Trip to Crewe / Sandbach 08-08-2026

Today we decided to re-visit Crewe. We stayed fairly local as theres some work that needs doing on the car. Research for the trip consisted at looking at the football fixtures and checking the weather. The weather was for warm weather with some sunshine. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up around 10:30 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. After getting ready we set off around 12:00. We got in the car and we ran through Blurton along Beaconsfield Drive. We turned left onto Church Road and at the roundabout we veered left onto Blurton Road. We ran through Blurton and into Heron Cross and over the A50. At Heron Cross lights we turned left onto Grove Road. We ran forwards onto Wheildon Road and we picked up uncle Dave. Once we had picked up uncle Dave, we continued down Wheildon Road and we joined the Northbound A500. We continued Northwards up the A500 through Etruria and Longport and we passed YMCA DK70 BVR and white minibus LK16 BCZ going the other way. We went under the M6 and we continued along the A500. We crosed over the West coact main line before we turned right onto the B5071. We stopped at the YMCA and went into the cafe. Matthew had a full English Breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. Afterwards Matthew went to the toilet. We got in the car and we continued up the B5071. We carried on over the A534 onto Mill Street and we ran around the outside of Crewe on Vernon Way. We turned left onto West Street and we parked up by the shops. We said goodbye to mum and we walked through the shopping centre past the mini golf course onto Victoria Street. We entered the bus station and we had a look around at what we might catch. We saw First Potteries 63360 on a #103 to Hanley.

We walked to the other end of the bus station and we waited for something going towards Sandbach. A short time later we saw a ubs come on stand. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 5205 on a #38 to Macclesfield.

We got on the bus and we booked a D&G Network Day ticket for £7.50 before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station and we turned left onto Delamere Street. We followed the road around to the right onto Chester Bridge and we crossed the railway line and onto Edleston Road. At the end of the long straight road we turned left onto the A534 and we ran past the railway station ans past B&Q. We traveled Eastwards along Crewe Road. We went through Haslington and Winterley and further North through Wheelock Heath. We got up and got off here to go to the pub. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 5205 as it continued towards Macclesfield.

Once off the bus we headed into the pub. Matthew used the toilet and afterwards we had a glass of Coke. When we had finshed our drinks we headed outside and we waited for another bus. We decided to go on towards Sandbach. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 577 on a #37 to Northwich. We got on the bus and we place the D&G Network Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off thriugh Wheelock Heath and we crossed the A534 and we ran through Wheelock. We ran over the canal and into Sandbach town center past Sandbach School. When we got to the Commons and we ran onto the other side of the triangle where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 577 before it continued towards Northwich.

Once off the bus we headed into the market. We visited the sweet shop and Matthew bought some spearmint chews. We carried on through onto the High Street and we went into the bakery. We bought a millionaire's shortbread and a bottle of Coke. We walked back to through Warm Walls and we sat in the shade near to the bus stop. Matthew ate his millionair's shortbread. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6016 on a #38 to Crewe,

We got on the bus and placed the D&G Network Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the common and we went Westwards out of the town onto Crewe Road and through Wheelock. We crossed the A534 and we ran through Wheelock Heath and Winterly, passed the pond. We continued into Haslington and turned left onto Crewe Road and we re-joined the B5077 towards Crewe Green. We crossed over the roundabout onto the Westbound A534 and we ran towards Crewe railway station. We past the railway station. We continued for around 1/2 mile before turning right into Edlestone Road. We ran into town crossing over the railway line and forwards onto Chester Bridge. We followed the road around onto Delamere Street and we turned right into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. As we got into the bus station we saw D&G Bus 6014. Matthew went to the toilet and and when he came back there appeared to be a swap of buses on the #8. We looked on stand and we saw ancient Enviro200 D&G Bus 35 on a #8 to Sydney.

We got on the bus and we placed the D&G Network Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station and we turned left onto Delamere Street. We ran forwards onto Market Square and we turned right onto Market Street. We turned left onto Chester Street amd left onto Prince Albert Street. We turned right onto Earle Street and we crossed over the railway line and passed the retail park. We continued along the A532 for a few hundred yards and we turned left onto Laurestone Avenue. We turned left onto Wordsworth Drive and we turned right onto Coleridge Way. We continued onto Lansdowne Road and we turned left onto Sydney Road. I hadn't seen anywhere where we could get off and do something interesting, so I decided we should just go back to Crewe. We continued along Sydney Road and we crossed over the railway line. We continued forwards onto Remer Street and we turned left onto Wheatley Road. We turned right onto Lime Tree Avenue and we turned left onto Elm Drive. We ran to the roundabout and we did a u-turn back up Elm Drive. We turned left onto Remer Street and we continued Westwards. We turned left onto Middlewich Street and we headed Southwards. We turned left under the railway bridge and we turned left onto Vernon Way. We turned right onto the A532 and we turned left onto High Town. We turned left onto Victoria Street and we entered the bus station. We let the bus empty and Matthew took a picture inside of D&G Bus 35 before we got off the bus.

Once off the bus we looked for something to catch. Immediately we spotted another bus in the bus station. As we got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 32 on a #85 to Nantwich.

We got on the bus and we placed the D&G Network Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Victoria Street and we ran past the former pub. We turned right onto Hightown and left onto the A532. We turned right onto Frank Webb Avenue and we turned left onto Rolls Avenue. We ran around Chassagne Square and we continued along Rolls Avenue. We turned left and we headed Southwards along Minshull New Road. We rejioned the Westbound A532 and we crossed over the railway line. We turned right onto Sunnybank Road and we turned left onto Halton Drive. We turned left onto Marchfield Avenue and we re-joined the Westbound A532. We joined the A530 and we past the site of a new Wetherspoons opening in September. We headed to the edge of nantwich and we ran forwards onto the B5334. We turned left onto the B5074 and we turned right onto Beam Street. We ran into the centre of town and we pulled into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 32.

We had a look around and we saw D&G Bus 92 on layover and we saw Mikro Coaches YJ16 DYY on layover in between runs on the #39 to Crewe.

We headed down Beam Street and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we had a glass of Coke. We sat near the front of the pub, and there was a charity auction going on. After we had finish our drinks we returned to the bus station. Few minutes after we got back there was some movement around the bus station. One of the buses did a lap of the bus station before coming on stand. We saw it was D&G Bus 100 on a #85 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we placed the D&G Network Day ticket under the scanner for the final time today before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Beam Street. We turned left onto the B5074 and we turned right onto the B5334. We ran past Sainsbury's and we crossed the roundabout onto the Northbound A530. We continued Northwards for about a mile and we turned right onto the A532. We turned left onto Marshfield Avenue and we turned right onto Halton Drive. We turned right onto Sunnybank Road and we turned left to re-join the Eastbound A532. We crossed over the railway line and we turned left onto New Minshull Road. We turned right onto Rolls Avenue and we ccontinued onto Chassagne Square. We crossed the square and continued along Rolls Avenue. We turned right onto Frank Webb Avenue and we turned left to re-join the Eastbound A532. We veered left onto West Street and we turned right onto Hightown. We turned left onto Victtoria Street and we entered the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet. We set off through the bus station and we saw Stagecoach Merseyside 27217 on #84 to Chester.

We walked back to the car and we met up with mum. We set off onto West Street and we turned right onto Vernon Way. We turned left onto Mill Street and left onto the A534. We passed the railway station and we were passed by First Potteries 63345 on a #103 to Hanley. We turned right onto the A532 and we stopped to make an adjustment to the car. We continued to the roundabout and a car going arounnd the roundabout at speed with a trailer lost some of it's load. A pasting table slide across the roundabout! A passing driving instructor stopped to remove the pasting table from the roundabout. We turned right onto David Whitby Way past a new development site. We joined the Eastbound A500 and we saw an unidentified red and yellow foriegn coach. We went under the M6 and we continued along the A500. We saw an unidentified grey coach, 2 unidentifed Moving People coaches, Prospect Coaches (Flixbus) YS75 AYB and Cabability WA64 BRX. We came off the A500 at Sideway and we joined the Eastbound A50. We came off the A50 onto Stanley Matthews way and we saw an unidentified white coach parked up near to the Bet365 stadium. We turned left onto the A5035 and we got back around 18:30. I nipped out to get some food. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of dandelion & burdock. We edited photos and we did some of the Blog. I dropped uncle Dave back home and later on we did an e-mail. Matthew chilled out on his computer until bedtime around 01:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw First Potteries 67156 on a #23 to Hanley. Later on Matthew went downstairs to do his shopping. We set of onto City Road. After crossing over the road we turned right into Manor Street. At the end we turned left onto Victoria Road. Part way down Victoria Road. We turned left off Victoria Road and towards the supermarket. In Aldi Matthew picked up his weekly shopping and we got a lucky Seven taxi back to the residential unit. We set off onto Victoria Road. We turned right onto Manor Street and right onto City Road. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out. He used his computer and watched buses out of the window. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left into Baker Street. We continued onto Glebedale Road and we went to the doctors. We returned to the residential unit along Baker Street and right onto Christchurch Street. We got in a car and we set off onto Christchurch Street and left onto Station Bridge Road. We followed the road around onto Heron Street. We went through the traffic lights and we turned left onto the A50. We ran through Longton. We turned left onto Baths Road. Matthew went to Tesco Extra. Once out of the taxi we walked through onto The Strand and went to the Cafe Delight. Matthew had a brunch washed down with a can of Coke. We waited for a bus towards Fenton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35945 on a #6 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down. The bus set off down The Strand and we ran under the railway line onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We turned right into Victoria Road and we got up and got off the bus. We continued down to Aldi and we did some shopping. After we had done the shopping we got a Lucky Seven taxi back to the residential unit. We set off up Victoria Road. We turned right onto City Road and left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. we went upstairs to his room and use his computer. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. On the way to the bus stop we saw First Potteries 63354 on a #11X to Newcastle. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching and we saw it was D&G Bus 6011 on a #1A to Meir.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We carried on along City Road and we continued forwards onto King Street and we passed through Foley We ran forwards into Longton. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed over King Street and onto Transport Lane. We walked down The Strand and we under the railway line into Longton Transport Interchange. A short time later we saw a bus on stand. It was First Potteries 67149 on a #22 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the Interchange onto Baths Road past Tesco. We cross over the A50 onto Foley Road and at the end we turned right onto Longton Hall Road. We ran down the hill into Blurton and we turned left onto Blurton Road. We ran up the hill and at the roundabout we turned right onto Church Road. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive and we ran to the end. We turned right onto Finstock Avenue and we followed the road around onto Magdalen Road. We turned right onto the A5035. We went past the Trentham Hotel we turned right into New Inn Lane. We turned left into Wilson Road and left into Church Lane. We continued down to the hill and we joined the Northbound A34. In the distance saw an unidentified Lakeside coach join the Northbound A500. We headed into Trent Vale. We turned right into Harpfields Road and we continued forwards on Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw Cabability LK66 AET. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus back to Fenton. We continued down to the bus station and saw D&G Bus 791 on a #94 to Congleton.

Once off the bus we set off along Hassell Street and we came out the shop and we stopped at the market stalls. Afterwards we set off along Ironmarket and we turned left onto Castle Walk. We continued down to the bus station. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67172 on a #11X to Hanley.

We got on bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and we ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over city Road and walked onto Temple Street and left onto Christchurch Street. We stopped at the Co-op and Matthew had a bottle of Coke. We went outside onto Christchurch Street. We walked back into Temple Street and into the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out. Before tea We went downstairs out for a walk to fetch his tea. we set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road and right onto City Road. We walked past Philpots and at the roundabout we turned right into Burger King. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. Once we had finished eating we walked back along City Road and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to chill out in his room. We went downstairs ans we got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we turned right onto the road to the swimming session and afterwards we came out and we went swimming and when he had finished we had an Intercity taxi back to the residential unit. We set off along the private road and we turned left onto City Road. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. He watched television and used his computer. later on he had a bath. For supper Matthew had some toast. Matthew went to bed around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group YS70 KWG. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left into Baker Street. We continued onto Glebedale Road and we went to the doctors. We returned to the residential unit along Baker Street and right onto Christchurch Street. We got in a car and we set off onto Christchurch Street and left onto Station Bridge Road. We followed the road around onto Heron Street. We went through the traffic lights and we turned left onto the A50. We ran through Longton. We turned left onto Baths Road. Matthew went to Tesco Extra. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. we went upstairs to his room and use his computer. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. On the way to the bus stop we saw First Potteries 67150 on a #23 to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6008 on a #1 to Park Site.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw Cabability NU16 YEY. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35685 on the #25 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station the bus set off out onto Barracks Road. We went Southwards on the A34 before turning into the hospital. We trundled through the hospital grounds and ran up to Hartshill Road via Hilton Road and The Avenue. We went down Hartshill Road into Stoke town centre and we continued onto Church Street we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked along Church Street to wait for a First bus back up to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 67157 on a #11 to Hanley.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6012 on a #1A to Meir.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. For tea Matthew had a jacket potato with beans followed by cake. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car DT23 PFG outside there yard. On the way to the bus stop we saw Afford rent-a-car HT73 SSU outside their yard. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6009 on a #1 to Park Site.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw Travel Express FG14 RCX. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. We set off onto Hassell Street and we turned right onto High Street and we crossed over and we went to the cinema. Matthew had a cup of Coke. He went to the cinema to watch The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants. After the film Matthew went to the toilet. We walked out of the cinema onto the High Street and we got a Lucky Seven taxi back to Fenton. When we got in taxi. We set off onto Friars Street. We turned right onto the Southbound A34 and we turned left onto the A527. We ran past the bus station and we crossed over the roundabout onto the A52 and we ran into Hartshill. We veered left onto Shelton New Road and we stopped briefly near to the old Gilberts furniture shop. We continued down Shelton New Road through the traffic lights and we turned right to join the Southbound A500. We stayed on the high level road and we came off the A500 at City Road. We ran under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. He watched television and used his computer. later on he had a bath. For supper Matthew had some toast. Matthew went to bed around 23:00... Mark.

Later on Matthew was going out. We went downstairs and out of the residential unit. We set off onto onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we crossed over City Road onto Manor Street. We turned left onto Victoria Road. We turned left into Aldi and Matthew went into the shop to do some shoppping. Once Matthew had finished shopping we returned to the residential unit in Autocabs taxi. We set off up Victoria Road and we turned right onto the private road up the the and we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 797 outside the baths. We came out of the other side and we turned left onto City Road. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out. He used his computer and watched buses out of the window. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car LV70 UBX outside there yard. We waited for a bus to Hanley. A short time later we saw a bus turn around the corner. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63174 on a #11X to Newcastle.

The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once of the bus we set off up Castle Walk and we stopped at Greggs and Matthre brought a sausage roll and a bottle Dr pepper for dinner. We walked along Castle Walk and we walked out of the bus station Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we waited for a bus to Hartshill. A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67173 on a #22 to Longton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station onto barracks Road and we ran down onto the Southbound A34 and we turned left and we traveled through the hospital we saw Cabability DG17 UYM. We came out of the hospital and turned right onto Hilton Road and forwards onto Harpfields Road. We ran to the end and we turned left onto the Southbound A34. We ran under the A500 into Hanford and we turned left onto Church Lane. We climbed to the top of the hill and we turned right onto Wilson Road. We turned left onto New Inn Lane and we ran into Trentham. We turned left onto the A5035 and we crossed over the railway line into Blurton. We passed the end of Stanley Matthew Way and we turned left onto Magdalen Road. We turned right onto Finstock Avenue and left onto Beaconsfield Drive and we ran through the estate to the other end. We turned left onto Church Road and at the the roundabout we turned left onto Blurton Road. We ran to the bottom of the hill and we turned right onto Longton Hall Road. We ran up the hill and we ran forwards onto Heathcote Street. We turned left onto the high level A50 and at the roundabout we turned right onto Baths Road. We ran past Tesco before turning right into Longton Interchange. where we got up and got off the bus. Once off we walked onto The Strand and we walked through to the market and Matthew went to the toilet. We came out of the market and we crossed over Market Street and we went into the tropical fish shop. Once off the bus we crossed over Market Street past the fromer Hailfax bank. We walked onto the Strand and we saw First Potteries 67157 on a #6A to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6009 on a #1A to Wood Land.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down The Strand. We turned left into Baths Road and we entered Longton Transport Interchange. After a brief stop we ran out onto Baths Road and we turned left under the railway line onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We got up and got off the bus. We walked down City Road and we turned right onto onto Glebedale Road and we walked along Baker Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street. We returned onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When Matthew got back we went upstairs and went up to his room to chill out and use the computer. Matthew also watched buses out of the window. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. We stopped at the kebab shop and we brought burger and fries. When we brought the food we walked back down City Road and we turned left into Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and use the computer. For tea Matthew had burger and fries followed a couple of red velvet cheesecake with custard. Matthew also had a can of Coke. We chilled out on his computer. Later on we went out on the bus to Newcastle. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6009 on a #1A to Wood Land.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw Travel Express HF64 AJU. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off onto Castle Walk and we stopped at Heron Foods. We bought a cake and we set off along Castle Walk and we went past the former Poundland. We turned right into Ironmarket and we turned left onto High Street and we past the fromer Laura Ashley. We crossed over and we went to the cinema. Matthew had a cup of Coke. He went to the cinema to watch A I Swear. After the film Matthew went to the toilet. We walked out of the cinema onto the High Street and we walked onto Hassell Street. We got a Lucky Seven taxi back to Fenton. We set off onto Friars Street. We turned right onto the Southbound A34 and we turned left onto the A527. We ran past the bus station and we crossed over the roundabout onto the A52 and we ran into Hartshill. We veered left onto Shelton New Road and we stopped briefly near to the old Gilberts furniture shop. We continued down Shelton New Road through the traffic lights and we turned right to join the Southbound A500. We stayed on the high level road and we came off the A500 at City Road. We ran under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. He watched television and used his computer. later on he had a bath. For supper Matthew had some toast. Matthew went to bed around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. We whilst waiting we saw Cabability WA64 BRX. Later on Matthew went downstairs to do his shopping. We set of onto City Road. After crossing over the road we turned right into Manor Street. At the end we turned left onto Victoria Road. Part way down Victoria Road and we turned left onto Victoria Road. In Aldi Matthew picked up his weekly shop. After he had done his shopping we went to Hanley in a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off onto Victoria Road and we ran down to joiners Square. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran towards Hanley. We joined the anti-clockwise ring road and we ran around to the other side of Town We exited the ring road onto Town Road. The bus came in through Quadrant Road and forwards onto Stafford Street. We got out of the taxi When we walked along Stafford Street and we turned left onto Tontine Square and we sat on the bench the bank. We continued through the square onto Parliament Row and we visited the Pound Bakery. Matthew brought a sausage roll and a bottle of Coke. We sat down on a bench and Matthew had his sausage roll for dinner washed down bottle of Coke. Once we had finished we walked along Tontine street and onto Lichfield Street. We called for a Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off down Lichfield Street and over the ring road. We ran down to joiners Square and we went over the roundabout onto Victoria Road past Adsa and the B&M. We turned right onto Manor Street and we turned right onto City Road and we ran down the hill to Smithpool Road. We turned left and left again onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room and chilled out on his computer. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. On the way to the bus stop we saw First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63354 on a #11 to Newcastle.

The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the grounds and onto Hilton Road. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. We ran past the site of the new Burger King and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton Transport Interchange onto Baths Road and we ran forwards onto Market Street. We turned left onto Anchor Road and right onto Sutherland Road. We ran to the other end of the road and we turned left onto Weston Coyney Road. We ran up the hill past Matthew's old respite place and at the end we turned right onto the A520 and we turned left onto Brookwood Drive. We turned right onto Stansmore Road and we turned left onto Leason Road. We paused in the Square before going onto Woodville Road. We turned left onto the A520 and we ran into the centre of Meir. At the roundabout we turned right onto Broadway and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked into Broadway. We turned left onto the A520. Once off the bus we waied for a taxi back to Fenton. It was a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off along the A520 and we turned right at the roundabout onto the Westbound A50. We ran through Longton to Fenton and we came off the A50 at Heron Cross. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we went through the traffix lights onto Heron Street. We ran forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Masterson Street and right onto Watkin Street. We continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out. He used his computer and watched buses out of the window whilst and ate his Manchester tart whilst we waited for tea. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car BD24 NNC parked up in their garage.

We turned left Dunkirk and we walked up Castle Hill Road and we right onto Stanier Street. We got out of the taxi and we saw turquoise minibus BX13 XDU. We got into the building Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards Matthew went outside and went on the slide. He also spent time in the indoor soft play area. We watch buses out of the window we saw grey minibus SH74 FET. When we had finished we said goodbye and we returned to Fenton in a taxi. We set off onto Stanier Street. When we returned to Fenton in a Intercity taxi. We set off along Stanier Road. We turned right onto John O' Gaunt's road and left onto Silverdale Road. We turned left onto the A525 and we ran past the dancing Octopus. We turned right onto the Southbound A34. We turned right onto Newcastle Lane and we ran through Penkhull onto Penkhull New Road. We turned right onto London Road. We ran into Stoke and onto the one-way system. We ran forwards onto Campbell Place. We turned left onto Church Street and right onto Liverpool Road. We turned right onto Elanora Street and right onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and left onto Church Street and we crossed over the A500 and onto City Road before going under the railway line. We climbed the hill and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew woke up around 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up and had crumpets and orange juice for breakfast. Later on Matthew went out in a taxi. Matthew went downstairs and we got into the taxi. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We crossed over City Road and we went to Manor Street. We turned left onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We ran up Lichfield Street past the site of the new housoing development. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned left onto Etruria Road. At the roundabout we turned left onto the Westbound along the Westbound A53. In Etruria we turned right onto the Northbound A500. We travelled North to the M6 and we hit a little bit of traffic. As we got on the M6 As we travelled North. We decided to come of the M6 at junction 28 and we headed West along the B5256 at Clayton Green. We turned left onto Woodale Road and we parked up at Asda. We went in the McDonalds. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. When we had finished we got in the car and we set off onto Woodale Road and we turned right onto the B5256. We ran up to Junction 10 and then we got onto the Southbound M6. We continued into Cheshire and we left the M6 at junction 16. We joined the Southbound A500. We turned left onto City Road and we ran under the railway line. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we turned right into Smithpool Road. We turned left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out. He chilled out in his room using his computer and watching buses out of the window. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. We stopped at the kebab shop and we brought burger and fries. When we brought the food we walked back down City Road and we turned left into Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and use the computer. For tea Matthew had burger and fries followed a couple of slices of syrup sponge puddinge. Matthew also had a can of Coke. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left into City Road and we saw Magnum NK65 DHE.

We waited we saw Cabability DG17 UYM. A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67157 on a #6 to Coalville.

A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67141 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down City Road and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street. We turned right onto Shelton Old Road. We ran forwards onto Stoke Road. We ran under the railway line and up through Shelton. We ran up Broad Street and we turned right onto the anti-clockwise ring road. We turned left onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street. We entered the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Potteries 67141.

Matthew walked into the bus station and went to the toilet. We set off out of the bus station onto Lichfield Street and over the ring road. We walked round onto Lichfield Street. We turned left onto Derby Street and we stopped at Derby Street Pharmacy. After the brief stop we went up Derby Street. We crossed the ring road onto Botteslow Street and Matthew visited the doctor. Afterwards we walked back up to the ring road and around to Charles Street. We went forwards onto Tontine Street and we stopped at The Card Factory. We visited Poundland for a a bottle of Coke. After we had finished shopping we walked back down Tontine Street. AS it was a nice day we sat on the seats and Matthew had a chicken sandwich washed down with bottle of Coke. We walked back down onto Lichfield Street. When we got back to the bus station. Once off the bus Matthew visited the toilet. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63146 on a #39 to Kidsgrove.

We continued up the High Street past the City Centre Central depot and past the Tesco Express. We ran to towards Goldenhill and down the hill into Kidsgrove where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked around the corner onto the B5371 we walked onto the A50 and onto Heathcote Street and Matthew visited the toilet. As we walked through the King Street and we turned left onto Bedford Road. We turned right onto Victoria Avenue and we stopped at one of the house and Matthew had a glass of Coke. We continued along Victoria Avenue and we walked along a path onto Bedford Road. We turned right onto King Street and we walked around the corner onto Liverpool Road. We waited for the bus towards Hanley. A short time later the bus appeared. It was D&G Bus 135 on a #95 to Audley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off along the A50 and we turned left onto The Avenue. We ran forwards onto First Avenue and we ran to the end. We turned left onto the A34 and at the light we ran straight onto Coalpit Hill. We ran forwards onto Swan Bank and we turned left onto Jamage Road. We turned left onto Oak Tree Lane and at the roundabout we went forwards onto Talke Road. We crossed over the A500 and we continued onto Liverpool Road. We ran down Crackley Bank and we got up and gt off the bus. Once off the bus we waited for the next bus towards Kidsgrove. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63146 on a #39 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Crackley Bank over Parkhouse West Road. We turned left onto London Road and at roundabout we went left onto Wolstanton Road. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A34 and we ran Southwards through Cross Heath through to the edge of Newcastle, We veered left onto Liverpool Road and we turned left onto Ryecroft. At the roundabout we turned right onto barracks Road and we turned right into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked up Castle Walked and we went past the former Poundland. Afterwards we continued up Castle Walk and we stopped at the Pound Bakery. Matthew brought a bottle of Coke before continuing along Castle Walk. We stopped at the benches at the end to drink the bottle of Coke. We returned to the bus station. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 63116 on a #22 to Longton.

We got off the bus and we crossed obver the road to the stop opposite to wait for a #25 to Hanley. We saw D&G Bus 6011 on a #1 to Park Site.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As soon as it cam into view we knew it was First Potteries 35685 on a #25 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. The bus set off out of Stoke town centre and across the A500. We crossed under the railway line before turning left onto the A52 and we ran past the railway station to joiners Square. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 35685 as it continued towards Hanley.

Once of the bus Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we went across Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace and we visited Iceland. When we had finished shopping we walked onto Old Hall Street past the site of the old bus station which has now been almost completely demolished. We turned the corner onto Parliament Row and we went to the pub. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a glass of Coke. For dessert Matthew had a slice of chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. Once we had finished we set off onto Parliament Row and we walked onto Old Hall Street. We went into B&M. Matthew did some shopping and we crossed over the road onto Old Hall Street. We walked up Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. We waited for a bus back towards Fenton. A short time later we saw First Potteries 63365 on a #7A to Biddulph. A short time later the bus arrived on stand. We saw it was First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Blurton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus waited for time before setting off out of the bus station. We went down John Street and onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto Broad Street and we ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned left onto Copeland Street. We continued forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the road around onto Church Street. We crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We walked back to to the residential unit. We set off onto Christchurch Street and we walked back into Temple Street and into the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to the room and went on his computer and drank his bottle of Coke. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
