Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus and it was New Years Eve. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Temple Street Church minibus RX18 GZW. Matthen went downstairs and set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and we visit the chip shop. Matthew brought the food and also picked up a can of Coke. After picking up the food Matthew returned to Temple Street and went back upstairs. For dinner Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of Coke. Afterwards Matthew had a cake. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We waited for a bus towards Hanley. After a short wait we saw First Potteries 67157 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Steet and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station and we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street before we turned right onto John Street where we saw First Potteries 67143 on a #101 to Stafford. We got up and got off the bus. In the bus station we saw First Potteries 37158 on a KF to Uttoxeter. Once off the bus we walked up Lichfield Street and forwards onto Tontine Street. We had a walk around Tontine Square and we returned down Tontine Street and onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. We waited for the next bus to Bucknall. After a short while we saw First Potteries 69162 on a #11 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton we sat down. We set off up set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we turned right onto Dividy Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and we saw First Potteries 69148 on a #11 to Hanley. Once at the Causley Brook we went for a walk. We walked around the country Park and we stopped a few times to have a rest. Matthew climbed up to the top of a few of the hills. when we had finished we called for a walk towards Eaton Park. We set off onto foot onto William Birch Road and we saw Magnum PJ62 BKO. Afterwards Matthew returned to Fenton in a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off along William Birch Road. We turned left onto Hoveringham Drive and we turned right onto Ajax Way and we saw silver minibus KX64 RNJ. We turned right onto Kettering Drive and we turned left onto Arbourfield Drive. We turned left onto Dividy Road. We ran towards Bucknall and we veered left Bucknall Road and we crossed the traffic lights onto Bucknall New Road. We ran up the hill into Hanley and at the lights we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed over the roundabout and we ran forwards onto Victoria Road. We turned right onto Manor Street and we ran to the end. We turned right onto City Road and left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. Out of the other window we saw Temple Street Church RX18 GZW.

We went downstairs and got into car we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street Church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Baker Street and left onto Glebedale Road. We turned right onto City Road and we continued onto King Street. We ran through Foley and under the railway Bridge into Longton. We ran forwards onto Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to Adderley Green and we saw First Potteries 67142 in the depot. We turned left onto the A5272 and we ran through Bentilee to Bucknall. We continued onto the A52 and we went straight across Limekiln Lights towards Hanley. We Veered right onto Keelings Drive and we passed white minibus YD64 NFM. We followed the A5272 North through Sneyd Green and at Smallthorne roundabouts we turned right onto Ford Green Road. We turned left onto Fell Street and right onto Coseley Street onto Duddell Road. We turned right onto Chell Heath Road and at the light we re-joined Ford Green Road. At the top of the hill we joined the Southbound A5272 and we saw Harry Shaw YN16 UAE. We ran through Sneyd Green to Birches Head where we saw First Potteries 65733 on a #7 to Kidsgrove. We ran forwards onto Town Road and we joined the clockwise ring Road and we ran around Hanley. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran down to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A52 and we ran towards Stoke railway station. We ran alongside the railway line and we turne left onto City Road. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room for a while. Later on Matthew attended a new Years Eve party. We went downstairs and the main lounge was filled with food. Matthew ate egg sandwiches and a burger followed by lots of cake! He also drank a bottle of Coke. Matthew stayed up until after midnight in order to see in the new year. Happy New Year 2022! Matthew went upstairs and we to bed around 00:30... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus and going to visit uncle Dave later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw First Potteries 69148 on a #11 to Hanley. Later on we went out for dinnr. We went downstairs and we went to Hanley by Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off onto Temple Street and we saw Lightning Travel R6 DLT. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto City Road. We ran down the hil into stoke and forwards onto the A52 and we ran alongside the railway line. We passed near to the railway station and university and we ran up to Joiners Square. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran up the hill towards Hanley. We joined the anti-clockwise ring road and we ran around Hanley onto Town Road. We got out of the taxi When we got into the Santander bank. Once we had finished we set of along Town Road and we continued onto Market Square. We visited a cash machine and we withdrew some money. We walked down to Tontine Square and we visited Lloyds Bank and used the cash machine and we headed back down Tontine Square. We continued onto Town Road and we stopped at the cafe. Matthew had a bacon sandwiches followed by toffee yoghurt. We washed with bottle of Coke. Once we had finished we set of along Town Road and we stopped at Nail Creation Matthew went to the toilet. Once we had finished we walked down Town Road and we waited for a taxi. We booked a Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off along Town Road. We followed the one-way system onto Huntbach Street and we turned right onto Meigh Street. We turned right onto Burton Place and left onto Goodson Street. We turned left onto Old Hall Street and we turned right onto the clockwise ring road. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. Whilst we waited we saw grey minibus FG21 JXE going towards Bucknall. We crossed over the roundabout onto Victoria Road past Adsa and the B&M. We turned right onto Manor Street. We turned right onto City Road and we headed down the hill. We turned left onto Temple Street and left again onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out before going to uncle Dave's. He also watched buses out of the window. We saw Magnum DA08 BVW heading towards Longton.

We went downstairs and we walked through onto City Road. We crossed over at the crossing and we headed to the stop outside the shops. We waited for a bus towards Longton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 69174 on a #11 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off up City Road and forwards onto King Street and we saw First Potteries 67147 on a #6 to Hanley. We ran through Foley and under the railway line into Longton town centre. The bus stopped on Market Street and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed over the street and we headed up Transport Lane. We crossed over The Strand and we cut through the passage past Next and we headed towards Tesco. We used the cash machine and afterwards we headed into Tesco. We brought some Irn Bru and we went outside to book a taxi. The taxi appeared and it was an Autocabs taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off onto baths Road past the site of the new Greggs. We turned right onto the Westbound A50 and we came off at Heron Cross. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we went through the lights onto Heron Street. We ran forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We stopped at the end near to Temple Street. We got out of the taxi and we walked onto Temple Street and back into the residential unit. When it was time to go to uncle Dave's we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and at the end we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We went across the spare ground onto Willowdale Avenue and onto Whieldon Road and into uncle Dave's. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots with gravy followed by a slice of toffee cheesecake. Later on he had a drink of Fanta orange and a few digestive biscuits. Uncle Dave now has a biscuit tin. Matthew chilled out in uncle Dave's house using his computer and watching television. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to escort Matthew back home. We set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned onto Willowdale Avenue we saw silver minibus DK53 VRE parked up. We crossed the spare ground and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We saw white minibus PY06 AWV parked on the side Street. We turned right onto Temple Street past the Queen Elizabeth II Court. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today we were going out on the bus on a short local trip. As it was Christmas Eve and the buses were finishing early hours on Christmas Day, we decided to stay local. We noticed that ex First South Yorkshire buses have appeared in the list for First Potteries on bustimes.org, which probably means they are about to be transferred to AG. Matthew got up around 10:00 and had toast and apple juice for breakfast. We took Covid tests and we got ready to go out. We set off around 11:20 and we dropped a Chrsitmas card off at a neighbours before continuing to the bus stop all the way over on Beaconsfield Drive. Wew waited bat the bus top and we coupld see on the map that First Potteries 67153 was on a #23 to Newstead. We could also see that First Potteries 65001 was on a #22 to Newcastle and 69155 was on a #22 to Longton. We waited at the stop for the next bus to Longton and after a few minutes it came around the corner. As expected it was First Pottereies 69155 on a #22 to Longton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Beaconsfield Drive and at the end we turned right onto Church Road. We followed the road around to the left onto Blurton Road and at the bottom of the hill we turned right onto Longton Hall Lane. We climbed the hill into Longton and onto the A50. We crossed the roundabout onto Baths Road and we entered Longton Transport Interchange. We got off the bus and Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 69155.

Once off the bus we cut through by the side of Wrights Pies onto The Strans and we turned right. We headed up to Britannia Cafe to get some dinner. It had unexpectedly closed for the day, so we walked back down the Strand to Cafe Paradise to have dinner. On the way to the cafe we saw First Potteries 65004 on a #6A to Hanley.

We went into the cafe and we sat at a table in the window. Matthew had a couple of sausage and cheese oatcakes washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we went outside and we headed to the bus stop on the Strand. As we got to the bus stop we saw First Pottereies 63099 on a #6 to Hanley.

We decided to do this bus so we got on and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We bus set off down The Strand and we ran under the railway line onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road past the site of the new Burger King. We turned right into Victoria Road. We continued down the hill and we crossed over the A52 at Joiners Square. We ran up Lichfield Street and we turned left onto the ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station. we got up and got off the bus. At the bus station Matthew used the toilet. We headed up to the bus station to take a few bus pictures. On the way to John Street car parked we saw First Potteries 31782 on a #8 to Ball Green.

We climbed the steps up to the approriate level to get pictures and we saw D&G Bus 135 departing on a #16 to Buxton.

We headed back to the bus station and we decided that we would go to Newcastle before returning to Blurton. We turned down the #4 to Audley which was First Potteries 63103. We decided to wait and we saw First Potteries 69148 on a #5 to Abbey Hulton. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 63101 in the new orange colours. A short time leter the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 65039 on the #101 to Stafford.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle. As the bus was empty Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 65039 before we sat down.

We set off through the bus station and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and left onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned right onto Shelton New Road. We ran down through Etruria an up into Hartshill before joining the A52. We ran into Newcastle down George Street. We joined the one way system and we turned left on the roundabout onto Barracks Road. We got to the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Whilst we waited for the next #22 we walked around and we took a few pictures. We saw D&G Bus 119 on a #1 to Meir.

A short time later we saw First Potteries 63173 on a #99 to Chell Heath. After a short layover it ran around onto the stand. It was Fist Potteries 69172 on a #22 to Longton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Blurton. As the bus was empty Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 69172 before we sat down.

We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and we ran Southwards onto the A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the the grounds. As we travelled through the hospital we saw First Potteries 32634 on a #25 to Keele. We turned right onto Hilton Road and forwards onto Harpfields Road we saw First Potteries 63112 on a #22 to Newcastle. We ran to the end and we turned left onto the Southbound A34. We ran under the A500 into Hanford and we turned left onto Church Lane. We climbed to the top of the hill and we turned right onto Wilson Road. We turned left onto New Inn Lane and we ran into Trentham. We turned left onto the A5035 and we crossed over the railway line into Blurton. We passed the end of Stanley Matthew Way and we turned left onto Magdalen Road where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 69172 before it continued towards Longton.

We had seen on the map that the #24 to Longton was just around the corner heading towards Longton. We waited on the corner of the street ans as expected we saw D&G Bus 164 on a #24 to Longton.

We walked back to the house and we spent some time in the house. Later on we went out to pick up the cake from Longton. We got in the car and we set off onto the A5035. We ran through Dresden into Longton and we crossed over the A500 and we ran down the Strand. We turned right onto Market Street and right onto Commerce Street. We turned right into Kingcross Street and we parked up. Once parked up we headed back to Market Street and we picked up the cake order that mumn had ordered the day before. Once we had picked up the cake we headed back to the car. We returned to the car and we headed back to Blurton. We set off onto Commerce Street and we went around the roundabout and onto The Strand. We turned left into Baths Road and ran past the bus station, but it was empty. We ran around the roundabout and we headed West on the A50. We came off the A50 at Heron Cross and we turned left onto Blurton Road. As we ran through Blurton we saw blue minibus DU69 GXK. We turned right onto Church Road and we turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive. We saw First Potteries 69155 on a #22 to Longton. We turned left onto Finstock and we saw Eddie's Private hire YJ61 GYZ and Z Carz YN11 AHJ. We got back home around 15:35. Later on after exchange present with a friend we went around to uncle Dave's for a buffet tea. We set off through Blurton onto Beaconsfield Drive and we turned left onto Church Road. We ran forwards onto Blurton Road and we crossed over the A50. At the lights we turned left onto Grove Road. We ran down into Fenton and stopped at uncle Daves. Matthew played on uncle Dave's computer and I lit the coal fire. A short time later we srtaed the buffer. Matthew had cocktail sausages and sausage rolls as well as some chicken sandwiches. He wash washed it down with a glass of Coke. Later on after the fire was right, we had toast cooked on the open fire. For dessert Matthew had Viscount biscuits and a slice of chocolate roll. We watched TV and listened to music until it was time to returned to Blurton. We said goodbye to uncle Dave and we got in the car. We set off onto Wheildon Road. We ran forwards onto Grove Road and we turned right onto Blurton Road. We crossed over the A50 and we ran back through Blurton. We turned right onto Church Road and right onto the A5035. We got back to Blurton around 21:15. Matthew chilled out and we finished off the Blog before bedtime around 00:30... Mark

We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we waited for a bus towards Fenton. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 47519 on a #4A to Hanley. A short time later we saw First Potteries 65001 on a #11 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. the bus waiting to depart, we saw required First Potteries 63101 on a #4 to Hanley. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and we ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over city Road and walked back to the residential unit. Matthew went back upstairs to his room to chill out and use his computer. In the afternoon Matthew had a party in the house. He ate sausages rolls and cocktail sausages and cake! he washed it down with a glass of Coke. After the party Matthew returned to his room to wait to be picked upto come back to Blurton. Whilst waiting for the time we saw Stanton's of Stoke 484 ABK going towards Heron Cross. Mum picked Matthew up around 15:00 and Matthew went downstairs with a bag full of Christmas presents!. After picking Matthew up we set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Baker Street and we saw past the former day centre. We turned left onto Glebedale Road and right onto City Road. As we ran up onto King Street we passed the site of the new Burger King being built. We turned right onto the A50 link road and we joinrf the Eastbound A50. AS the route into Longton was busy we continued upto Normacot. We came of the A50 at Normacot and we turned left onto Uttoxeter Road. As we headed into Longotn we saw First Potteries 63146 on a #6A to Blythe Bridge. We ran into Longton and we turned right onto Kingcross Street and parked in the car park. Once parked up they headed back to Market Street to have some cake. Matthew had a red velvet cheesecake with custard. Matthew washed thi down with a bottle of Coke. When they had finihsed eating they returned to the car and decided to go to Home Bargains. We picked up a few stocking fillers for family and Matthew also picked some sweets. We returned to the car and we headed back to Blurton. We set off onto Commerce Street and we went around the roundabout and onto The Strand. We stopped outside Wrights Pies and we picked up a few few things from there. We got back in the car and we continued along The Strand and we turned left into Baths Road. We ran around the roundabout and we headed West on the A50. We came off the A50 at Heron Cross and we turned left onto Blurton Road. As we ran through Blurton we saw First Potteries 63112 on a #22 to Longton. We turned right onto Church Road and we turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive. We saw First Potteries 67156 on a #23 to Hanley. We got back home around 16:15. Matthew chilled out on his computer and wrote some of the Blog. For supper Matthew had toast. I got back from my final shift of the assignmaent at 22:00. We continued working on the Blog and we chiled out on the computer. For supper Matthew had toast. Matthew went to bed around 00:30... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. He was also going to a new leisure centre. It's a brand new inflatable park of it's kind in Wales and today was it's first day.. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to Belper he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to Queensferry and we saw Temple Street Church RX18 GZW.

Later on when it was time to go Matthew went downstairs to get on a bus. Transport for the journey to Queensferry was Shelton Care Group LT21 UVM. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill onto the A52. We ran under the railway line towards Stoke. we crossed over the A500 before we turned right onto the Northbound carriageway. We ran North for a few miles and then we continued Westwards as we crossed under the M6. We continued along the A500 before we turned right onto the Northbound carriageway. We continued along the A500 to the South of Crewe until we reached the end before going onto the Nantwich by-pass. At the end of the by-pass we turned right following the A51 for another 1/2 mile and we saw Arriva NW&W 4409 on a #84 to Crewe. We ran up to Tarven and we joined the Westbound A54. At the edge of Chester we crossed the Westbound A55. We ran to the end of the A494 and at the roundabout we ran through Queensferry and we saw saw Arriva NW&W 4549 on a #11M to Rhyl. We crossed under the B5129 and we stopped at the leisure centre. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards used the play equipment. Matthew visited the cafe and had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a glass of Coke followed by a cake. Afterwards Matthew went to use the inflatable park. When they had finished the session we went outside to the minibus. Transport for the returned journey was Shelton Care Group LT21 UVM. We got on the bus and we sat down and we set off the B5129 and we saw Arriva NW&W 4643 on a #10 to Wepre. We ran forwards onto the A494 at Garden City. We got onto the Eastbound M56. At junction 9 we joined the Southbound M6 and we ran down to junction 16. We went Southwards down the A500 and we ran down to the A527 and we continued into Sandyford past the sight of the new petrol station. We crossed over the top of Tunstall past the new Costa Coffee and we headed down the hill towards Fegg Hayes. We turned right onto Oxford Road and we ran forwards into Chell Heath. We passed Matthew's old school site which is going to be a new sheltered housing site. We ran through Bradeley to the traffic lights. We turned right and we ran up the hill through Smallthorne. At the top of the hill we turned left onto the A5272. We ran through Sneyd Green and we saw First Potteries 63103 on a #7A to Biddulph. We continued into Birches Head. We ran forwards onto Town Road and we joined the Clockwise ring road. We ran past the bus station and we turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street. We turned right onto Cleveland Road and we ran forwards onto College Road where we saw First Potteries 67157 on a #21 to Hanley. We turned left onto Station Road and we ran past the railway station. We ran forwards onto the A52 and we ran alkongside the railway line. We turned left onto City Road and right into Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street past the new building under construction and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room. He used his computer and watched buses out of the window. We saw First Potteries 65729 on a #11 to Newcastle. For tea Matthew had MacDonalds, which was a cheesebuger, fries and chicken nuggets washed down with a Coke. followed by a slice of cheesecake. In the evening Matthew went downstairs and we got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street We set of onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we crossed over City Road onto Manor Street. and at the end we turned left onto Victoria Road. We ran down the hill to joiners Squre and we went straight across the roundabout onto Lichfield Street. We joined the anti-clockwise ring road and we ran around to the the A50. We went North to Cobridge and we turned right onto the A53. In Sneyd Green we joined the A5272. We went through Smallthorne Roundabout and Northwards up High Lane up to Turnhurst. We turned right onto the A527 and we ran down to Fegg Hayes. We ran up the hill into Brindley Ford and we continued through Brown Lees to the Southern edge of Biddulph. We turned right onto St John's Road and we turned right at the roundabout onto Church Street. We stopped at the youth centre and Matthew went in. Matthew went to the toilet and spent the evening patying away. Matthew had several glasses of Coke. When it was time to go home he returned to Fenton. We got in the car and we set off onto Church Road and we turned right onto Mayfield Road. We turned left onto Woodland Street and right onto Park Lane. We turned left onto the A527 and we ran through Brown Lees and into Brindley Ford. We followed the road down to Fegg Hayes and we ran up the hill to Turnhurst. We turned left onto the A5272 and we ran along High Lane through Smallthorne Roundabouts. We continued into Sneyd Green and Birches Head and we ran into Hanley along Town Road. We ranaround the clockwise ring road and we turned left onto Lichfield Street. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square and we we straight up Victoria Road into Fenton. Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to going out on the bus and going to Grandma later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Aimee's KE05 MMF. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We waited at the bus stop by the flats for a bus towards Newcastle. Whilst we waited we saw Travel Express ML08 ODU. A short time later we saw First Potteries 69163 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus we saw First Potteries 63173 on a #4 to Hanley.

We walked out of the bus station onto Castle Walk and we visited Poundland. When we had finished shopping we walked up Castle Walk and we turned right onto Ironmarket past the old RBS bank which has now The Bank Space. We turned left onto High Street past the old Santander bank which has now closed. We visited a cash machine and we withdrew some money and we stopped at McDonalds. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. Once we had finished we walked down High Street and we turned left into Hassell Street. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus to Hanley. After a short while we saw First Potteries 37158 on a #25 to Hanley.

The bus set off out of the bus station onto barracks Road and we ran down onto the Southbound A34 where we saw First Potteries 65004 on a #22 to Longton. we turned left. As we traveled through the hospital we saw ABC Supreme YO69 AYZ, West Midlands Ambulance YJ69 EBZ and First Potteries 32649 on a #25 to Keele. We came out of the hospital and turned left onto Hilton Road. We ran into Hartshill and we turned right onto the A52. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke town centre. We went forwards onto and along Church Street. After a brief stop we continued along the A52, over the A500 and under the railway line. We followed the A52 to the left and we ran alongside the railway and onto Station Road. We passed the railway station and we turned right onto Stoke Road. We turned right onto Avenue Road and left onto College Road to re-join the normal route. We ran up the hill through Shelton and we followed the road to the right onto Cleveland Road and Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road, continuing onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We waited for a bus to Fenton and a short time later we saw First Potteries 67152 on a #6 to Park Hall.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. Whilst we waited for departure time we saw First Potteries 67650 on a #3 to Crewe. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we saw Stanton's of Stoke IXZ 272. We ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot up Victoria Road and we went sharp right onto City Road. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and back to his room. Matthew used his computer and watched television in his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. We went downstairs and we cut through onto City Road and we waited for a bus towards Newcastle. Whilst we waited we saw white minibus DU70 JMO going towards Stoke. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 69148 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We waited for a bus towards the hospital. A short time later we saw Arriva Midlands 3692 on a #164 to Market Drayton. A short time later we saw First Potteries 65035 on a #101 to Stafford. We got on the bus and we booked to The Cherry Tree before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34. We got up and got off the bus by the Cherry Tree. We got off the bus. Once off the bus we headed up the hill towards Grandma's. At Grandma's Matthew had toast and a can of Irn Bru and used her computer. For tea Matthew had a sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of Coke. When it was time to go we said goodbye to Grandma and we got in the car. we set off onto Occupation Street and we saw white minibus YX02 FTD. We turned left onto the A34. We ran down into Trent Vale past the site of a new Greggs. We continued through Trent Vale and we parked up at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a a glass of Coke. Highlights of the bus sightings included First Potteries 65038 on a #101 to Hanley. Once we had finished eating we set off to Fenton. We got in the car and we ran down the A34 and we turned left onto London Road and we ran through Oak Hill past the former Oak Hill pub. We continued through the the West End before running into Stoke Town centre and Campbell Place and onto the one way system. We followed the one-way system to the left onto Church Street and we veered left onto Liverpool Road. We veered right onto Elanora street and we followed the road to the right onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the one way-system onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 and we ran forwards onto City Road. We went under the railway line and we ran up City Road into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus and going to visit uncle Dave later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group BL69 RFF. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. We waited for a bus to Hanley. A short time later we saw a bus turn around the corner. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67151 on a #23 to Hanley.

We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Street and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station ans we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we got up and got off the bus at the top of John Street. We got up and got off the bus at the stop outside the bus station. Once off the bus we set off up Lichfield Street and across onto Tontine Street and we crossed over Tontine Square. We visited Primark and afterwards we went to the Card Factory. After we had finished we walked across Tontine Square towards TK Maxx. We cam out of the bottom of TK Maxx onto Tontine Street and we stopped at the pub. For dinner Matthew had a mixed grill washed down with a glass of Coke. For afters Matthew had a slice of chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. Once we had finished eating we set off onto We walked back along Tontine Street and onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station we saw First Potteries 63178 on a #7 to Kidsgrove. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67157 on a #23 to Newstead.

Once at the visitors centre we went for a walk. We walked around the country Park and we stopped a few times to have a rest. We got in the taxi and we set off along onto Kents Lane We turned left onto Scot Hay Road and we ran through the centre of Silverdale. We ran along the High Street and forwards onto Silverdale Road. We turned left onto the B5368 and we ran through Knutton. We ran past Morrison into Milehouse and we turned right onto the Southbound A34. We ran past the bus garage and we veered left onto London Road. We turned left onto Ryecroft. We joined the A52 and we ran around the one way system and headed towards Hartshill. We veered left onto Shelton New Road and we joined the Southbound A500. We ran through Stoke and we came off the A500 at Sideway. We headed Eastwards towards Heron Cross and we turned right onto Blurton Road. and we veered right onto Church Street. We turned right onto Beaconfield Drive and we ran to the end. We turned left onto Finstock Avenue and up towards the shops. We turned right onto Ripon Road and at the end we turned left onto the A5035 and we headed through Dresden up to Longton. We ran along the high Level A50 and we turned right onto Baths Road. We turned right onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit and we went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window we saw First Potteries 69160 on a #11 to Hanley. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church RX18 GZW. We turned left onto Smithpool Road we saw white minibus LX03 MKM. We went across the spare ground onto Willowdale Avenue and onto Whieldon Road and into uncle Dave's. Dave's house. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots with gravy followed by a slice of toffee cheesecake. After tea Matthew helped uncle Dave set up the Christmas Tree. Later on he had a drink of Fanta orange and a few digestive biscuits. Uncle Dave now has a biscuit tin. Matthew chilled out in uncle Dave's house using his computer and watching television. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to escort Matthew back home. We set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned onto Willowdale Avenue we saw silver minibus DK53 VRE parked up.

We ran Eastwards the A38 to the motorway and we got onto the North bound M1. We came off the A61 at Birdwell and we saw Stagecoach Yorkshire 10657 on a #66 to Barnsley. We turned right onto the A6195 and we turned left onto Kestrel Way and we stopped at the McDonalds. Matthew went to the toilet and had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. When we had finished we returned to Fenton on Shelton Care Group LT21 UVM. We set off onto Kestrel Way and we turned right onto the Southbound A6195. We ran forwards onto the A61 and at the end we joined the Southbound M1. We ran down through South Yorkshire and Derbyshire to the junction of the A50 and then we went Westwards nearby Uttoxeter and Blythe Bridge. We ran down to Heron Cross and we came off the A50. We ran along Heron Street and forwards onto Station Bridge Road. We ran forwards onto Glebedale Road. once we got back we returned to the residential unit. We walked onto Christchurch Street and down Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room and chilled out on his computer. For tea Matthew had Shepherds pie followed by a Manchester Tart. on Matthew went downstairs in car we set off along Christchurch Street and right onto City Road. We ran through Fenton and Foley and under the railway bridge into Longton. We ran around the one way system of Market street and Commerce Street and onto the Strand. We must have been going in the wrong direction as we turned left onto Gold Street and forwards onto Heathcote Street. We ran along the high level A50 before crossing over the A50 and going left onto the A5005 towards Lightwood. We ran over the roundabout and then turned right into the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. Matthewwent to the soft play area and then returned to Fenton on by car. We ran Northwards up the A5005 and we crossed over the A50. We ran down The Strand and under the railway bridge onto King Street. We ran through Foley and Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and left again onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chilled out in his room. He used his computer and watched buses out of the window. We saw Afford Rent-A-car YO70 ASZ in their garage.

We crossed over the A500 and went into Stoke town centre. We crossed the road to wait for the next station bound bus. When it turned up it was required First Potteries 37156 on a #25 to Hanley. We got on the bus and booked to Shelton before going upstairs. The bus set off out of Stoke town centre and across the A500. We crossed under the railway line before turning left onto the A52. At the eother end of the road we turned left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station. We ran up Stoke Road and we turned right College Road where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we we walked down College Road and we turned right into Avenue Road. We walked around Hanley Park for a while. We walked to the pavillion and we brought a sausage bap and a bottle of Coke. Matthew ate his sausage bap a bottle of Coke. After we ate the food and we walked onto the canal. We headed Northwards up to Botteslow Street and afterwards we headed back to the pavaillion to use the toilet. After spending a while there we walked back to the South East corner of the park. we walked down Avenue Road. We returned back into College Road. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 32633 on a #25 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before going upstairs. We set off continued down College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street before we turned right onto John Street and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Later on we went to Hartshill. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. On the way we saw Afford rent-a-car YR69 GPX parked up in there depot.

We continued to the stop and we waited for a bus towards Hartshill. A short time later we saw D&G Bus 111 on a #1A to Wood Lane. We got on the bus and we booked to Hartshill before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line. We went over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and we ran forwards onto Hartshill bank. Approximatley half way up the bank we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 111 as it carried on towards Wood Lane.

As we went to cross the road we saw grey minibus NU65 YNL going towards Newcastle. We set off down the hill and we ran into Stoke. We ran along Church Street and we waited at the bus stop. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 69174 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. We ran past the site of the new Burger King and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We turned left onto the A52 and we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Road and we turned right onto John Street and we saw D&G Bus 20 on a #9 to Westbury Park. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once off up Lichfield Street and across onto Tontine Street and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. For tea Matthew had For dinner Matthew had a beef burger and fries followed by chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Once we had finished eating we went up Tontine Street onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. We waited for the next taxi back to Fenton. We crossed over Lichfield Street. We got in a City Cabs taxi and we set off along onto Lichfield Street. We crossed over the A52 and onto Victoria Road. we turned onto Manor Street. We turned right onto City Road and left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street past the new building under construction and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back upstairs. Matthew returned to his room to chill out and drink his bottle of Coke. He watched television and used his computer. later on he had a bath. For supper Matthew had some toast. Matthew went to bed around 23:00... Mark
