Today Matthew was in residential and he was going to his day service. He was also going to see Grandma later on and going to the pub and returning to Blurton for the weekend. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Outside we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

Around 09:00 we set off on foot to the day centre. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street co-op food store and we brought can of Coke and we continued to the day centre. In the morning Matthew did some cooking and made shepperds pie. For dinner Matthew had sausage chips and gravy followed by a rice crispy cake. In the afternoon Matthew went to Hanley on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned left onto City Road. We ran down the hill and we joined the A52 before going under the railway line into Stoke. We turned right lonto the Northbound A500 we saw Hollinshead RIL 1023, Biz Bus B12 XXL, Nova Tours YJ12 KFD, Z Carz BN61 RWK and an unidentified Acklam coach.We ran up to Shelton where we came off the A500 onto Shelton New Road. We ran into Hartshill and we ran down George Street into Newcastle. We ran forwards onto Ryecroft and at the roundabout we turned right onto the Norhbound A34. We ran Northwards to Chesterton and we turned right onto Dimsdale West Parade. We ran to the end and we turned left onto the A5271. We ran through Wolstanton and we turned right onto Porthill Bank. We crossed over the A500 into Longport and we ran up the hill to Trubshaw Cross. We turned left onto Brownhills Road past the site of the new trade counter buildings. We followed the road to the right onto Williamson Street and then we turned right onto Scotia Road. We ran into Burslem and through the town centre. We turned left onto Zion Street and right onto Nile Street. We turned left onto Hobson Street and we ran up to Moorland Road. We ran to the top of the hill and we turned right at Smallthorne Roundabouts onto the A5272. We ran through Sneyd Green to Birches Head and we ran forwards onto Town Road. We joined the ring road and we ran around town to LIchfield Street. We turned left onto LIchfield Street and we stopped at the car park. We saw Magnum MK66 RWJ in the car park. We walked up LIchfield Street and forwards onto Stafford Street. We watched buses for a short while where we saw First Potteries 67657 on a #3 to Crewe. We walked up to Tontine Square and we went into the Intu Potteries shopping centre. Matthew visited Millies and brought a cookie. When we had finished we walked back down Stafford Street and onto Lichfield Street. We returned to Fenton on Shelton Care DY08 FFX. We set off onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We continued forwards onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Manor Street and right onto City Road. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the resdential unit. Matthew went upstairs to chill out on his computer and wait for me to come and pick him up. Just after 14:30 I arrived at the residential unit to pick up Matthew. Matthew put his pictures onto his camera and we got some batteries and his bag and we went downstairs to the car. Just before 15:00 we set off back to Blurton in a car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Station Bridge Road and we continued onto Heron Street. We went through the traffic lights and we crossed over the A50. We continued through Blurton along Blurton Road. We turned right onto Church Street. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive past the new build house and we saw grey minibus DY17 ELX. We got home around 15:15. When we got home Matthew had toast. Today we were catching the 15:56 to Newcastle as we were going to the pub via Grandma's House. We set off around 15:45 on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. Whilst at the bus stop we saw First Potteries 67656 on a #22 to Longton.

A few minutes later our bus came around the corner. It was First Potteries 67633 on a #22 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto the A5035. We went over the railway line into Trentham and we passed Intercity HN62 UYL. We turned right into New Inn Lane and ran up the hill into Hanford. Due to roadworks in Hanford instead of turning left into Wilson Road we ran down Mayne Street down to the A34. On the A34 we saw ABC Supreme KX14 EBZ. We headed into Trent Vale and we passed First Potteries 67152 on a #21 to Trentham Gardens and First Potteries 43877 on the final #22 turn. We turned right into Harpfields Road and forwards on Hilton Road. As we travelled through the hospital we saw ABC Supreme HN16 XPS, white minibus BL67 PZO, Jubilee WMC AK52 LXC & E-zec patient transport YJ16 GEU. We turned right onto the A34 and a couple of stops down the road we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 67633 as it carried on towards Newcastle.

Once off the bus we saw paul's of Stoke W879 RKS and First Potteries 32650 on a #25 to Hanley. We crosed over the A34 and we saw Roseville KR16 SOA going Southwards down the A34.

Once over the road we headed up the hill to Grandma's House. At Grandma's Matthew had a can of Irn Bru and used her computer. Around 18:00 we set off onto Victoria Street and we saw white minibus YK08 PVA. We turned left onto the A34. As we past the hospital we saw First Potteries 32635 on a #101 to Hanley. We continued down the A34 and we ran down into Trent Vale and we went into the pub. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with custard. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included E-zec patient transport YN15 FFD going Southwards as well as ABC Supreme white minibus FJ17 GVT. We also saw First Potteries 37158 on a #101 to Stafford. Once we had finished eating we set off to pick up uncle Dave. We ran down the A34 and we joined the Northbound A500. We came off the A500 and we turned right onto the A50. We came off the A50 at Heron Cross and we dropped down into Fenton to pick uncle Dave up. Once we had picked him up we ran up to Heron Street and we crossed over the A50 and we continued into Blurton along Blurton Road where we saw School's Out YG58 WFS. We turned right onto Church Road and we turned right into Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 19:30. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we composed a few e-mails and sorted a few things out. We then chilled out on the sofa doing e-mails and writing the until bedtime around 01:00... Mark
