Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw First Potteries 67154 on a #23 to Newstead. We went downstairs and we got in a car. We set off onto Temple Street. we turned left onto Christchurch Street whwre we saw Lucky Seven KP18 GYU. We turned left onto Baker Street and left into Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road. At the roundabout we turned sharp left onto Victoria Road. down the hill to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A52 and we ran up to Bucknall. At the lights we continued onto the A5009 and we ran through Abbey Hulton and Milton to Stockon Brook. We joined the Northbound A53 and we ran through Endon and and Longsdon. We continued through Ladderedge and up the hill into Leek town centre and we turned right into Leonard Street parked up in the car park. before we went to the cafe we decided to walk into the bus station. We saw Aimee's PO56 RPV. Once we were in Leek we walked through the shopping centre onto the A53 and we saw First Potteries 65033 on a #18 to Hanley. We crossed the road and visited Classic Collectables. We walked down Derby Street. We went to Wrights Pie and Matthew had a sausage roll and a can of Coke. We walked to the end of Derby Street and we sat on a bench to eat the sausage roll and drink the can. Once we had finished we turned right onto the A53. Once we had finished we returned to the car park and got back in the car. We set off onto the Southbound A53. We ran down the hill towards the bottom of town and we passed the site of the new McDonalds. We ran down the hill out of town and own into the Churnet Valley before running up the hill through Ladderedge. We ran down the other side into Longsdon and we ran through open countryside for a mile or 2 before going into Endon. We ran down through Stockton Brook into Badderley Green. We continued South to Sneyd Green and onto the A53 to Cobridge past the site of a new Wrights Pies. At the lights we turned left onto Waterloo Road. We ran down to the ring Road and then we ran around Hanley before going onto Lichfield Street. We ran down to Joiners Square and we continued onto Victoria Road where we saw Stanton's of Stoke FSU 359. We ran up to the top and we turned sharp right onto City Road. We ran down to Smithpool Road and we turned left. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room we saw Shelton Care Group YP70 JYJ outside.

Later on we went downstairs and we set off on foot to the bus stop on City Road. We waited for a bus to Newcastle. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 69162 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off onto Castle walk and we stopped at Wilko to do some more shopping. We continued down Castle Walk and up onto Ironmarket past the old RBS bank which has now The Bank Space. We turned left onto High Street past the old Santander bank which has now closed. We stopped at McDonalds. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. Once we had finished we walked down High Street and we visited Poundland. Matthew brought a can of Coke. We continued along High Street. We walked onto Hassell Street. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus to Hanley. A short time later we saw First Potteries 69148 on a #11 to Hanley.

A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was former High Peak, D&G Bus 781 on a #9 to Biddulph.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and we ran Southwards onto the A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the the grounds. We turned right onto Hilton Road. At the roundabout we went left onto Newcastle lane and we ran up the hill into the centre of Penkhull. We turned left onto St Thomas Place and forwards onto Princes Street. We past the old school. on the left old North Staffs Royal Infirmary. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran down into Stoke. We passed through Church Street and the bus topped in the town centre. After a brief stop we continued over the A500 and we got up and got off the bus just before the railway bridge. We walked up City Road. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and into the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out on his computer and watch music videos on his television. later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
