Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to Peterborough. He wanted to ride on an Excel bus before they are changed. There are new Excel buses due in Spring 2020. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

Matthew chilled out in his room before going out. We saw silver minibus PO56 XFT heading towards Hanley.

When it was time to go out We went downstairs and we got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We crossed City Road onto Manor Street and we ran to the end where we turned left onto Victoria Road to Joiners Square and we turned left onto Warrington Road. We turned left onto the A52. we ran towards Stoke. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the one-way system onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 and we got onto the Southbound A500. We ran Southwards to Sideway and we got onto the Eastbound A50. We ran Eastwards for around 40 miles and we got onto the Southbound M1. We ran South for around 30 miles and we joined the Eastbound A14. We continued Eastwards for a few miles and we joined the Northbound A605. We joined the A47 near to Peterborough and we ran towards town. We parked up at Queensgate shopping centre and we had some dinner. We visited the Handmade Burger Co and Matthew had a plain cheeseburger with fries washed down with a cup of coke. We walked to the bus Interchange and we waited for a bus towards Norwich. After a short wait we saw First Eastern Counties 33809 on a XL to Great Yarmouth. We got on the bus and we flashed the FirstDay ticket to the driver before we went upstairs and sat down. Whilst waiting to depart we saw Delaine Buses 168 on layover. We set off out of the interchange and we headed out of town and onto the A47. We headed Eastward through Wisbech and into Kings Lynn. After calling into Kings Lynn bus station we continued Eastwards through Swaffham. We continued Eastwards into Norwich and into the bus station. Once off the bus we waited for a bus to Great Yarmouth. A few minutes later we saw it was First Eastern Counties 33823 on a X11 to Great Yarmouth. We got on the bus and we flashed the FirstDay ticket to the driver before going upstairs and sitting down. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down to Queens Road. We headed out of town along the A147 and we turned right onto Martineau Lane. We turned left onto the A146 and we headed South Eastwards. On the edge of the city we joined the Eastbound A47. We ran fast for around 10 miles and we veered left onto Norwich Road. We called into Acle and we ran through town, rejoining the Eastbound A47. We ran the last 8 or so miles to the edge of Great Yarmouth and we ran into town. We ran forwards onto Fuller's Hill and forward again onto Priory Plain. We ran into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once of the bus we looked to see what else we could catch. We saw First Eastern Counties 30948 parked up in between services. We decided to go towards Gorleston. A bus appeared and we saw it was First Eastern Counties 42920 on a #8 to James Paget Hospital. We got on the bus and we flashed the FirstDay ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and we ran forwards onto Regent Road. We turned right onto King Street and left onto Regent Street. We ran onto Bridge Road and we crossed over the River Yare. We continued Southwards along the A1243 and we turned left onto Southtown Road. We ran forwards onto Beccles Road and we veered left onto High Road. We continued onto High Street and in the centre of Gorleston we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we waited for a bus towards Lowestoft. A few minutes later we saw First Eastern Counties 30959 on a #1 to Lowestoft. We got on the bus and we flashed the FirstDay ticket to the driver before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off Southwards down High Street and we ran forwards onto Lowestoft Road. We continued onto Victoria Road and we cut back onto the A47. We ran Southwards down the A47 for about a mile and we turned left onto the access road. We turned left onto Lowestoft Road and right onto Station Road. We turned right onto Coast Road and we headed Southwards into Corton. We turned left onto Church Lane and we ran forwards onto The Street. We turned right onto Station Road and right onto Corton Long Lane. At the roundabout we turned sharp left onto Pleasurewood Hill. We turned left onto Leisure Way and we stopped outside Tesco. After doing a u-turned at the next roundabout we turned left onto Foxburrow Hill. We continued Southwards into the centre of Lowestoft and we ran into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked to the shop. We set off into the shopping centre and we visited WH Smith. Matthew bought a small bottle of Coke and some chocolate. We returned to the bus station and Matthew used the toilet. Afterwards waited for the next #1 back to Great Yarmouth. A short time later we saw First Eastern Counties 42843 on a #1 to Great Yarmouth. We got on the bus and we flashed the FirstDay ticket at the driver before we sat down towards the back off the bus. We set off out of the bus station and we turned right onto Gordon Road. We ran forwards onto Old Nelson Street and we ran Northwards out of town. We ran forwards onto Yarmouth Road and forwards again onto Foxburrow Hill. We turned right onto Leisure Way and we stopped outside Tesco. We did a u turned at the next roundabout and we headed back to the main road. We ran Northwards for a few hundred yards and we turned right onto Corton Long Lane. We turned left onto Station Road and left onto The Street. We ran Northwards onto Church Lane and we turned right onto Coast Road. We turned left onto Station Road and we re-joined the Northbound A47. We ran for about a mile and we turned right onto Victoria Road and we ran Northwards onto High Street. We ran Northwards into Gorleston and we stopped briefly before continuing Northwards. We ran onto High Road and forwards onto Beccles Road. We turned right onto Bollard Quay and we turned right onto the A1243. We crossed over the River Yare amd we ran into the centre of Great Yarmouth. We turned right onto Stonecutters Way and we turned left onto Howard Street North. We ran into Market Place and we turned right onto Fuller's Hill. We entered the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we looked for a bus we saw First Eastern Counties 32061 parked up in the bus station. The bus appeared and it was First Eastern Counties 33821 on a X11 to Norwich. We got on the bus and we flashed the FirstDay ticket to the driver before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off out of the bus station and we ran forwards onto Fuller's Hill. We crossed over the river and we ran forwards onto the A47. We ran fast along the A47 and we turned right onto New Road. We stopped in Acle before re-joining the Westbound A47. We ran gfast to the edge of Norwich and we turned right onto the A146. We turned right onto Martineau Lane and we turned left onto the A147. We turned right onto Queens Road and we ran up to the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We waited for a bus back towards Peterborough. A short time later we saw First Eastern Counties 33810 on a XL to Peterborough. We got on the bus and we flashed the FirstDay ticket to the driver for the final time today before we went upstairs and sat down. The bus set off out of the bus station and we travelled Westwards out of town. We joined the A47 and we ran through Swaffham. We continued along the A47 and we ran into Kings Lynn and into the bus station. After a short waited we left the bus station and went Westwards out of town. We re-joined the A47 and we ran through Wisbech and into Peterborough. We got into town and we ran to the Queensgate Interchange where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked to the car park and we drove Westwards out of town. Matthew had a bottle of Irn Bru and a sausage roll. We got on the Westbound A47 just outside of Peterborough. We continued to the edge Leicester and we took the Southern by-pass. We past Fosse Park and we joined the Northbound M1. We ran North for around 20 miles and we got onto the Westbound A50. We ran to near to Uttoxeter and into Stoke-on-Trent. We came off the A50 at Heron Cross and we turned right onto Blurton Road. We ran through Heron Cross onto Heron Street and we followed the road around onto Station Bridge Road. We turned left onto Christchurch street and left again onto Masterson Street. We turned right onto Watkin Street and right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. For a late tea Matthew had a chicken burger from KFC. He also had some fries and a cup of Coke. Matthew went up to his room and chilled out on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going out on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00. and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We waited at the bus stop by the flats for a bus towards Hanley. A short time later we saw Intercity AF15 TKJ.

We waited for a bus to Hanley. A short time later we saw First Potteries 63118 on a #11 to Newcastle.

A few minutes later another #11 came down the road. This time it was First Potteries 63179 on a #11 to Newcastle.

The bus turned the corner and as it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 43877 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down City Road and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Street and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station ans we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we got up and got off the bus at the top of John Street. We walked along Bagnall Street. and past the Town Hall. We walked onto Stafford Street and we crossed Tontine Square to Primark. We did some shopping there and we walked through the back into the Intu Potteries shopping centre. We continued into Debenhams and Matthew went to the toilet. When we had finished shopping in Debenhams we walked out onto Stafford Street and we turned right onto Piccadilly. We visited a cafe and Matthew had a burger and chips washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished eating we crossed Piccadilly onto Cheapside and we turned left onto Albion Street. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we headed into the bus station. We waited for a bus back to Fenton. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67649 on a #6A to Blythe Brdige.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road. and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot up Victoria Road and we went sharp right onto City Road. onto Glebedale Road and we walked along Baker Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street. We returned onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When Matthew got back we went upstairs and went up to his room. we went downstairs and we cut through onto City Road. We saw First Potteries 43877 on a #23 to Hanley. We walked to the bus stop and we waited for a bus towards Newcastle. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63179 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. where we saw Stanton's of Stoke OKZ 266. We waited for a bus towards the Norton. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67648 on a #98 to Ball Green. We got on the bus and we booked to Norton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee roundabout onto the A527 and headed through Wolstanton. We turned right onto Porthill Bank and we we went down the hill and over the A500. We crawled into Longport past the site of the new petrol station and up the hill to Burslem. There was an unidentified Johnstons coach parked up on Newport Road. The road were still busy as we went up Moorland Road. We went over Smallthorne Roundabouts and down Ford Green Road. We continued Ford Green Road and up into Norton. we got up and got off. We turned left into Saint Nicholas avenue and we ran into the estate. For tea Matthew had sausages chips and gravy from the chip shop. When Matthew had finished eat he went to the toilet. We then set off back to the residential unit by car. We came out of the estate along st Nicholas Avenue and we turned right onto Ford Green Road. We ran to the bottom of the hill and ran up through Smallthorne to the roundabouts. We turned left onto the A5272 and we headed through Sneyd Green and to the edge of Hanley. We ran clockwise around the ring road and we turned left onto Lichfield Street. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square and we went across the roundabout onto Victoria Road. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we turned right onto Manor Street. We turned right onto City Road and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out on his computer. He used his computer and watched music videos on the Television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going out on the bus later on he was going to see uncle Dave. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, We went downstairs to Telford. Transport for the journey it was Copeland's Tours MIB 104. We got on the coach and we set off along City Road. We turned right onto Glebedale and we continued onto Station Bridge Road. We followed the road around onto Heron Street we saw First Potteries 44514 on a #23 to Hanley. We went through to Heron Cross. As we ran along Blurton Road we saw Lightning Travel R6 DLT. We travelled through Blurton along Blurton Road and we went forwards onto Church Road. At the end we went right onto the A5035. We crossed the railway into Trentham and we ran down to the A34. We turned right and we turned left onto Whitmore Road. We turned left onto the A519 and we headed Southwards. We crossed over the A51 and we continued through Cotes Heath into Ecclshall. We continued through Woodseave and we turned left onto the A41. After going around Newport we joined the A518 and we an through Trench and Donnington. We joined the A442 and we ran into Telford. We turned left at Hollingate and we stooped at the Ice Rink. We got off the coach and we headed over to the ice rink. Matthew went to the ice rink and had a session skating. When he had finished Matthew went to the cafe and had a sausage sandwich wash down with a bottle of Coke. When it was time to go we returned to Fenton on Copeland's Tours MIB 104. We got off the coach and we set off onto Hollingate. We turned left onto the Northbound A442 and we turned right onto the A518. We ran through Woodseaves and we ran up to the South end of Newport and we joined the Northbound A41 to by-pass the town. We turned right onto the A519 and we ran up to Eccleshall. We continued Northwards through the town and we crossed over the A51. We continued Northwards to Hanchurch and we joined the Northbound A500. We ran up to Stoke and we came off the A500. We turned right onto City Road and we ran under the railway line into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and we turned left onto Temple Street back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out and use his computer before going out for a haircut and going to uncle Daves. He also watched buses out of the window. We saw silver minibus WU68 JUV parked up outside.

We went downstairs and we walked through onto City Road. We crossed over at the crossing and we headed to the stop outside the shops. We waited for a bus towards Longton. A few minutes later we saw Swan Travel YN18 CPK.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw Angies Tours WJI 5242. The bus turned up and it was D&G 44 on #1 to Meir.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We carried on along City Road and we continued forwards onto King Street. We passed through Fole. and we ran under the railway line into Longton before turning right into Baths Road We entered Longton Transport Interchange and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked through to the strand and we walked up to the barbers. After having his haircut We walked back to the bus stop on the Strand. Afew minutes later we saw the bus approaching. We saw it was First Potteries 63113 on a #6 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down The Strand and we ran under the railway line onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We turned right into Victoria Road and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot up Victoria Road and we went sharp right onto City Road. onto Glebedale Road and we walked along Baker Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street. and onto Masterson Street. We turned left onto Smithpool Road. We went across the spare ground onto Willowdale Avenue and onto Whieldon Road and into uncle Dave's. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots. Later on he had another slice of cheesecake and a few digestive biscuits and custard creams. Matthew also had a can of orange Fanta and some digestive biscuits. Uncle Dave now has a biscuit tin. Matthew chilled out in uncle Dave's house using his computer and watching television. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to escort Matthew back home. We set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned onto Willowdale Avenue. We crossed the spare ground and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Temple Street past the new building under construction, which is now getting near to completion. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station and due to roadworks we ran to the end of Station Road and turned right. We ran up Stoke Road and we turned right onto Avenue Road where we saw Viking Travel M455 TCH. At the roundabout we turned left onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road where we got up and got off the bus. We saw Paul's of Stoke P482 HBA. Once off the bus we walked along Regent Road towards Shelton and we turned right onto Wellesley Street. At snow Hill we went forwards onto Shelton New Road and we stopped at the college. When we had finished we walked back up Shelton New Road and we turned left onto Broad Street and we turned left onto marsh Street. We walked up Brunswick Street and onto Piccadilly. We continued onto Tontine Square and we went into Primark. After buying clothes we walked through the shopping centre and we came out onto Stafford Street. We turned left onto Percy Street and we walked up to McDonalds. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. Once We walked along Parliament Row and and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We walked forwards onto Lichfield Street and into the bus station. We waited for a bus to Fenton. After a short time we saw First Potteries 67151 on a #23 to Fenton.

We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road. We turned right onto Avenue Road and left onto Stoke Road. We ran down the hill and we turned left onto Station Road and past the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We walked back to the residential unit. Matthew went back up to his room. He watched buses out of the window. We saw First Potteries 44514 on a #23 to Hanley. went downstairs and we cut through onto City Road. On the way to the bus stop we saw Afford rent-a-car YR69 GPX at their garage. We continued to the bus stop and we waited for a bus towards Stoke. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 67650 on a #23 to Hanley.

A few minutes later we saw grey minibus CE68 GGZ heading towards Longton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it approached we saw it was D&G Bus 44 on a #1 to 1 to Park Site.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off onto Castle walk and we stopped at Wilko. Matthew brought chicken & bacon sandwiches and a bottle of orange. Once we had finished we set off onto Hassell Street and we turned left onto High Street. We crossed over and we went to the cinema. Matthew had a cup of Coke. He went to the cinema to watch A Last Christmas. After the film Matthew went to the toilet. We walked out of the cinema onto the High Street. We turned left onto Hassell Street and we walked back to the bus station. We waited for a bus towards Fenton. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67635 on a #11 to Hanley.

We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and we ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We walked back to the residential unit. Today we decided to re-visit Sheffield. We had planned to come 2 weeks ago, but due to the flooding we decided to go to Leicester instead. We didn't research the trip very well and this will become apparent later. Matthew got up around 10:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Mum got home from work about 11:00 and we set off around 12:00. We set off onto the A5035 we ran through Dresden up to Longton. We crossed over the A50 and we joined the Eastbound and we ran up to Meir. We came off the A50 and we turned left at roundabout onto the Northbound A520. We ran through Weston Coyney and we continued up to Cellarhead. We crossed over the A52 and we continued North through Wetley Rocks. We stopped at Truckers Tucker for dinner. Matthew had a breakfast box with toast and oatcakes washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished eating we continued Northwards up the A520 through Cheddleton and Leek Brook. We ran through Compton and we turned right onto the A53. We followed the A53 through town and we turned right and headed out of town. As we travelled through Blackshaw Moor we drove into thick fog. We continued up the hill past the roaches and we passed the Winking Man pub. We turned right onto and we headed into Longnor past the Golden Green Coaches garage. We ran out of the other side of the village and through Crowdecote. We crossed the A515 and we ran into Moneyash. At this point we took a wrong turn and ending up going South. We re joined the Northbound A515 and we turned right and ran into Moneyash for a second time! We went straight through time and we turned left onto Green Lane. We headed Northwards onto the A6 and we turned left onto the A6020. We ran forwards onto the A619 and we ran into Baslow. We followed the A619 to the right and we turned right onto the A621. We ran through Owlea Bar and we dropped down into the valley through the Totley. We ran down the hill and we parked by Dore & Totley railway station. After we had parked up crossed over the road and we waited at the bus stop for a bus to Sheffield. We said goodbye to mum who was riding up to Sheffield on the train. We saw a bus approaching and it was required First South Yorkshire 69043 on a #97 to Hillsborough.

We got on the bus and we booked Citybus tickets at £4.70 each before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off up the A621 and we ran through Abbeygate. We ran through Norton Hammer and Highfield passing Ashley Travel AT16 ASH / AT18 ASH. We crossed over the ring road. We ran forwards onto South Lane and we turned right onto Cumberland Street. We turned left onto Eyre Street and we ran Northwards. We crossed over the roundabout and we ran forwards onto Arubdel Gate and we saw Colt YN57 BXD. We ran forwards past the Millenium Gallery and we got up and got off the bus. Once of the bus we took a few pictures before we walked down towards the bus station. We saw Stagecoach Yorkshire 15413 on a #83A to Ecclesfield.

We decided to walk down to the main Interchange. We crossed over the road and we cut between the cinema and the O2 Academy. We walk down a few flights of stairs which were adjacent to a car park and we crossed over Pond Street and walked into the Interchange. We walked to the facilities and we used them before going to look for a bus we could catch. We spotted First South Yorkshire 37756 which was about to set off on a #18 to Hillsborough.

We set off out of the Interchange onto Hammer Lane and we turned left onto Pond Street. We ran forwards onto Brown Street and we turned right onto Furnival Street. We crossed over the roundabout onto Furnival Gate and we followed the road around onto Charter Row. We turned left onto Fitzwilliam Gate and we turned right onto Eyre Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bramhall Lane and we ran past Sheffield United football ground. We followed the one way system onto Alderson FRoad and we turned right onto the A61. We turned left onto the B6388 and we crossed over the railway line and the River Sheaf. We turned right onto Spencer Road to followed the B6388 and we climbed up a steep hill. We ran forwards onto Richards Road and we turned right onto Carrfield Road. We ran forwards onto Meersbrook Road and we turned left onto Carfield Avenue. We ran forwards onto Upper Albert Road and we turned left onto Hollythorpe Rise. We turned left onto Thorpe House Avenue and left onto Lees Hall Road. We turned left onto Thorpe House Road and right onto Hollythorpe Rise, heading back to the main road. We turned left onto Lees Hall Avenue and right onto Norton Lees Road. We ran for about 1/4 of a mile and we turned right onto Derbyshire Lane. We turned left onto the A61 and we headed Southwards. We travelled for about 600 yds and we got up and got off the bus. We watched the bus turn left onto Scarsdale Road and continue on it loop around Sheffield and back North towards Hillsborough. We crossed over the road and we headed Southwards to the bus stop. There was a good selection of buses heading back up towards Sheffield from here. We were considering doing First South Yorkshire 37754 on a #75, but Matthew hesitated and it pulled of. A couple of minutes later we saw required Stagecoach Yorkshire 37611 on a #25 to Woodhouse.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Citybus Day ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off up the A61 and we ran for about 2 miles up towards the railway station. We joined the clockwise ring road and we turned right onto Eyre Street. We crossed over the roundabout and we ran forwards onto Arubdel Gate and we saw Colt YN57 BXD. We ran forwards past the Millenium Gallery and we got up and got off the bus.

We continued Northwards into Burngreave and we ran forwards onto Petre Street. We turned left onto Botham Street and we ran up the hill. We turned left onto Cyclops Street and we onto Margate Street. We turned right onto Grimesthorpe Road and we ran back down the hill to Petre Street. We turned left onto Carlisle Street East and we ran forwards onto Holywell Road. We turned left onto Braythay Road and left onto Skelwith Road. We turned right onto Wincobank Lane and we turned right onto Beacon Way. We ran forwards onto Jenkin Avenue and we turned right Jenkin Road. We turned left onto Meadowhall Road and we hit traffic. We waited in traffic for a few minutes and we entered Meadowhall Interchange. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First South Yorkshire before it continued on towards Rotherham.

Once off the bus we went up the stairs and we visited the shop. We brought some pop and chocolate and we cam back down to the interchange. Matthew used the facilities and we had a look around. A few minutes later we saw Stagecoach Megabus 54604 on a M20 to London Victoria coach station.

We stood at the end of the interchange and we could see buses and coaches stuck in the traffic jam outside. A few minutes later we saw First South Yorkshire 35123 on a X1 to Sheffield.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Citybus ticket to the driver before we went upstairs and sat down. The bus set off out of the interchange onto Meadowhall Lane. We turned left onto Meadowhall Way and right onto Meadowhall Drive. We turned left onto Weedon Way and right onto Dunlop Street. We ran down to Attercliffe Common and we ran South Westwards towards the city centre. We ran forwards onto Atercliffe Road and at the edge of town and we joined Saville Street. We turned left onto Wicker and we crossed over the river. We ran forwards onto Haymarket and we followed the road around onto Arundel Gate. Once off the bus we spotted Rivelin Travel SN05 FTK parked up across the road. We need to catch a bus back towards Totley. We spotted a bus stop for the #25 which we knew went roughly in the right direction. We stood at the stop and a few minutes later we saw Stagecoach Yorkshire 37603 on a #25 to Bradway.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Citybus Day ticket to the driver for the final time today before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Arundel Gate and we turned right onto Furnival Gate and we ran forwards onto Charter Row. We turned left onto Fitzwilliam Gate and we turned left onto Eyre Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Shoreham Street. We turned left onto Charlotte Street and right onto Queens Road. We headed Southwards down the A61 through Woodseats beyond from where we had travelled the other way. We continued down onto Meadowhill and we turned right onto Greenhill Parkway. We turned left onto Greaves Road and right onto Lowedges Road. We turned left onto Greenhill Parkway and we turned right onto Prospect Road and we ran to the turning circle at the bottom of the road. We walked onto Prospect Road and we waited for mum to arrive. A few minutes later the car appeared and we got in the car. Mum had brought sausages rolls and a small bottle of Irn Bru for Matthew. We got in the car and we set off along Prospect Road. We ran forwards onto Woodland place and we veered left onto Queen Victoria Road. We turned Mickley Lane and left onto the A621. We decided to stop and we set the Sat-Nav for a supermarket in Buxton. We set off up the hill along the A621 and we entered thick fog. We ran past Owler Bar and we ran into Baslow. We turned right onto the A619 and we turned right onto the A6020. We ran through Ashford in the Water and we turned right onto the A6. We ran for around 10 miles to the edge of Buxton and we stopped at Morrisons. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we did some shopping. When we had finished we returned to the car. We set off onto the B5059 and we crossed over the A515. We continued for a further 1/2 mile or so and we joined the Westbound A53. We ran up through the Staffordshire Moorlands and through the thick fog and we ran into Leek. We ran into the town centre past the site of the new KFC and we turned left onto the A520. We ran out through Leekbrook and into Cheddleton. We stopped at the chip shop and Matthew had sausage chips and gravy. We sat in the car and ate the food before re-joining the A520. We continued through Wetley Rocks and we crossed the A52 at Cellarhead. We continued into Weston Coyney and we ran into Meir. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A50. We ran up to Longton and we we came off the A50. We went to Z Carz to check out what was parked up at Z Carz this evening. There was nothing on the spare ground and we turned left onto Willow Row. We saw Z Carz Skoda minibus SW63 ORP parked up in the compound.

We turned around and got back onto the A50 and we went Westwards to Heron Cross. As it was late we decided to drop uncle Dave off home first. We turned left onto Grove Road and we ran into Fenton. We dropped off uncle Dave and Matthew went in to use his computer and drink some Irn Bru. Afterwards we ran back up Grove Road and we turned right onto Blurton Road and we ran through Blurton. We ran forwards onto Church Street and we turned right into Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 21:15. We spent time doing the e-mails and doing the Blog. We chilled out on the computer and watching telly until 01:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to see Grandma later on and going to the pub and returning to Blurton for a long weekend. Before that though, Matthew was going to the dentist! It was also Black Friday. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting to go out he watched buses out of the window. we saw Stanton's of Stoke PSU 988. In the morning Matthew went to the dentist. We went downstairs and we got in a car. we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Baker Street and left onto Glebedale Road. At the end of the road we turned right onto City Road and sharp left onto Victoria Road at the roundabout. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square and at the roundabout we turned right onto the A52. We ran to Bucknall and we turned left onto Bucknall Road. We turned right onto Keelings Road and left onto Bucknall Old Road. We continued onto Hillcrest Street and we turned right onto Garth Street. We parked up on Upper Huntbach Street car park and we walked to the dentist. Matthew visited the dentist but he didn't have any work done today. When the appointment had finished we returned to Fenton by car. We set off onto Garth Street and we turned left onto Bucknall Old Road. We turned right onto Keelings Road and left onto Bucknall Road. At the bottom of the hill we turned right at the lights onto the A52. We ran up to Joiners Square and at the roundabout we turned left onto Victoria Road. We turned sharp right onto City Road and left onto Glebedale Road. We turned right onto Baker Street and left onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Masterson Street and right onto Watkin Street. We ran onto Temple Street and we parked up. We returned to the residential unit where work is currently being carried out. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out. later on Matthew went to Hanley to collect his dinner. We went downstairs and got in the car. we set off onto Temple Street. We set off onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we turned left onto Victoria Road. We turned sharp right onto City Road and left onto Glebedale Road. We turned right onto Baker Street and left onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Masterson Street and right onto Watkin Street. We ran onto Temple Street and we parked up. We returned to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and went to the dinning room and had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a bottle of Coke. When Matthew had finished eating he went to room to chill out whilst waiting for me to pick him up. I appeared around 14:30 and Matthew got ready to go to Blurton for the weekend. When we were ready we went downstairs and we cut through onto City Road. We walked to the bus stop by the flats and we waited for a bus towards Newcastle. Almost immediately we saw D&G Bus 119 on a #1 to Park Site.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. Whilst we waited for time, Matthew went to have a picture taken in the bus. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We waited for a bus towards the hospital. Whilst we waited we took a few pictures of buses. We saw First Potteries 67637 on a #4 to Hanley.

We walked back over to the min part of the bus station to wait for a bus towards the hospital. A few minutes later we saw D&G Bus 160 on a #9 to Biddulph.

We got on the bus and we booked to the Hospital. The rear of the bus was empty so Matthew took a picture inside D&G Bus 160 before we sat down towards the back of the bus.

As we set off we saw First Potteries 44514 on a #99 to Chell Heath. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and we saw First Potteries 65027 on a #101 to Hanley. We ran Southwards onto the A34 and we saw First Potteries 63099 on a #22 to Newcastle. We got up and got off the bus by the Cherry Tree. We got off the bus and we walked up the hill towards Grandma's. At Grandma's Matthew had toast and a can of Irn Bru and used her computer. When it was time to go we went to the pub in the car. We set off onto Victoria Street and we ran down the hill. We turned left onto the A34 and we turned left onto The Avenue. At the end we turned right onto Hartshill Road we saw First Potteries 67661 running out of service. We ran down to Stoke and onto the one way system. We turned right onto Elenora Street and we followed the road around onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the one way system onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500. We turned right onto the A500 and we veered left into Fenton to pick up uncle Dave. We set off back down towards Stoke and onto the A500. We turned left onto Church Street and and we went around the one-way system. We turned left onto London Road and we headed into the West End. We ran to the end of London Road and we sat at the light waiting to turn right onto the A34. We arrived at the oub and we saw First Potteries 65036 on a #101 to Stafford. We walked into the pub and Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with custard. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included First Potteries 67663 on a #22 to Longton, Alfa 85 heading towards Newcastle, First Potteries 63173 on a #101 to Hanley and ABC Supreme HV18 FHH heading Southwards. Once we had finished eating we set off We carried on along the A34 through Hanford and into Trentham. We turned left onto the A5035. We crossed over the railway line and into Blurton. We ran past the site on which they intend to build 126 new houses. We got back around 19:00. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we sorted a few things out. We wrote the Blog and we sent a couple of e-mails. We chilled out on the sofa until bedtime around 00:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going out on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We saw First Potteries 67153 on a #23 to Newstead. Later on we went to Middleport in a car. We went downstairs and we got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill into Stoke and onto the A52. We went under the railway line and over the A500. We joined the Northbound A500 and we ran up through Etruria up to Longport. We came off the A500 and we turned right onto the A5272. We ran up to Trubshaw Cross an we turned right onto Newcastle Street. We stopped at the shop and we went inside. Matthew went in a brought a breakfast to take away. We got into the car and we set off up Newcastle Street into Burslem. We turned right onto Waterloo Road and we ran through Cobridge into Hanley. We ran clockwise around the ring road and we turned left onto Lichfield Street. At Joiners Square we turned right on the roundabout onto the A52. We ran towards and past Stoke railway station and along side the railway line. We turned left onto City Road and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to the residential unit and he ate the breakfast. Matthew went downstairs and went out in the car. We got in the car and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street and left onto Baker Street. We turned right onto City Road and we ran forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we went under the railway bridge into Longton. We ran forwards onto Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill into Adderley Green. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A5272. We turned left onto Hulme Road and we turned into the track to the car park. We visited the Park Hall visitor centre and we saw that the cafe still isn't open. We got back in the car and we returned to Fenton. We set off onto the track and we turned left onto Hulme Road. We turned right onto the A5272 and we ran down to Adderley Green. We turned left onto Anchor Road and we went over the hill and down towards Longton. We joined the one way system on Market Street and we followed it around onto Commerce Street. At the roundabout we turned right onto The Strand. We ran to the end and under the railway bridge, forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and into Fenton. We ran forwards onto City Road and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room before going out later on. We saw Lucky Seven SF04 CVK heading towards Stoke.

Later we went to Hanley on the bus. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and down to the stop outside the flats. We waited for a bus to Hanley. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 67158 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down City Road and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Street and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station ans we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. we set off up Lichfield Street and across onto Tontine Street and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. For dinner Matthew had For dinner Matthew had a Chicken burger and fries followed by chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Once we had finished eating we went up Tontine Street onto Parliament Row and into the Intu Potteries shopping centre. We went to see the new games room. When we had finished we visited the toilets down by the market. We walked out off the shopping centre onto Parliament Row and we walked onto Tontine Street and back to the bus station. We waited for a bus back to Fenton. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67158 on a #23 to Newstead.

We walked into the Interchange and we got on the bus. We booked to Fenton and as the rear of the bus was empty Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 67158 before we sat down.

We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road. We turned right onto Avenue Road and left onto Stoke Road. We went passed the former chemists which is becoming a new dessert shop. and we ran down the hill and we turned left onto Station Road and past the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We then walked back to the residential unit.
