Today we decided to re-visit Crewe. We stayed fairly local as theres some work that needs doing on the car. Research for the trip consisted at looking at the football fixtures and checking the weather. The weather was for warm weather with some sunshine. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up around 10:30 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. After getting ready we set off around 12:00. We got in the car and we ran through Blurton along Beaconsfield Drive. We turned left onto Church Road and at the roundabout we veered left onto Blurton Road. We ran through Blurton and into Heron Cross and over the A50. At Heron Cross lights we turned left onto Grove Road. We ran forwards onto Wheildon Road and we picked up uncle Dave. Once we had picked up uncle Dave, we continued down Wheildon Road and we joined the Northbound A500. We continued Northwards up the A500 through Etruria and Longport and we passed YMCA DK70 BVR and white minibus LK16 BCZ going the other way. We went under the M6 and we continued along the A500. We crosed over the West coact main line before we turned right onto the B5071. We stopped at the YMCA and went into the cafe. Matthew had a full English Breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. Afterwards Matthew went to the toilet. We got in the car and we continued up the B5071. We carried on over the A534 onto Mill Street and we ran around the outside of Crewe on Vernon Way. We turned left onto West Street and we parked up by the shops. We said goodbye to mum and we walked through the shopping centre past the mini golf course onto Victoria Street. We entered the bus station and we had a look around at what we might catch. We saw First Potteries 63360 on a #103 to Hanley.

We walked to the other end of the bus station and we waited for something going towards Sandbach. A short time later we saw a ubs come on stand. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 5205 on a #38 to Macclesfield.

We got on the bus and we booked a D&G Network Day ticket for £7.50 before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station and we turned left onto Delamere Street. We followed the road around to the right onto Chester Bridge and we crossed the railway line and onto Edleston Road. At the end of the long straight road we turned left onto the A534 and we ran past the railway station ans past B&Q. We traveled Eastwards along Crewe Road. We went through Haslington and Winterley and further North through Wheelock Heath. We got up and got off here to go to the pub. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 5205 as it continued towards Macclesfield.

Once off the bus we headed into the pub. Matthew used the toilet and afterwards we had a glass of Coke. When we had finshed our drinks we headed outside and we waited for another bus. We decided to go on towards Sandbach. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 577 on a #37 to Northwich. We got on the bus and we place the D&G Network Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off thriugh Wheelock Heath and we crossed the A534 and we ran through Wheelock. We ran over the canal and into Sandbach town center past Sandbach School. When we got to the Commons and we ran onto the other side of the triangle where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 577 before it continued towards Northwich.

Once off the bus we headed into the market. We visited the sweet shop and Matthew bought some spearmint chews. We carried on through onto the High Street and we went into the bakery. We bought a millionaire's shortbread and a bottle of Coke. We walked back to through Warm Walls and we sat in the shade near to the bus stop. Matthew ate his millionair's shortbread. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6016 on a #38 to Crewe,

We got on the bus and placed the D&G Network Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the common and we went Westwards out of the town onto Crewe Road and through Wheelock. We crossed the A534 and we ran through Wheelock Heath and Winterly, passed the pond. We continued into Haslington and turned left onto Crewe Road and we re-joined the B5077 towards Crewe Green. We crossed over the roundabout onto the Westbound A534 and we ran towards Crewe railway station. We past the railway station. We continued for around 1/2 mile before turning right into Edlestone Road. We ran into town crossing over the railway line and forwards onto Chester Bridge. We followed the road around onto Delamere Street and we turned right into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. As we got into the bus station we saw D&G Bus 6014. Matthew went to the toilet and and when he came back there appeared to be a swap of buses on the #8. We looked on stand and we saw ancient Enviro200 D&G Bus 35 on a #8 to Sydney.

We got on the bus and we placed the D&G Network Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station and we turned left onto Delamere Street. We ran forwards onto Market Square and we turned right onto Market Street. We turned left onto Chester Street amd left onto Prince Albert Street. We turned right onto Earle Street and we crossed over the railway line and passed the retail park. We continued along the A532 for a few hundred yards and we turned left onto Laurestone Avenue. We turned left onto Wordsworth Drive and we turned right onto Coleridge Way. We continued onto Lansdowne Road and we turned left onto Sydney Road. I hadn't seen anywhere where we could get off and do something interesting, so I decided we should just go back to Crewe. We continued along Sydney Road and we crossed over the railway line. We continued forwards onto Remer Street and we turned left onto Wheatley Road. We turned right onto Lime Tree Avenue and we turned left onto Elm Drive. We ran to the roundabout and we did a u-turn back up Elm Drive. We turned left onto Remer Street and we continued Westwards. We turned left onto Middlewich Street and we headed Southwards. We turned left under the railway bridge and we turned left onto Vernon Way. We turned right onto the A532 and we turned left onto High Town. We turned left onto Victoria Street and we entered the bus station. We let the bus empty and Matthew took a picture inside of D&G Bus 35 before we got off the bus.

Once off the bus we looked for something to catch. Immediately we spotted another bus in the bus station. As we got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 32 on a #85 to Nantwich.

We got on the bus and we placed the D&G Network Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Victoria Street and we ran past the former pub. We turned right onto Hightown and left onto the A532. We turned right onto Frank Webb Avenue and we turned left onto Rolls Avenue. We ran around Chassagne Square and we continued along Rolls Avenue. We turned left and we headed Southwards along Minshull New Road. We rejioned the Westbound A532 and we crossed over the railway line. We turned right onto Sunnybank Road and we turned left onto Halton Drive. We turned left onto Marchfield Avenue and we re-joined the Westbound A532. We joined the A530 and we past the site of a new Wetherspoons opening in September. We headed to the edge of nantwich and we ran forwards onto the B5334. We turned left onto the B5074 and we turned right onto Beam Street. We ran into the centre of town and we pulled into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 32.

We had a look around and we saw D&G Bus 92 on layover and we saw Mikro Coaches YJ16 DYY on layover in between runs on the #39 to Crewe.

We headed down Beam Street and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we had a glass of Coke. We sat near the front of the pub, and there was a charity auction going on. After we had finish our drinks we returned to the bus station. Few minutes after we got back there was some movement around the bus station. One of the buses did a lap of the bus station before coming on stand. We saw it was D&G Bus 100 on a #85 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we placed the D&G Network Day ticket under the scanner for the final time today before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Beam Street. We turned left onto the B5074 and we turned right onto the B5334. We ran past Sainsbury's and we crossed the roundabout onto the Northbound A530. We continued Northwards for about a mile and we turned right onto the A532. We turned left onto Marshfield Avenue and we turned right onto Halton Drive. We turned right onto Sunnybank Road and we turned left to re-join the Eastbound A532. We crossed over the railway line and we turned left onto New Minshull Road. We turned right onto Rolls Avenue and we ccontinued onto Chassagne Square. We crossed the square and continued along Rolls Avenue. We turned right onto Frank Webb Avenue and we turned left to re-join the Eastbound A532. We veered left onto West Street and we turned right onto Hightown. We turned left onto Victtoria Street and we entered the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet. We set off through the bus station and we saw Stagecoach Merseyside 27217 on #84 to Chester.

We walked back to the car and we met up with mum. We set off onto West Street and we turned right onto Vernon Way. We turned left onto Mill Street and left onto the A534. We passed the railway station and we were passed by First Potteries 63345 on a #103 to Hanley. We turned right onto the A532 and we stopped to make an adjustment to the car. We continued to the roundabout and a car going arounnd the roundabout at speed with a trailer lost some of it's load. A pasting table slide across the roundabout! A passing driving instructor stopped to remove the pasting table from the roundabout. We turned right onto David Whitby Way past a new development site. We joined the Eastbound A500 and we saw an unidentified red and yellow foriegn coach. We went under the M6 and we continued along the A500. We saw an unidentified grey coach, 2 unidentifed Moving People coaches, Prospect Coaches (Flixbus) YS75 AYB and Cabability WA64 BRX. We came off the A500 at Sideway and we joined the Eastbound A50. We came off the A50 onto Stanley Matthews way and we saw an unidentified white coach parked up near to the Bet365 stadium. We turned left onto the A5035 and we got back around 18:30. I nipped out to get some food. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of dandelion & burdock. We edited photos and we did some of the Blog. I dropped uncle Dave back home and later on we did an e-mail. Matthew chilled out on his computer until bedtime around 01:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. We whilst waiting we saw Cabability WA64 BRX. Later on Matthew went downstairs to do his shopping. We set of onto City Road. After crossing over the road we turned right into Manor Street. At the end we turned left onto Victoria Road. Part way down Victoria Road and we turned left onto Victoria Road. In Aldi Matthew picked up his weekly shop. After he had done his shopping we went to Hanley in a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off onto Victoria Road and we ran down to joiners Square. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran towards Hanley. We joined the anti-clockwise ring road and we ran around to the other side of Town We exited the ring road onto Town Road. The bus came in through Quadrant Road and forwards onto Stafford Street. We got out of the taxi When we walked along Stafford Street and we turned left onto Tontine Square and we sat on the bench the bank. We continued through the square onto Parliament Row and we visited the Pound Bakery. Matthew brought a sausage roll and a bottle of Coke. We sat down on a bench and Matthew had his sausage roll for dinner washed down bottle of Coke. Once we had finished we walked along Tontine street and onto Lichfield Street. We called for a Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off down Lichfield Street and over the ring road. We ran down to joiners Square and we went over the roundabout onto Victoria Road past Adsa and the B&M. We turned right onto Manor Street and we turned right onto City Road and we ran down the hill to Smithpool Road. We turned left and left again onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room and chilled out on his computer. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. On the way to the bus stop we saw First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63354 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we had a walk around Newcastle. We waited for a bus towards Hanley. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 67142 on a #22 to Longton. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we waited for a bus towards Meir. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6008 on a #1 to Meir.

We got on the bus and we booked to Meir before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station onto barracks Road and we ran down onto the Southbound A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the grounds and onto Hilton Road. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. We ran past the site of the new Burger King and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton Transport Interchange onto Baths Road and we ran forwards onto Market Street. We turned left onto Anchor Road and right onto Sutherland Road. We ran to the other end of the road and we turned left onto Weston Coyney Road. We ran up the hill past Matthew's old respite place and at the end we turned right onto the A520 and we turned left onto Brookwood Drive. We turned right onto Stansmore Road and we turned left onto Leason Road. We paused in the Square before going onto Woodville Road. We turned left onto the A520 and we ran into the centre of Meir. At the roundabout we turned right onto Broadway and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked into Broadway. We turned left onto the A520. Once off the bus we waied for a taxi back to Fenton. It was a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off along the A520 and we turned right at the roundabout onto the Westbound A50. We ran through Longton to Fenton and we came off the A50 at Heron Cross. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we went through the traffix lights onto Heron Street. We ran forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Masterson Street and right onto Watkin Street. We continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out. He used his computer and watched buses out of the window whilst and ate his Manchester tart whilst we waited for tea. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car BD24 NNC parked up in their garage.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63354 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill and we ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we haded down to the bottom end of the bus station to see what we might catch. We set off onto Hassell Street and we turned right onto High Street and we visited a cash machine. We turned left into Church Street and we turned left onto Bridge Street and we went under the subway on to the A34. We turned left Dunkirk and we walked up Castle Hill Road and we right onto Stanier Street. We got out of the taxi and we saw turquoise minibus BX13 XDU. We got into the building Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards Matthew went outside and went on the slide. He also spent time in the indoor soft play area. We watch buses out of the window we saw grey minibus SH74 FET. When we had finished we said goodbye and we returned to Fenton in a taxi. We set off onto Stanier Street. When we returned to Fenton in a Intercity taxi. We set off along Stanier Road. We turned right onto John O' Gaunt's road and left onto Silverdale Road. We turned left onto the A525 and we ran past the dancing Octopus. We turned right onto the Southbound A34. We turned right onto Newcastle Lane and we ran through Penkhull onto Penkhull New Road. We turned right onto London Road. We ran into Stoke and onto the one-way system. We ran forwards onto Campbell Place. We turned left onto Church Street and right onto Liverpool Road. We turned right onto Elanora Street and right onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and left onto Church Street and we crossed over the A500 and onto City Road before going under the railway line. We climbed the hill and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Oakleaf Coaches JFZ 7006. After dinner Matthew went to Hanley. We went downstairs and we got in the car and we set off onto onto Temple Street we turned left onto Christchurch Street and crossed over City Road set off onto Temple Street we turned left onto Christchurch Street and crossed over City Road onto Manor Street. We turned left onto Victoria Road and we ran down to Joiners Square. We turned right onto the A52 and we turned left onto Hazelhurst Street and we turned right onto Franklyn Street and crossed over Eastwood Road. We turned left onto Pelham Street we parked up. We returned to Pelham Street and we turned right onto Eastwood Road. We turned right onto Stubbs Lane and we visited the doctor. Afterwards we walked back up to the ring road and around to Lichfield Street and inti Hanley. We stoped at Venus Fish Bar and Matthew had sausage chips and gravy. Matthew washed this down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we set off across the ring road and we cut through onto Birch Terrace. We continued onto Lichfield Street and along Stafford Street. We stopped at the bank and Matthew did some business before we continued along Stafford Street and right onto Lamb Street. We stopped at Primark and Matthew bought some clothes. When we had finished we walked across the square and along Tontine Street. We continued onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards waited for a bus to Newcastle. Whilst we waited for the bus to be readied for service we saw First Potteries 35942 on a #25 to Keele.

We went to the stand and there was a bus there. We saw it was First Potteries 63111 on a #38A to Waterhayes.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. At the bottom of the road we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto Broad Street and then we joined the clockwise ring road. At the end we turned left onto Etruria Valeey Link Road. We turned left onto Shelton Boulevard and we turned right onto Etruria Road before going under the A53 onto Festival Way. We ran past Waterworld and we turned left onto Forge Lane past a new minibus building by the Brindley Farm pub. We looped under the A53 and we joined the Westbound A53. We crossed over the A500 at Etruria and and we ran up the hill into Basford and we ran down hill to the edge of Newcastle and we got onto the one way system. At the jubilee roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road before turning right into the bus station. We got up and we got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet. We walked along Castle Walk to Home Bargains and Matthew bought a drink.Afterwards we walked back to the bus station. Afterwards we waited for a bus back to Hanley. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 63174 on a #39 to Hanley.

A short time later we saw a bus on stand, We saw it was D&G Bus 91 on a #1 to Meir.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton and sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the the grounds. As we travelled through the hospital we saw ABC Supreme HV22 HKB & ERS Medical FJ21 HGL. We turned left onto Hilton Road. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and we cut through to the residential unit. We went upstairs and chilled out in his room to use his computer and watch buses. Later on Matthew went to trent vale in a taxi. We went downstairs and we set off on foot onto Temple Street. We continued onto Chrisrchurch Street and we got in the Lucky Seven taxi. We set off along Christchurch Street and we turned left onto City Road. We ran down the hill into Stoke and we joined the A52. We ran under the railway line and we crossed over the A500. We ran into Stoke town centre and around the one-way system. We turned left onto London Road and we ran through the West End to Oakhill. We ran past the former Oak Tree pub and into Trent Vale. We turned right onto the A34 and we stopped at the pub. Matthew had Sausage, egg beans and chips with bacon and 2 oatcakes washed down with a glass of Coke. for dessert Matthew had toffee sponge pudding and custard. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included First Potteries 63345 on a #101 to Stafford and Cabability WA64 BRX heading Northwards. When he had finished eat Matthew set off onto the A34 and around the corner onto London Road to wait for the taxi back towards Stoke. We had finished eating we set off We carried on along the A34. We turned left onto London Road and we ran through Oak Hill and the the West End before running into Stoke Town centre and Campbell Place and we passed Sainsbury's and we turned into the car park where we went into Sainsbury's and we did some shopping. When we had finished in Sainbury we walked onto Campbell Place and we turned right into Church Street to wait for a First bus back up to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67143 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. Later on Matthew had a bath followed by toast for supper. Matthew then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark
