonald roundabout and we turned left onto Wolstanton Road. At the roundabout we turned right onto Chesterton High Street. We turned right onto Crackley Bank and we ran through Crackley and Red Street. We crossed over the A500 and we veered left onto Talke High Street. We turned right somewhere and left onto Chester Road. We re-joined the road and we ran forwards onto Coalpit Hill. We ran forwards onto the A34 and up towards somewhere where we turned right onto the B5371. We turned right onto Mitchell Avenue and we turned left onto Lower Ash Road. We turned right onto First Avenue and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked around the corner onto the B5371. As we turned into the A50 and we went into the Jessie's Coffee Shop. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards he had sausage and cheese oatcake washed down with a can of Coke. Once we had finished in the Jessie's Coffee Shop we walked back onto the A50 and across to the bus stop where we waited for a #38A to Hanley. A short time later the bus appeared. It was First Potteries 67177 on a #38A to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off along the A50. We ran up the hill into Goldenhill and then forwards through Sandyford past the retail park into Tunstall. We ran down the High Street. We continued down the High Street and we ran past the former Co-operative bank. We turned left onto Williamson Street. At the roundabout we turned right onto Scotia Road and past the the old bus garage before running up the hill into Burslem town centre. We continued into Cobridge and down into Hanley. We joined Hope Street and we ran forwards to Stafford Street. We got up and got off the bus. We continued along Stafford Street and we walked up Piccadilly into Tontine Square. We continued along Tontine Street. Once we had finished we went to the Intu Potteries shopping centre. After visiting shops in the shopping centre we walked down Tontine Square. We went into Stafford Street and forwards onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63111 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Bucknall before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off up set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we turned right onto Dividy Road. We got up and got off the bus. Once off up Dividy Road and we crossed. We waited for a bus to Hanley and a short time later we saw . A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63146 on a #11 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Dividy Road and we turned left onto the A52 we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Road and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Matthew walked into the bus station and went to the toilet. Afterwards we waited for a bus to Sneyd Green. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67153 on a #6A to Blythe Bridge. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot on the road at the back of Victoria Road. We turned right onto George Street and we turned left onto Leopold Street. We stopped at the playground and Matthew had a can of Coke. We continued along Manor Street. We crossed over City Road and we went back to the residential unit. Matthew went to his room to chill out and use his computer. He also watched buses out of the window. We went downstairs to the car and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and left onto City Road. We ran down the hill into Stoke and we joined the Northbound A500. We ran North uo through Etruria and Longport and we joined the Eastbound A527. We ran up the hill to the top end of Tunstall and we turned left onto Chatterley Lane. We turned right onto Hollywall lane and at the end we turned left onto the A50. We stopped at the Goldenhill Community Centre and we went to a fun day. Matthew used the toilet and afterwards had chicken nuggets and chips for tea. Matthew had a can of Coke. For dessert Matthew had a piece of sponge cake with custard. When we had finished we got back into the car and we set off onto the A50. We ran North into Kidsgrove and we turned right onto Mount Road. We continued onto Pennyfield Road and we ran up through Harriseahead and towards Mow Cop. We continued up to the Edge of Biddulph and we turned right onto the A527. We ran Southwards through Brown Lees and Brindley Ford and we followed the road through Knypersley and Fegg Hayes up to Chell. We continued along the A527 through Pits Hill and Sandyford and down to the A500. We ran Southwards through Longport and Etruria and we came off the A500 at Stoke. We ran up the A52 under the railway line and we ran forwards onto City Road and into Fenton. We turned right into Manor Street and left into Victoria Road and we continued onto Victoria Road and we stopped at Buzz Bingo. Matthew went to the toilet and had a cup of Coke. We got an ABC Supreme taxi back to the residential unit. We set off up Victoria Road. We turned right onto City Road and left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out in his room and use his computer and watch buses out of the window. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw First Potteries 63346 on a #11 to Newcastle. Later on we went downstairs and we set off City Road. After we had crossed over we walked onto Manor Street. At the end of Manor Street We set off of foot onto Glebedale Road and we turned left onto City Road. After crossing over the road we turned right into Manor Street. At the end we turned left onto Victoria Road and we went down the hill to Aldi. Matthew brought his shopping and then we got a Lucky Seven taxi to Cheadle. We set off onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill. We turned right onto Manor Street and right onto Hallam Street. We turned right onto Elsing Road and we turned right onto City Road and left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Wheildon Road and we ran forwards onto Grove Road. In Heron Cross we turned right onto Blurton Road. We went Eastwards along the A50 and we joined the Eastbound and we ran up to Meir. We came off the A50 and we turned left at roundabout onto the Northbound A520. We ran through Weston Coyney and we continued up to Cellarhead. We turned left the A52 and we headed Eastwards towards Kingsley Moor. We followed the road to the left and we ran into Kingsley village. We turned right onto Holt Lane. We ran through Kingsley Holt and we turned right onto the A521. We ran into Cheadle and we ran forwards onto the A522. We turned left onto Ashbourne Road and we turned right onto Allen Street and we stopped at the leisure centre. Once there Matthew we to use the largest inflatable play park and Matthew used the toilet. For dinner Matthew had sausage chips and gracy with bread and butter washed down with a glass of Coke. After we had finished we went back to Fenton by car. We set off along Allen Street and we ran forwards onto Plant Street. We turned right onto the A522 and we turned left onto the A521. We turned right onto High Street and we turned left onto the A521. We ran into Kingsley Holt. We crossed the A52. We ran through Cellarhead crossroads. We turned left onto the A520. We continued down up to Weston Coyney. We continued down into Meir. and we at the roundabout we turned right onto the Westbound A50 and we ran through Normacot and Longton to Heron Cross. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we continued onto Heron Street. We continued onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Masterson Street and right onto Watkin Street. We turned right onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window we saw AJS Passenger Travel AJ56 BUZ.

We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. We stopped at the kebab shop and we brought burger and fries. When we brought the food we walked back down City Road and we turned left into Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and use the computer. For tea Matthew had burger and fries followed a couple of slices of syrup sponge puddinge. Matthew also had a can of Coke. When it was time to go out we went downstairs and we walked onto City Road. As we walked up the bus stop. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. It was First Potteries 67181 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Potteries 67181.

We set off onto Hassell Street and we turned right onto High Street and we visited a cash machine. We turned left into Church Street and we turned left onto Bridge Street and we went under the subway on to the A34. We turned left Dunkirk and we walked up Castle Hill Road and we right onto Stanier Street. We got into the building Matthew went to the toilet. He also spent time in the indoor soft play area. When we had finished we said goodbye and we returned to Fenton in a taxi. We set off onto Stanier Street. When we returned to Fenton in a Intercity taxi. We set off along Stanier Road and we turned left onto Pool Side. We turned left onto Dunkirk and we turned right onto Knutton Lane. We around the roundabout and back onto the Ryecroft and we ran forwards onto the one-way system. We continued onto the A52 and we ran into Hartshill. We veered left onto Shelton New Road and we stopped briefly near to the old Gilberts furniture shop. We continued down Shelton New Road through the traffic lights and we turned right to join the Southbound A500. We stayed on the high level road and we came off the A500 at City Road. We ran under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. He watched television and used his computer. later on he had a bath. For supper Matthew had some toast. Matthew went to bed around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was going to Grandma's, going to the pub and going to Blurton for the weekend, but first he was going out on the bus. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Matthew chilled in his room for a while and watched bues out of the window. Later on Matthew set off on foot to the bus stop. We went downstairs onto Temple Street and we cut through onto City Road. We set off towards the bus stop and we waited for a bus towards Newcastle. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it go closer we saw it was First Potteries 63359 on a #11X to Newcastle.

The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off up Castle Walk and we went to the coffee shop. Matthew had a bottle of Coke and a millionaire's shortbread. When we had finished we headed back down Castle Walk to the bus station. We waited for a bus towards Clayton. A short time later we saw a bus come on stand. It was D&G Bus 6004 on a #9 to Westbury Park.

We got on the bus and we booked to Clayton. We set off onto Barracks Road. We crossed over the roundabout and we joined the Southbound A519. We ran down to the Nuffield Hospital and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot onto the A519 and we crossed over the road. Matthew had an apoinment at the hospital. After the appoinment we got a taxi back to Newcastle. We got in the taxi and we headed North up the A519. We ran into Newcastle and we crossed over the roundabout onto Barracks Road. We veered left onto Stubbs Street and we got out of the taxi. Once at the bus station we waited for a bus to Hanley. A short time later we saw D&G Bus 5205 on a #85 to Nantwich. A few minutes later we saw a bus arrive on stand. It was D&G Bus 6004 on a #9 to Biddulph. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We ran down to the A34 and we headed South to the hospital where we turned left. We saw City Centre Central minibus SD10 BMZ. We ran through the hospital grounds and out the other side onto Hilton Road. At the roundabout we went left onto Newcastle lane and we ran up the hill into the centre of Penkhull. We turned left onto St Thomas Place and forwards onto Princes Street. We past the old North Staffs Royal Infirmary which is currently being re-developed. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran down into Stoke. We passed through Church Street and we crossed over the A500. after running under the railway line we followed the A52 around to the left running parallel to the railway line. We then turned left onto to station Road. After stopping briefly outside the railway station we turned right onto College Road and we ran up the hill through Shelton. We continued onto Cleveland Road and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we continued along Bethesda Street before turning right onto John Street. We ran up the hill into the bus station and onto stand. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. We set off onto Lichfield Street and we went forwards onto Tontine Street. and ontonto Tontine Square. We continued nto Market Square and we went to the toilet. We went into the shopping centre. After buying something we walked back arlong Parliament Row and onto Tontine Street. We continued onto Lichfield Street and we crossed over the ring road and went to the chip shop. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished eating we set off back to the bus station. We crossed over the ring road and crossed over Lichfield Street and headeed back into the bus station. We waited for a bus towards Newcastle. A short time later we saw a bus come on stand. We saw it was First Potteries 35948 on a #25 to Keele.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down John Street onto Bethesda street where we crossed over the ring road and we ran down through Shelton along Cauldon Road and we turned left onto Station Road outside the railway station. We went forwards onto A52 and we followed the road around to the right and under the railway line. We crossed over the A500. We continued into Stoke centre along Church Street. We went out of the other side of Stoke and up Hartshill Road into Hartshill. We turned left into The Avenue and we ran down to Hilton Road and we turned right into the hospital where we saw Magnum PF64 RJJ. We ran through the hospital and we turned right onto the A34. We ran up to Newcastle and forwards onto Barracks Road. We entered the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus we waited for a bus towards Fenton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6012 on a #1A to Meir. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton and sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the the grounds. As we travelled through the hospital we saw Roseville FD70 YDT. We turned left onto Hilton Road. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 6012 as it continued towards Meir.

Once off the bus we crossed over the road and we cut through on Temple Street. We returned to the residential unit and we went upstairs. Matthew chilled out in his room. A shirt time later we came to pick Matthew up. Instead of catching the bus today we decided to go with mum to Grandma's in the car. We got in the car and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto City Road. We ran down the hill into Stoke and under the railway line. We shared a sausage roll and we turned left onto the A500. We headed down to Hanford and we joined the A34. We ran into Trent Vale and we past the retail park and hospital. We turned right onto The Avenue and left onto Parkstone Avenue and we stopped at Grandma's House. At Grandma's Matthew had toast and a can of Irn Bru and used her computer. Around 17:40 we set off from Grandma's and down to the bus stop as we headed to the pub. We walked down to the A34 and we waited for a bus towards the hospital. We had just missed First Potteries 63362 on a #22 to Longton. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 35946 on a #25 to Hanley.

A few minutes later we saw our bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63172 on a #101 to Stafford.

We got on the bus and we booked to Trent Vale before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the A34 and we ran past the hospital. We ran into Trent Vale and past the retail park. We continued for a further 1/2 mile or so the we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus, Matthew got another picture of First Potteries 63172 as it continued towards Stafford.

We walked alomng the road and into the pub and we sat down at our one our normal tables. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with ice cream. Highlights of the sightings whilst we ate include D&G Bus 149 on a #22 to Longton. Once we had finished eating we went outside to the car. We set off and we carried on along the A34 and we went through Hanford and into Trentham. We turned left onto the A5035. We crossed over the railway line and into Blurton. We got back around 19:15. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we sorted a few things out. Matthew also had a Curly Wurly and a can of dandelion & burdock. We wrote the Blog and sent a couple of e-mails. We chilled out on the sofa until bedtime around 00:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left into Watkin Street and we turned left into the back alley and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We stopped at The Lido and Matthew went. After spend some time their and we set off onto Smithpool Road and we crossed over the railway line and we turned left into the back alley. We went forwards onto Crawford Street and we turned left onto Watkin Street and right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When we got there we saw Just Travel BD67 NEJ parked up. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. On the way to the bus stop we saw Afford rent-a-car RX75 AWR parked up at their garage. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67173 on a #23 to Hanley.

We continued onto Church Street and we got up and got off the bus. We down the road to the other stop to wait for a #23 to Hanley. We crossed the road to wait for the next station bound bus. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6004 on a #9 to Clayton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left onto Princes Road past the old North Staffordshire Royal Infirmary which is going to be converted into a new housing estate. We ran into Penkhull village and we onto Newcastle Lane and we turned right onto Hilton Road. We turned into the hospital and as we travelled through the hospital we saw Travel Express YX70 ZHN. We turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus. We walked out of the bus station and we saw D&G Bus 110 on a #33 to Westlands. We set off onto Hassell Street and we turned right onto High Street and we stopped at Cash Converters. We walked up High Street and we turned left onto Castle walk and stopped at Cancer Research. We continued up Castle Walk and up onto Ironmarket. We returned to the cafe and Matthew had a a piece of bakewell tart washed down with a can of Coke. After we had finished eating we stopped at PDSA Charity Shop. We continued down Castle Walk and we stopped Bristish Heart Foundation Home and Fashion and Matthew bought some boots. We walked down Castle walk and stopped at Cancer Research. We continued up Castle Walk and we went down to the bottom end of the bus station. A few minutes later we saw D&G Bus 6010 on a #1A to Wood Lane.

We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill. We ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road and we continued forwards onto King Street and we passed through Foley We ran forwards into Longton. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed over King Street and onto Transport Lane. We walked down The Strand and we under the railway line into Longton Transport Interchange. Once off the bus we walked around the corner onto The Strand and we turned right into the Bennett Precinct. We visited the Bonmarché and Matthew had a sausage roll and a can of Coke. when we had finished in the shop we walked back to the bus stop on The Strand. We waited for a bus to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63114 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down The Strand and we ran under the railway line onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past KFC. As we approached the flat we got up and got off the bus. We walked back up Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew came downstairs and got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Station Brudge Road and we continued onto Heron Street. We went through the traffic lights onto Blurton Road and we crossedover the A50 and we continued into Blurton. We turned right onto Longton Hall Road and we stopped at the Doctor. After seeing the doactor Matthew returned to the residential unit. When we had finished we said goodbye and we returned to Fenton in a taxi. We set off onto Longton Hall Road and we turned left onto Blurton Road and we climbed up the hill into Heron Cross and we ran through the lights onto Heron Street. We continued onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we crossed over City Road and we ran along Manor Street. We ran to the end of the road and we got out.
