Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to Hanley later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Stanton's of Stoke PSU 989.

we went downstairs and we cut through onto City Road. A few minutes later we saw D&G 52 on a #1 to Park Site.

We waited for a bus to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus turn around the corner. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 67159 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down City Road and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street. and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Steet and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station and due to roadworks we ran to the end of Station Road and turned right. We ran up Stoke Road and we ran up the hill through Shelton. We ran up Broad Street and we turned right onto the anti-clockwise ring road. We turn left onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street. We entered the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked up Lichfield Street and we went forwards onto Stafford Street and we saw Hollinshead Coaches DH13 HOL heading towards the town hall.

We continued onto Stafford Street and we went to Wilko's. Matthew brought some of his weekly shop. When we had finished we came out onto Stafford Street and we saw Stanton's of Stoke TCE 646 on the IN2 to Cheadle.

We continued along Stafford Street and we saw D&G 20 on a #9 to Westbury Park.

We walked up through Tontine Square to the Into Potteries shopping centre and we visited Swarovski. We came out of the shopping cente and we walked across Tontine Square towards TK Maxx. We cam out of the bottom of TK Maxx onto Stafford Street and we walked down Piccadilly. We veered right onto Brunswick Street and we crossed over Marsh Street onto Clough Street. We visited Tesco and Matthew brought egg sandwiches and a bottle of orange Fanta. Once we had finished in Tesco we cut through onto Broad Street and we walked down to College Road. We walked past the factories and we went in Hanley Park. In the park Matthew ate his sandwiches and had his bottle of orange Fanta. Once we had finished in the park we walked along Cleveland Road and we turned left onto Hinde Street. There were quite a few buses and coaches parked up in Hind Street today. We saw Warringtons of Ilam BLZ 5448 parked up in the bus layover yard.

Another vehicle seen was white minibus DK69 CXZ parked up next to preserved PMT 207 which was on santa bus duties.

On Hinde Street itself were another row of coaches. We saw Paul's of Stoke M41 KCU in the row.

We set off along Hinde Street and we crossed over the ring road. We turned left onto Bethesda Street and right on to John Street. We walked up the hill and we went into the bus station. We waited for a bus back to Fenton. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67153 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus bus and we booked to Stafford before We sat down towards the back of the bus and the bus loaded quickly and departed almost immediately. We set off through the bus station. and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and left onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill onto Stoke Road. We went passed the former chemists which is becoming a new dessert shop. and we ran down the hill and we turned left onto Station Road and past the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill into Fenton City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and we cut through to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. Later on we went out for a walk. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. we turned left onto Christchurch street and at the end we continued towards the base of the pit hill. We continued alongside the railway line and we turned left onto the A50 link road. We walked down King Street past the site of the new petrol station and we turned right onto Victoria Road. We turned left onto George street and we walked along Millicent Street. We cut through onto William Street and we turned left onto Manor Street. We crossed over City Road and we cut through onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room for a short while Later on we went out for tea. We went downstairs and we went to Longton by Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street and we turned right onto Station Bridge Road. We continued onto Heron Street and we ran forwards onto Blurton Road. We turned left at the roundabout onto the A50 and we ran up to Longton. We came off onto Baths Road and we turned left into the Pheonix Retail Park. We visited Smyths Toys and Pets at Home and afterwards we went to the pub. At the pub Matthew used the toilet. Matthew had a carvery with carrots and potatoes washed down with a glass of coke and a slice of red velvet cheescake. When we had finished eating we set off on foot to the bus stop. We went to Tesco and we brought some new headphones. We walked past the Interchange and onto The Strand and we walked up to the bus stop. We waited for a bus towards Hanley. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67639 on a #6 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. we bus set off down The Strand and we ran under the railway line onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road past the new petrol station and coffee shop. We turned right into Victoria Road. We continued down the hill and we crossed over the A52 at Joiners Square. We ran up Lichfield Street past the site of the new housing development. Instead of going to the bus stops outside the bus station, we turned left onto the ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station. we got up and got off the bus. At the bus station Matthew used the toilet. Afterwards we waited for a bus back towards Fenton. We waited for a short while and we saw First Potteries 43875 on a #23 to Newstead.

We set off out of the bus station and onto john Street. At the bottom of the hill we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road. We turned right onto Avenue Road and left onto Stoke Road. We went passed the former chemists which is becoming a new dessert shop. and we ran down the hill and we turned left onto Station Road and past the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We then walked back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. Later on Matthew had a bath and had toast for supper. Matthew went on his computer until bedtime around 23:00...
