Today Matthew was going back to the residential unit, but not before he had been out for dinner and to get his weekly shopping. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up just after 10:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We got ready and we went out just before 12:00. We set off to Newcastle to pick up our friend. We got in the car and we set off through Blurton and onto the A5035 and we continued to Trentham and we saw First Potteries 63176 on a #22 to Longton. We turned right onto the A34 and we ran through Hanford and we crossed the A500. We continued through Trent Vale and we saw First Potteries 63352 on a #101 to Stafford. We continued into Newcastle and we turned right onto Barracks Road where we saw D&G Bus 110 on a #33 to Westlands. We turned left onto Ryecroft and stopped to pick up our friend, but he had overslept and was still in bed. We crossed over Ryecroft we ran forwards onto the A53. We ran around one-way system and onto the A52. We ran up to Hartshill and we ran forwards onto Shelton New Road. We turned right onto Garner Street and we stopped at the food truck. Matthew had a cumberland ring with bacon and egg washed down with can of Coke. When we had finished we set of to the shop. We bran along Garner Street to Etruria and we turned left onto the A53. We veered left onto Forge Lane. We ran forwards onto Shelton Boulevard and we turned left onto the Etruria Valley Link Road. We went under the A500 passing First Potteries 67144 on a #501 Etruria Valley circular service. We turned left onto the retail park and we saw First Potteries 35940 on #501 Festival Park retail. We parked up and we saw grey minibus SB72 FJP parked up.

We went into the shop and we did Matthew weekly shop. We went outside and we saw Saint Wulstan Catholic DY58 AKG.

We went back to the car and we set off out of the retail park. As we left the retail park we saw First Potteries 35940 on a #501 Etruria Valley circular. We joined the Southbound A500 and we ran through Stoke to Sideway. We joined the Eastbound A50 and we came off by the BET365 statdium and headed Southwards down Stanley Matthews. We turned left onto the A5035 and we saw First Potteries 63358 on a #22 to Longton and First Potteries 63176 on a #22 to Newcastle. We got back to Blurton around 14:00. Matthew went on his computer and had a Biscoff ice cream sandwich washed down with a can of Cherry Coke. We wrote some Blog and we saw D&G Bus 90 on a #24 to Newstead. We afterwards Matthew returned to the residential unit. We got in the car and we set off through Burton and we ran along Beaconsfield Drive where we saw gold minibus DE04 FNZ parked up. We turned left onto Church Street and left onto Blurton Road. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Steeet. We carried on forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Masterson Street and we saw Stafford & District Community Link LA72 DDU. We turned right onto Watkin Street and we continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room and we put all his shopping in his cupboard or in the kitchen. Matthew chilled out on his computer and watched buses out of the window. Matthew chilled out in his room and we saw Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB outside. For a late tea Matthew had bangers and mash followed by angel cake and custard. We went downstairs and we and we cut through onto City Road. We crossed over Smithpool Road and we stopped at the next bus stop. We waited for a bus to Newcastle. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was First Potteries 67176 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. On the way up to the stops we saw D&G Bus 145 parked up on layover.

A short time later we saw First Potteries 35689 on a #25 to Hanley.

As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 63114 on a #39 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. When it was time to go the bus set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee Roundabout and onto the A53. We ran into Basford and over the A500. We ran down into Etruria and over the A500. We continued along the A53 and we turned left onto Forge Lane. We ran out along the Lane and we crossed over the canal before we returned back into Etruria along festival Way. We crossed under the A53 onto Etruria Road. We ran up the hill into Hanley and we ran forwards onto Trinity Street. We turned right onto Stafford Street and we continued past the Albion and the town Hall and we ran forwards onto Bagnall Street and into the bus station. Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67146 on a #37 to Longton. A short time later we saw a bus come on stand. It was First Potteries 47519 on a #6 to Coalville.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and past the site new Lidl. We crossed over Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot up Victoria Road and we went sharp right onto City Road. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out. He used his computer and watched music videos on the Television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the dentist and we saw Travel Express YX70 ZHN. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left into Watkin Street and we turned left into the back alley and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We stopped at The Lido and Matthew went. After spend some time their and we set off onto Smithpool Road and we crossed over the railway line and we turned left into the back alley. We went forwards onto Crawford Street and we turned left onto Watkin Street and right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When we got there we saw Just Travel BD67 NEJ parked up. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. On the way to the bus stop we saw Afford rent-a-car RX75 AWR parked up at their garage. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67173 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down City Road and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and we got up and got off the bus. We down the road to the other stop to wait for a #23 to Hanley. We crossed the road to wait for the next station bound bus. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6004 on a #9 to Clayton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left onto Princes Road past the old North Staffordshire Royal Infirmary which is going to be converted into a new housing estate. We ran into Penkhull village and we onto Newcastle Lane and we turned right onto Hilton Road. We turned into the hospital and as we travelled through the hospital we saw ABC Supreme YJ74 VAU. We turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus. We walked out of the bus station and we saw D&G Bus 110 on a #33 to Westlands. We set off onto Hassell Street and we turned right onto High Street and we stopped at Cash Converters. We walked up High Street and we turned left onto Castle walk and stopped at Cancer Research. We continued up Castle Walk and up onto Ironmarket. We returned to the cafe and Matthew had a a piece of bakewell tart washed down with a can of Coke. After we had finished eating we stopped at PDSA Charity Shop. We continued down Castle Walk and we stopped Bristish Heart Foundation Home and Fashion and Matthew bought some boots. We walked down Castle walk and stopped at Cancer Research. We continued up Castle Walk and we went down to the bottom end of the bus station. A few minutes later we saw D&G Bus 6010 on a #1A to Wood Lane.

A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 47520 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill. We ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road and we continued forwards onto King Street and we passed through Foley We ran forwards into Longton. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed over King Street and onto Transport Lane. We walked down The Strand and we under the railway line into Longton Transport Interchange. Once off the bus we walked around the corner onto The Strand and we turned right into the Bennett Precinct. We visited the Bonmarché and Matthew had a sausage roll and a can of Coke. when we had finished in the shop we walked back to the bus stop on The Strand. We waited for a bus to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63114 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down The Strand and we ran under the railway line onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past KFC. As we approached the flat we got up and got off the bus. We walked back up Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew came downstairs and got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Station Brudge Road and we continued onto Heron Street. We went through the traffic lights onto Blurton Road and we crossedover the A50 and we continued into Blurton. We turned right onto Longton Hall Road and we stopped at the Doctor. After seeing the doactor Matthew returned to the residential unit. When we had finished we said goodbye and we returned to Fenton in a taxi. We set off onto Longton Hall Road and we turned left onto Blurton Road and we climbed up the hill into Heron Cross and we ran through the lights onto Heron Street. We continued onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we crossed over City Road and we ran along Manor Street. We ran to the end of the road and we got out. We stopped at the Fenton Community Hall and Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we had a drink of Coke. Matthew had a ham sandwich and sausage rolls. After we had finished we returned to the residential unit. We walked along Manor Street and we crossed over City Road and we turned right onto onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. We went upstairs and back into his room. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. He watched television and used his computer. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. We went downstairs and we and we cut through onto City Road to wait a bus to Hanley. We stood at the bus stop outside the flats and we waited for a bus to Stoke. Whilst we waited we saw Travel Express ND21 YFL. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67150 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill towards Stoke. We went under the railway line and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got another picture of First Potteries 67150 as it continued towards Hanley.

Once off the bus and we walked along City Road. We crossed over the A500 and went into Stoke town centre. We crossed the road to wait for the next station bound bus. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6004 on a #9 to Clayton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. Today Matthew was returning to the residential unit, but first he was going out for dinner and doing his weekly shop. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up around 10:15 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We got ready and we went out just before 12:00. We set off to Newcastle to pick up our friend. We got in the car and we set off through Blurton and onto the A5035. We continued to Trentham and we turned right onto the A34 and we saw First Potteries 35946 on the #101 to Stafford. We ran through Hanford and we crossed the A500 and we continued through Trent Vale and into Newcastle. We turned right onto Barracks Road we ran past the bus station and we saw First Potteries 67175 on a #99 to Chell. We turned left onto Ryecroft and stopped to pick up our friend. After we picked him up We crossed over Ryecroft we ran forwards onto the A53. We ran around one-way system and onto the A52. We ran up to Hartshill and we ran forwards onto Shelton New Road. We turned right onto Garner Street and we stopped at the food truck. Matthew had a cumberland ring with bacon and egg washed down with can of Coke. When we had finished we set off to the shop. We ran along Garner Street to Etruria and we turned left onto the A53. We veered left onto Forge Lane and we ran forwards onto Shelton Boulevard and we turned left onto the Etruria Valley Link Road. We went under the A500 and we turned left onto the retail park passing First Potteries 35948 on a #501 Festival Park circular service. We parked up by the supermarket and we saw black minibus SB74 HXC parked up.

We did Matthew's weekly shopping and before we went back to the car we saw First Potteries 63366 on a #501 circular service. We set off through the retail park and we turned left onto the A527 and we ran to the top of the hill and we turned left to follow the A527 into Newcastle. We turned right onto Ryecroft and we pulled up. We dropped off our friend. We set off onto Ryecroft and we turned right onto Barracks Road. We passed the bus station and we saw D&G Bus 110 on a #35 to Crackley. We turned keft onto the Southbound A34 we ran down to Trent Vale and under the A500 into Hanford. We ran into Trentham and at the roundabout we turned left onto the A5035. We ran into Blurton and we got back to home just after 14:30. Matthew had an ice cream and a can of Cherry Coke. We wrote some Blog and afterwards Matthew returned to the residential unit. For tea Matthew had pizza and chips followed by a Toffee sponge pudding and custard. Washed it down with a can of Irn Bru. Later on we went downstairs and we saw it was Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB. We got on the bus and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street. and left onto City Road. We ran down the hill onto the A52 and we went under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 and we ran into Stoke and on the one way system. We followed the road onto Lonsdale Street and right onto Fleming Street. We turned right onto Campbell Place and we followed the road around back onto Church Street. We ran up the hill into Hartshill and edge the edge of Newcastle we ran onto George Street. We went forwards onto the ring road and we crossed the roundabout onto Ironmarket. We parked up and and we went to the pub. For dessert he had chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. When we had finished we set off along Ironmarket to the High Street. We turned left onto Hassell Street and we walked past the bus station. We walked onto the ring road and past the new council building and into the park. After we had finished in the park we returned to the minibus. We returned to Fenton in Shelton Care Group FP75 DZB. We got on the bus and we set off onto the roundabout and we turned right onto barracks Road. We joined the Southbound A34 and we ran down to Trent Vale. We turned left onto Harpfields Road and we went forwards onto Keelings Drive. We turned left onto London Road and we ran through Boothen into Stoke. We ran around the one-way system and onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 and under the railway line into Fenton. We ran up City Road and we turned right into Smithpool Road and left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew went to the toilet and we walked out of the bus station onto Castle Walk and we stopped at the Pound Bakery. Matthew brought a double chocolate cookies before continuing along Castle Walk. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 63118 on a #38 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Talke Pits before sitting down towards the back of the bus. set of out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Ryecroft. At the roundabout we turned right onto the Northbound A34. We ran Northwards past the bus garage and we ran through Milehouse. We ran Northwards to the McDonald roundabout and we turned left onto Wolstanton Road. At the roundabout we turned right onto Chesterton High Street. We turned right onto Crackley Bank and we ran through Crackley and Red Street. We crossed over the A500 and we veered left onto Talke High Street and we turned right onto Monumet Road and we turned right onto Ashenough Road. We turned left onto Chester Road. We re-joined the road and we ran forwards onto Coalpit Hill. We ran forwards onto the A34 and up towards somewhere where we turned right onto the B5371. We turned right onto Mitchell Avenue and we turned left onto Lower Ash Road. We turned right onto First Avenue and we turned right onto the A50. We ran up the hill into Goldenhill and then forwards through Sandyford past the retail park into Tunstall. We ran down the High Street. We continued down the High Street and we turned left onto Williamson Street. At the roundabout we turned right onto Scotia Road and we ran into Burslem town centre. We ran past the site of the new Kiln Gate Retail park and we continued into Cobridge and down into Hanley. We joined Hope Street and we ran forwards to Stafford Street. We turned right at the end past the town hall and onto Bagnall Street before entering the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet. We crossed over Lichfield Street and over the ring road to the chip shop. Matthew had sausage chip and gravy washed down with a can of Coke. When we had fiished we returned to the bus station. We crossed over the ring road and over Lichfield Street and into the bus station. We waited for a bus towards Fenton. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63364 on a #101 to Stafford.

We got on and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off through the bus station and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and left onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned right onto Shelton New Road and we ran down through Etruria an up into Hartshill before joining the A52. We ran into Newcastle down George Street. We joined the one way system and we turned left on the roundabout onto Barracks Road. We got to the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. We set off on foot up Castle Walk and we visited Home Bargains. We walked up Castle Walk and we turned right into Ironmarket past the old RBS bank which has now The Bank Space. We turned left onto Castle Walk and Costa coffee. Matthew had a sausage oatcake. washed down with a botte of Orange Fanta. Afterwards Matthew went to the toilet. When we had finished we got back onto Castle Walk and we turned left onto barracks Road and we veered left onto Stubbs Street and into the bus station. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 63117 on a #22 to Longton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and we ran Southwards onto the A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the the grounds. We turned right onto Hilton Road and forwards onto Harpfields Road. We ran to the end and we turned left onto the Southbound A34. We ran under the A500 into Hanford and we turned left onto Church Lane. We climbed to the top of the hill and we turned right onto Wilson Road. We turned left onto New Inn Lane and we ran into Trentham. We turned left onto the A5035 and we crossed over the railway line into Blurton. We passed the end of Stanley Matthew Way and we turned left onto Magdalen Road. We turned right onto Finstock Avenue and left onto Beaconsfield Drive and we ran through the estate to the other end. We turned left onto Church Road and at the the roundabout we turned left onto Blurton Road. We ran to the bottom of the hill and we turned right onto Longton Hall Road. We ran up the hill and we ran forwards onto Heathcote Street. We turned left onto the high level A50 and at the roundabout we turned right onto Baths Road. We ran past Tesco before turning right into Longton Interchange. where we got up and got off the bus. We walked over to Tesco and Matthew used the toilet. Once off we walked onto The Strand and we walked to the bus stop. We waited for a bus towards Fenton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35940 on a #40 to Fenton. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down The Strand. We turned left into Baths Road and we entered Longton Transport Interchange. After a brief stop we ran out onto Baths Road. We crossed over the A50 and we went straight onto Foley Road. At the end of the Road we turned right on Longton Hall Road. We climbed the hill and then went down into Blurton. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we climbed up the hill into Heron Cross. We crossed the A50 and at the traffic Light we turned left onto Grove Road. We continued into Mount Pleasant and onto Wheildon Road. We turned right by The Regent onto Smithpool Road and we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 35940 before it continued towards Hanley.

Once off the bus we walked back to the residential unit. We set off along Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. Later on we went out for tea on the bus. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67154 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street where we got up and got off the bus. We walked around the corner onto Campbell Place to wait for a bus to Trentham. A few minutes later we saw a bus come around the corner. It was First Potteries 67141 on a #21 to Trentham.

We got on the bus and we booked to Trentham before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Campbell Place and forwards onto London Road. We continued through Oakhill and past the former Oakhill pub. We ran into Trent Vale and we turned left onto the A34 and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we saw RR Travel MM72 ZMY. We went into the pub and Matthew found a seat where he could see out of the window. Matthew had Sausage, egg beans and chips with bacon and 2 oatcakes washed down with a glass of Coke. for dessert Matthew had toffee sponge pudding and custard. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included First Potteries 63347 on a #101 to Stafford and Allinson Travel YP69 VRN heading Northwards. When he had finished eat Matthew set off onto the A34 and around the corner onto London Road to wait for the bus back towards Stoke. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67154 on a #21 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along London Road and we ran through Oak Hill past the former Oak Hill pub. We continued through the the West End before running into Stoke Town centre and Campbell Place. There was nothing of interest parked up in City cabs and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off along London Road. We turned right into Church Street to wait for a First bus back up to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 110 on a #1 to Meir.

We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. Later on Matthew had a bath followed by toast for supper. Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw First Potteries 67149 on a #11 to Newcastle. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67141 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we joined the A52 and ran under the railway line. After crossing over the A500 we ran into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We turned right onto Shelton Old Road. We ran forwards onto Stoke Road. We ran under the railway line and up through Shelton. We ran up Broad Street and we turned right onto the anti-clockwise ring road. We turned left onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street. We climbed the hill and up into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew took a picture of First Potteries 67141 as it continued towards Trentham.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. At the bottom of the road we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto Broad Street and then we joined the clockwise ring road. At the end we turned left onto Etruria Road before going under the A53 onto Festival Way. We ran past Waterworld and we turned left onto Forge Lane past a new minibus building by the Brindley Farm pub. We looped under the A53 and we joined the Westbound A53. We crossed over the A500 at Etruria and and we ran up the hill into Basford and we ran down hill to the edge of Newcastle and we got onto the one way system. At the jubilee roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road before turning right into the bus station onto Barracks Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Ryecroft. We veered left onto Merrial Street and we turned right onto High Street. We ran forwards onto Liverpool Road and we ran turned left onto Ryecroft. At the roundabout we turned right onto the Northbound A34. We ran Northwards past the bus garage and we ran through Milehouse. We ran Northwards to the McDonald roundabout and we turned left onto Wolstanton Road. At the roundabout we turned right onto Chesterton High Street. We turned right onto Crackley Bank and we ran through Crackley and Red Street. We crossed over the A500 and we veered left onto Talke High Street. We turned right somewhere and left onto Chester Road. We re-joined the road and we ran forwards onto Coalpit Hill. We ran forwards onto the A34 and up towards somewhere where we turned right onto the B5371. We turned right onto Mitchell Avenue and we turned left onto Lower Ash Road. We turned right onto First Avenue and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked around the corner onto the B5371. As we turned into the A50 and onto Heathcote Street and Matthew visited the toilet. As we walked through the King Street and we stopped at Wrights Pies and Matthew had a sausage roll and can of Coke. When we had finished in the shop we sat down and Matthew ate his sausage roll washed down with a can of Coke. We turned right onto King Street and we walked down Attwood Street and we turned left onto Liverpool Road and we saw First Potteries 35946 on a #3A to Hanley. As we turned into the B5371 to the Hanley bus stop. A short time later we saw the bus come around the corner. It was First Potteries 67146 on a #3A to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down the the B5371 and we turned right onto the A50. We ran up the hill into Goldenhill and then forwards through Sandyford past the new retail park into Tunstall. We ran down the High Street. We continued down the High Street and we ran past the former Co-operative bank. We turned left onto Williamson Street. At the roundabout we turned right onto Scotia Road and we ran into Burslem town centre. We ran past the site of the new Kiln Gate Retail park and we continued into Cobridge and down into Hanley. We joined Hope Street and we ran forwards to Stafford Street. We turned right at the end past the town hall and onto Bagnall Street before entering the bus station. We let the bus empty and Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 67146.

We got on the bus and we booked to Blurton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus waited for time before setting off out of the bus station. We went down John Street and onto Bethesda Street. The road in front of the museum was closed so we turned right onto the the ring road. We turned right onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned left onto Copeland Street. We continued forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the road around onto Church Street. We crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street we turned right onto Station Bridge Road. We went forwards onto Heron Street and we went through Heron Cross and over the A50 onto Blurton Road. We ran down the hill and we went past the BP garage. We ran up the other side and we got off the bus opposite to the shops. Once we had finished we crossed over to wait for another bus back to Fenton. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67174 on a #23 to Newstead. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down. We set off down Blurton Road and we ran down the hill into the valley. After crossing Longton Brook we ran up the hill into Heron Cross. We ran forwards onto Heron Street and we followed the road around onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We walked around the corner onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out in his room and use his computer and watch buses out of the window. For a late tea had sausages potatoes and carrots and washed this down with a glass of Irn Bru. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today we decided to stay local as mum was working and wasn't available to help out. Research consisted of checking the weather, which was for rain all day. Matthew got up around 09:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Around 10:30 we went to pick up uncle Dave. We set off through Blurton onto Finstock Avenue and we turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive. We turned left onto Church Road and left again onto Blurton Road. We ran through Blurton and into Heron Cross and over the A50. At Heron Cross lights we turned left onto Grove Road. We ran forwards onto Wheildon Road and we picked up uncle Dave. Once we had picked up uncle Dave, we continued down Wheildon Road past the former Regent which is back up for sale. We ran forwards onto Grove Road and we saw green minibus R482 NDM parked up. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we crossed over the A50. We continued through Blurton and at the roundabout we veered right onto Church Street. We turned right onto the A5035 and back to Blurton. as we just missed a bus we went back to the house for 20 minutes or so to keep dry. We set off and walked to the bus stop all the way over on Magdalen Road, Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 67148 on a #22 to Longton.

A short time later the bus came around the corner. As expected we saw it was First Potteries 63111 on a #22 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and booked a Smart Day ticket at £3.50. This ticket is a multi-operator ticket valid throughout the North Staffordshire area. We sat down ear to the back of the bus and the bus set off onto the A5035. We went past the Trentham Hotel we turned right into New Inn Lane where we would be on this bus to Stoke. We got up to get off the bus at the man in Space and Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 63111 before it carried on to Newcastle.

The bus travelled through Trentham up New Inn Lane, We passed the building site where new housing is being built. At the top of the hill we turned right into Hanford along Wilson Road. We ran down Mayne Street before joining the Northbound A34. We crossed under the A500 and we saw First Potteries 67151 on #21 turn to Trentham. We turned onto London Road and we ran through Oak Hill past the former Oak Hill pub. We continued through the the West End before running into Stoke Town centre and Campbell Place. There was nothing of interest parked up in City cabs and we got up and got off the bus. We walked along Campbell Place and we crossed over the road. We turned into Church Street and we saw that our usual cafe was closed for a holiday! We walked back onto Campbell Place and we went to the London Grill. Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards Matthew sat down and I ordered the food. Matthew had a full English breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. After we had finished eating we walked along Campbell Place and we turned rihght onto Church Street. We headede to the Newcastle bus stop as a bus was approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35940 on a #25 to Keele.

We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Church Street and off up the hill along Hartshill Road. We passed the Noah's Ark pub and Just after the pub we turned left by the Co-operative Food store and we headed to the hospital. We bounced our way through the hospital grounds over the severe speed bumps and we joined the North bound A34. We went around the roundabout at the bottom end of Newcastle and we turned right onto Barracks Road before entering the bus station from the Southern end. We got up and got off the bus and we had a look around to see what we might catch. We saw First Potteries 63098 on a #98 to Ball Green.

We got on the bus and we place the Smart Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee roundabout onto the A527 and headed through Wolstanton. As we travelled North up the road we passed First Potteries 63346 on a #98 to Newcastle. We turned right onto Porthill Bank and we we went down the hill and over the A500. We went through Middleport where we saw some goats in an enclosure by the road. We continued up the road and at Trubshaw Cross we went left onto Brownhills Road. We joined Tunstall High Street and at the top of the Road we got up and got off the bus. We walked towards the Tunstall cafe, and that too was closed for a holiday! We decided to go around the corner and visit Wrights Pies. We picked up a Manchester tart and a can of Coke. We crossed over the road to wait for a bus. Across the road we saw First Potteries 63356 on #3 to Crewe.

We had a while to wait so after Matthew had eaten his Manchester tart we had a walk around the block. We set off down the High Street and we turned left onto The Boulevard. We turned left onto Scotia Road and we saw Stanton's of Stoke 7239 VT on a #90 to Ball Green. We turned sharp left at the roundabout and back onto the High Street. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63113 on a #3A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We went down the High Street and we turned left into Williamson Street. We turned right into Scotia Road and we ran into Burslem town centre. We decided to get off in Burslem and catch something towards Newcastle so we got up and got off the bus at Swan Bank. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 63113 as it carried on towards Hanley.

We crossed over the road and we walked along Market Place to the bus stop to wait for something going down the hill. We had about 10 minutes to wait and we sat and looked at the former NatWest bank which is going to be a cafe. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. We saw it was First Potteries 67172 on a #98 to Newcastle.

We went down the Moorland Road and we continued through Burslem to Longport and over the A500 and up Porthill Bank. We turned left at the roundabout and we ran through Wolstanton and May Bank into Newcastle. We crossed the Jubilee roundabout and we ran down Barracks Road and into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout onto Barracks Road and we entered the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. We had intended to go across to The Jolly Potter to have a drink, but this is temporarily closed for refurbishment. Matthew used the toilet by the bus station instead. Afterwards we had a look around to see what we could catch. We saw First Potteries 65034 on a #101 to Hanley.

When we had finished we went outside and onto Princes Street. There wasn't a bus for about 20 minutes so we startd to walk towards Hartshill. We stopped at the other end and we waited for a bus there. A short time later we saw D&G Bus 161 on a #9 to Clayton.

We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We went down the Princes Street. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran down into Stoke. We passed through Church Street and the bus topped in the town centre. After a brief stop we continued over the A500. after running under the railway line we followed the A52 around to the left running parallel to the railway line. We then turned left onto to station Road. railway station and due to roadworks we ran to the end of Station Road and turned right. We ran up Stoke Road and we turned right onto Avenue Road. At the roundabout we turned left onto College Road and we ran up the hill through Shelton. We continued onto Cleveland Road and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we continued along Bethesda Street before turning right onto John Street. We ran up the hill into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Matthew went to the toilet nd afterwards we waited for a bus to Biddulph. A short time later the bus came on stand and we saw it was First Potteries 67181 on a #7A to Biddulph.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Smart Day ticket to the driver before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus waited for time before setting off out of the bus station. We went down John Street and onto Bethesda Street before we went across onto Marsh Street and then we turned right into Trinity Street. We turned left into Stafford Street and we continued forwards to Quadrant Road and we left Hanley along Town Road past the Tesco Express store. We travelled through Sneyd Green and over Smallthorne roundabouts to Chell. At the roundabout we turned right and we ran down the A527 through Brindley Ford. We turned left to run through Brown Lees. We crossed over the A527 at Knypersley and we ran around through the housing estates of Biddulph before running into town via St John's Road, Colliers Way. We ran past the building site and we turned right up Wharf Road to the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 67181 before it returned to Hanley on the next #7A.

Once off the bus we walked around the cornber onto the High Street and we visited the Royal Oak pub. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we had a glass of Coke each. We went further down the High Street and we stopped at the kebab house. We brought a couple of portions of fries and a couple of cans. We walked back up the High Street and into Wharf Road. We sat on the bench and Matthew ate his fries washed down with a can of Dr Pepper. Whilst we were there we saw unidentfied white coach YN07 KHC. After we had finished eating we stood at the stop and waited for the bus back to Hanley. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. It was D&G Bus 161 on a #9 to Hanley.

The bus set off onto the High Street and we turned left at the roundabout onto St John's Road. We ran around the estate and we crossed over the A527 and we ran down through Brindley Ford into Fegg Hayes. We turned left onto Oxford Road and we ran forwards into Chell Heath. We passed Matthew's old school site which is going to be a new sheltered housing site. We ran through Bradeley to the traffic lights. We turned right and we ran up the hill through Smallthorne and right again onto Ford Green Road past the pub which which is not going to be a new Wetherspoons pub. At the top of the hill we turned left onto the A5272 and into Hanley. We ran into town along Town Road and we crossed over the ring road. We turned right onto Quadrant Road and we went under the Intu Potteries shopping centre. We ran forwards onto Stafford Street and we passed the town hall. We ran along Bagnall Street and into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus and Matthew used the toilet. We had 20 minutes to wait so we went towards the shop but it was shut. We went outside and we saw First Potteries 33829 on a B2 from the BET365 stadium.

At this point Matthew ran at someone to say hello and held their hand. Don't run at people Matthew. We walked around the outside of the bus station and we sat at the stand for the bus back to Blurton. Whilst we waited we saw Maynards M16 YDS on the ring road. The bus came on stand and we saw it was First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we placed the Smart Day under the scanner for the final time today. As the bus was empty Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 67152 before we sat down.

We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road and we ran down to the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street and we continued onto Station Bridge Road. We ran forwards onto Heron Street and we went through the traffic lights onto Blurton Road. After crossing over the A50 we continued through Blurton. We turned right onto Church Road and right onto Beaconfield Drive. We ran to the other end and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got another picture of First Potteries 67152 before it continued towards Newstead.

Once off the bus we set off back to the house. Matthew had a can of Fanta orange and we wrote some of the Blog and wrote an e-mail. We also put some pictures u on Flickr. Matthew went to bed around 01:00... Mark.
