Today Matthew was going to the pub for his tea, but not before he had been to his day service. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had a sausage on toast and orange juice for breakfast. Just before 09:00 his transport to his day service turned up and it was Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU.

We set off onto Finstock Avenue and at the end we turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive and we saw Z Carz LV59 DZC. We turned left onto Church Road and we ran through Blurton along Blurton Road. After crossing over the A50 we went through the lights at Heron Cross onto Heron Street. We followed the road around onto Station Bridge Road and we went fowards onto Glebedale Road and to the day centre. In the morning Matthew did some baking. He made a large chocolate cake which he cover in chocolate icing and sugar stars. For dinner, Matthew went in a Lucky Seven taxi to Fenton McDonalds. We set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road. We turned sharp left onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to McDonalds. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. After we had finished eating we got in another Intercity taxi to go to the pub. We set off down Victoria Road and we saw D&G Bus 42 on the Asda Free Bus. At the roundabout in Joiners Square we went forwards onto Lichfield Street and to the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. Highlights of the bus sightings included First Potteries 63098 on a #6A to Hanley and Derbyshire CC welfare bus YF13 XVK. Matthew listened to the Jukebox with music by Steps and Eminem. When it was time to return to the day centre Matthew travelled back on Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU. We set off onto Palmerston Street and we turned right onto the A52. At the roundabout we turned left onto Victoria Road. At the top of Victoria Road we turned sharp right onto City Road and then left onto Glebedale Street and back to the day centre. When it was time to go home Matthew got on Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU. We set off onto Glebedale Road and we went to forwards onto Station Bridge Road. We followed the road around onto Heron Street and we went over the traffic lights. After crossing the A50 we ran through Blurton along Blurton Road and forwards onto Church Road. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive and Matthew got home just before 15:00. Matthew took another picture of Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU before it returned to the day centre.

Matthew then had toast and glass of dandelion & burdock. Today we went to catch the 16:26 to Newcastle. We set off on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. I had seen bus earlier and it was booked to be dud First Potteries 67637. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 67631 on a #22 to Longton.

A few minutes later, as expected and on time we saw First Potteries 67637 turned the corner.

We got on the bus and we booked to Harpfield Road before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto the A5035. We ran over the railway line into Trentham where we saw First Potteries 67159 on a #21 to the Trentham Hotel. We turned right into New Inn Lane and we ran into Hanford. We turned right into Wilson Road and we saw First Potteries 67156 on the #21A to Trentham Gardens. We ran down Church Lane and we joined the A34. As we ran under the A500 into Trent Vale we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 278 and Free Spirits MK52 PXH going South. We then saw Stoke City Academy BL66 YRN. We also saw First Potteries 65035 on a #101 to Stafford and First Potteries 67641 on the final #22 turn to Longton. We turned right onto Harpfields Road where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another First Potteries 67637 before it carried on towards Newcastle.

We then set off back onto the A34 where we saw blue minibus DP16 NNE. As as we got to the pub mum appeared and we went into the pub. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with ice cream. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included ABC Supreme KX14 EBZ on a Southbound Staff shuttle, D&G Bus 113 running out of service as well as First Potteries 65042 on a #101 to Stafford. When it was time to go we got in the car to go pick up uncle Dave. We ran down the A34 and we got onto the Northbound A500. At Sideway we went East on the A50. We came off the A50 at Heron Cross where we saw First Potteries 42554 on a #23A to hanley. We then dropped down into Fenton to pick up uncle Dave. We then headed back up to Heron Cross and we crossed the A50 where we saw First Potteries 67151 on a #23 to Newstead. We ran along Blurton Road and we turned right onto Church Road where we saw First Potteries 67631 on a #22 to Longton again. We turned right into Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 18:15. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we sorted a few things out. We then chilled out on the sofa until bedtime around 00:00... Mark
